Pros: I was impressed by how professionally and patiently my request was handled. Even though the resolution wasn’t entirely in our favour, the way it was communicated made the experience much easier
Cons: Our refund request was not in our favour entirely. We were expecting that we get at least 90% of the amount but we are getting only 75%.

Call Hippo provides Quality calls with no call drop. I am highly satisfied with the services and recommended to all.
Pros: Excellent Service and the best customer team support. I highly recommend this to everyone. Best Call quality and backend/ customer support. I am a frequent user now; it provides value for money, is easy to use, and is easy to implement. Have all the features like call recording, security, best AI support, UI/UX.
Cons: The integration process requires some time, but it is a one-time setup process. Customer team support at all levels.

Pros: Staff are helpful, especially [sensitive content hidden]. After a lot of backwards and forwards to get what I needed I came right. The product is great so when there is good service as well then it is a bonus.
Cons: In the beginning it was tough to navigate, would be great if there a was onboarding call to get you set up and show you around. Human interaction is still really important and I would have liked to have spoken to someone when signing up.

Cons: Dialer Mobile app can be more intuitive in terms of UI/UX and performance. The reminder system should be built into the billing 15 days, 7 days, and 1 day before expiration of any plan (currently its only built in for 15 days)

The calling quality and budget are great. However, the chatbot could be improved by adding a direct handoff to a live agent if it can't resolve a query. This would ensure much faster resolutions for users.
Pros: Call hippo, is a very great tool for you're tailored budget outreach. It allows you to get plan according to the needs and pay for only services you wanna use, Great work team Call Hippo!
Cons: Noticed a bug: the pricing doesn’t update dynamically when adding seats without a page refresh. Also, updating the old school rectangular UI to a modern, rounded design would greatly improve the user experience. Hope the team can look into this!

Always had improvements with their calling and service. Bugs and issues are fixed as soon as reported.

Easy tool to use. Didn't need any handholding to understand how the platform works. The option to setup your own number based on which country you want it to be from is pretty awesome
Pros: Great Service. Very Pro Active and they reach out to you within a couple of hours and help you with the issue. I had [sensitive content hidden] from their team connect with me and help me with my issue.
Cons: I couldn't find any issues per se. Sometimes while making calls via laptop and if I'm not using Headphones, it's hard to hear and use

Cons: Very disappointing experience with CallHippo. The representative made promises that were not delivered and later tried to upsell and squeeze more money for basic functionality that should have been included from the start. The service is unreliable, and communication is unclear. Would not recommend.

I've been using CallHippo for more than a year now & I didn't have any issues with it. Customer support is great, always ready to help. Keep up the great service!
Pros: Call Hippo is easy to use on my laptop and on my phone. And I've never had any issues with the calls I make.
Cons: The price increase was a bit of a shock and it made me almost cancel my account and switch to another service provider.
