Super well designed and managed company and product. Their employees are easy to work with and are always eager to help me optimize for our situation.
Pros: Besides the core service of providing best in class dialer optimization services, I appreciate the ancillary products I can utilize like Spam Guru Pro. Also, they have terrifically useful and helpful subject matter experts that efficiently help me optimize the product for our needs and capabilities. In particular, Kristi, Halima and Vanessa standout for their knowledge and effectiveness.
Cons: Truthfully not that much. They have the people in place to help me with any issue that pops up. My deficiencies are my own.

I was struggling to get into a chat room to help with my mic issues and [sensitive content hidden] got on with her camera and mic on only after I turned mine on which showed she was being attentive to my comfort level. She had a great personality and was a breath of fresh air during tech issues and solved the issue quickly.
Pros: [sensitive content hidden] was super friendly, knowledgeable and provided a comforting tone while helping me with my technical issues. I appreciated that there was zero frustration from her even though I forgot to update my chrome before calling.
Cons: Getting into a waiting room was confusing at first because the chat was disabled but once I got into a room with [sensitive content hidden] her friendly tone made me feel much better

Pros: The program is very straight forward and easy to use. Pablo was very helpful and very detailed on the live training I attended through zoom

Pros: Program has a lot of helpful futures and where very easy to work with! Enjoy all the tabs that allow us to be detailed in notes as well as logging our calls per day future.
Cons: No complains as of now, excited to start quoting. Only bad thing is that other vendors get same information as us which can lower our chances of getting sale if they offer lower price.

Overall, my experience with Ricochet360 has been positive. It’s been a real game-changer for managing leads efficiently. Cons: I found the initial setup to be a tad complex. There were moments where I felt like I needed an extra hand to get everything running smoothly. Also, the pricing is a bit on the higher side, which might be something to consider depending on your budget.

After some initial training, our team was able to leverage its features effectively for everyone. That's cool!
Pros: The CRM and lead management system is robust and highly customizable (I really like that! it's an importante thing to me)
Cons: The interface could be more modern and user-friendly. Some features are buried under multiple menus, making navigation a bit cumbersome for new users

[sensitive content hidden] helped me recently with my troubleshooting and support queries. They were very friendly and helped me with my problems whenever they arise. The whole team is great, but I want to give a shout-out to [sensitive content hidden] for their recent help!
Pros: It is very easy to use, and has lots of features that make it easy to follow-up with clients. You can even assign other team members tasks.
Cons: I wish it wouldn't run out of leads in my dialer. Eventually, it runs out of leads to dial and they have to be restocked with more. I am not the admin so I have to wait for my team to get it done for me. It still works for manual dials, so I can still make outbound calls.

So far, it's been a really nice experience. The support is my favorite part as well as the way the system has our agents reaching out to our prospects.
Pros: I really like how easy it is to get support when we're just starting to use the system. We've not had ANY tech issues, just process questions. Everyone has been so patient with our team. They not only answer our questions, but show us other tips that can help make our team efficient. Shout out to [sensitive content hidden]. Both were super helpful each time. Thanks so much guys!!
Cons: The interoffice chat has a lot of features that I miss from other platforms. It's not easy to find group chats. We can't react to messages (likes, hearts, thumbs up, etc). There aren't GIFs (our agency likes to have fun). It would also be neat if we could video chat within the office or go to little breakout rooms within the team. We have that with another platform, but I really like how Ricochet's goal is to be an all in one solution.

Just launched in March. Very positive so far. Still getting familiar with established protocols and such.
Pros: Used the Zoom support today to address some issues that were happening within our agency. [sensitive content hidden] did a great job of patiently walking thru our issues and addressing them one by one. Took the time to explain & respond to numerous questions and we were able to come up with proactive fixes as a result. Turned a big frustration (almost all due to operator error) into a very positive experience
Cons: Sales team performance tracking & reporting could be beefed up. Looking forward to call recording & AI coaching tools.

For a good success of your business, Ricochet360 is the best solution given the features it provides such as CRM.

Pros: Ricochet360 redesigned outbound calling by bringing an auto-dialer through which agents are connected to leads per second and such benefits come with a level of competition. I was able to contact fresh leads the one moment they signed up and joined the CRM, which kept them warm and active.
Cons: I faced a challenge in call routing especially during high inbound traffic period. Some calls are received from the distribution logic to agents that are already involved in another activity inconspicuously creating overlap and docket mishmash.

So far so good. The onboarding has been very thorough but not overly complicated.
Pros: The robust but simple reporting and monitoring. You can customize it to be what you want it to be.

Was great first demo and 101 call was very straight forward. [sensitive content hidden] was amazing and took her time to make sure I understood the content.
Pros: ease of use and the visual is not crowded
Cons: Does not seem to have the ability to forward calls to my cell phone for returned calls (like when I am on Lunch or out of office, after hours etc)
