This helps improve operational performance, maintain transparency, identify areas for improvement, and support effective workforce management and reporting.

Cons: generating detailed and graphical reports based on staff working hours to effectively monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and overall work efficiency. The reports will help provide accurate insights, improve workforce management, and support management decision-making through clear and organized data analysis.

Pros: smoothly in the background, and helps track work time reliably without interrupting my workflow. I also like that it gives detailed productivity insights and makes time tracking very convenient for remote work.

Cons: One issue I noticed is that when the app is running in the background, it can be difficult to tell when it becomes disconnected or stops tracking properly. A clearer notification or alert system for connection issues would make the experience much better and help avoid losing tracked work time.

Pros: I work remotely so insightful has been absolutely perfect for me. Onboarding was super easy and seamless with helpful guides and responsive assistance. The dashboard is also easy to manage and use, allowing for quick access to monitoring/reporting tools.

Cons: Attaching website URL's to the project is something I cannot do on Insightful. The tech support sat on my problem a few days before it was resolved. This was frustrating because I was not able to begin work on my project when the team did.

Pros: What I like about it is how easy to set it up. It's easy to toggle between different workflows. I mean, easy to track and make sure that I am hyper-focused on the work. It's easy to make sure that I track the amount of work I'm doing. I like how intuitive and easy to use. Floating and design. And yeah, that's what I liked about it.

Cons: In terms of improvement, I would say easy to start and stop using hotkeys. That would be something I would like to incorporate. Otherwise, it's straightforward.

Pros: Our firm loved all the "insights" (pun intended) that we are getting from our staff's work after we installed the software on their computers.

Cons: We don't have anything that we disliked about Insightful. I guess the only point of improvement for our current setup would be to have the ability to manage PTO straight from their software.

Pros: The real-time dashboard is incredibly intuitive. It provides a clear breakdown of 'Productive' vs. 'Unproductive' time without being overly intrusive. I particularly like the automated time-tracking feature which eliminates the need for manual start/stop timers, making it much easier for the team to focus on their actual work

Cons: The initial setup for categorizing specific industry-related apps took a bit longer than expected. It would be helpful if there were more pre-set templates for different creative agencies to speed up the classification of 'productive' tools.

Pros: They're very quick in responding. The response is very effective and always solves the problem without any issues

Cons: Nothing as of yet. The app has been very useful and helpful in resolving the issues in timely manner.

Pros: The fact that you can see what your employees are doing, this makes it really friendly and logical when you are auditing, when you get to see information that you were not aware of.

Cons: The low user friendly plataform, I think should me more intuitive when using it, it happens that when you are looking for specific fields, you wend in other that you were not supposed to be.

Pros: It does a great job of tracking my productivity and ensuring that I am spending my time productively. It is a secure timer that shows exactly how I am spending my time and ensures that my employers is getting good value for their money. The learning curve is easy, and the software is intuitive.

Cons: They are very rare instances where it tracks productive time as neutral or unproductive. This is easy to manage on a case by case basis.

Pros: What I liked most about Insightful is the high level of transparency it provides regarding team productivity. The real-time data and detailed reports allow for a much more objective understanding of workflows, helping us identify and eliminate bottlenecks that were previously hidden in our daily operations.

Cons: The initial configuration of the automated tracking features was somewhat time-consuming. It took a significant amount of effort to correctly categorize various apps and websites as 'productive' or 'unproductive' to ensure the data reflected our actual work habits accurately without skewing the final results.

Pros: App is pretty much straightforward and you can get all necessary information you need. Have only used this system for about 9 months and so far, it's good. Additionally, technical support is always quick to respond.

Cons: Some employees encounter (haven't encountered so far though) system glitch which causes confusion sometimes

Pros: What I liked most about Insightful was its ability to provide clear, easy tracking and organisation of projects and tasks in one place.

Cons: Having to install it on my pc, I wanted a web version and also be able to use it on the phone, but it's great overall.

Pros: Easy to use, intuitive interface. Extremely prompt technical support. Reporting is clear and well‑structured, offering exactly the insights needed for productivity tracking

Cons: Nothing important but the data refresh time is not always instant. Lack of advanced features such as DLP and behavioral analytics.

Cons: Me gustaría que tuviera para controlar y limitar la instalación de aplicaciones en el dispositivo, como un control de permisos.

Pros: I tested the most recognized softwares and Insightful has the best cost-benefit ratio and the instalation was so easy, specially on Windows computers.

Cons: There was one computer where I couldn´t install de software and the support team could not helped me

Pros: Detailed logs and good customer support. Other employee tracking tools do not support this kind of detailed log view.

Cons: System is not support iOS and Android OS. Many of the employees and contractors are willing to use mobile or tablet devices instead of using a Mac or laptop.

Pros: Ease of use. Set up process using intune was 15 minutes and users populated in Insightful a few minutes after that.

Cons: Not able to set schedules per employee. Not a huge deal, but setting up schedules per employee would help with tracking and reporting.

Pros: Super intuitive, easy to learn and manage our people's shifts. Being able to check their activities performance.

Cons: I liked everything. First how fast it is to handle unexpected changes in colleagues schedules and screenshots of their activities.

Pros: It is able to accurately monitor and check for progress and activity and it has no latency the clock and timer. The customer service and the developer team where able to resolve the issue regarding my access with insightful. The application is even secure and provides proper reporting to the business management.

Cons: The timer functions stops if the software suddenly does not work. I wish that the same functions would apply to insightful website just in case that the software encounters a problem on accessing it.

Pros: Suitable app for tracking time and breaks, their support is a good as they help me to solve the issue in 30 minutes

Cons: Nothing I can share about dislike or what I do not like as there's a really suitable interface and tracking

Pros: I liked checking employee productivity and seeing detailed insights into their work patterns, app usage, and overall engagement throughout the day.

Cons: The idle time recorded during meetings made it seem like productivity was lower than actual work done.

Pros: I am able to track my employees and take screenshots of the computers without they even know. So I am aware of everything they are doing at all times.

Cons: nothing, I need all the tools and all the options they offer. I will not change one single item of the entire web portal.
