Its a great CRM, less confusing the Selasforce
Pros: Its a fast program without many glitches.
Cons: Sometimes the Outlook syncing gives me errors.

Overall positive. I like it for notes and keeping files, and tracking who has been contacted/when. Nice for sending out mass emails and keeping track of them.
Pros: The ability to save emails with it very easily for note taking
Cons: I wish the DocuSign integration was more useful

Amazing! I use Maximizer on the daily. Our office would not be able to function without it.
Pros: I love the integration with outlook and template options. This saves us so much time! I also use the statuses often to check in on our workflow and help ensure no one slips through the cracks. I also love the export/import features these save me so much time and are helpful for date reports.

Once you get the hang of the tool, it's a breeze to create and maintain distribution lists.
Pros: Easy to apply advanced filters, allowing easy maintenance of distribution lists.
Cons: Several tabs and functions that I don't use, making the website a bit cluttered and hard to navigate at first.

Our overall experience has been quite positive when it comes to daily execution of various tasks within the Maximizer CRM
Pros: The ease of executing numerous activities and the increased transparency among team members.

Other that not being able to produce certain reports, Maximizer does exactly what we need it for. Keeping track of client information and interactions.
Pros: what i like most about maximizer is the ability to add custom fields and the ease of importing data once I figured it out.
Cons: What I like the least about Maximizer is that some of the field can be deleted that shouldn't. When we first got Maximizer, the amount of fields made it hard to find any one particular field. When I deleted some of them I later found out that they were needed to produce some reports and that I was unable to recreate them. As such we are unable to use maximizer to its full potential.

I started using it for a bit, but it seems like a lot of extra work to insert contacts.
Pros: It is a useful tool, that can help offices run more smoothly. I can keep track of contacts and to do lists
Cons: it feels scary to use and it is not super straightforward.

I use Maximizer for all our business needs for prospects, clients & internally. It is very beneficial for a range of options including the integrations & documentation. Very easy to learn.
Pros: Very easy to use & learn. Intuitive design & process. Lots of features to use to optimize your business. Able to hide features you aren't using. Very customizable to our business. Really great overall considering the other CRM's in the market.
Cons: There is nothing I dislike about Maximizer.

I have used this program for over 30 years and tried most competitors in that time frame. I have always come back to Maximizer for it's ease of use.
Pros: A simple layout that does not overcomplicate what a salesperson really needs to do. I've often thought this program was built for Salespeople and not Management
Cons: It's integration with the newest version of Outlook is still lacking

Cons: The mass email feature in Maximizer CRM can be frustrating, as formatting often appears fine during drafting but looks misaligned or unprofessional once sent, which impacts the customer experience. The email feature on Maximizer as a whole feels quite outdated. Additionally, managing and splitting household contacts, while not a frequent task, is time-consuming and inconvenient when it does come up.

Good, but it could be better. I would have preferred more time to use the tool with our firm's data before being asked many times how my experience has been. But once I got going using it, doing the data imports etc the use has been great!
Pros: I love the flexibility aspect that allows us to customize the tool to our unique goals.
Cons: I did not enjoy the implementation. It took a while to implement, the instructions were not always clear, and the training sessions felt rushed sometimes.

Great option for our team. Have never had any complaints.
Pros: There are a number of great functions and very customizable. Entire team is able to access information at their finger tips.
Cons: It took a bit of time to figure out how things can be customized. There are still a number of functions I am sure I am not aware of. I have tried to register for the coursed however, the links never work for me. I am working with our IT department to get this corrected.

Besides the high price Maximizer CRM is a great tool and really helped our business.
Pros: The setup was very easy and UI is very intuitive. Customer support is a 5* team, really helpful and easy to talk to. After importing all our contacts we were ready to start working.
Cons: The price is high for the features it gives.

The system is great and we are excited to see how it plays a part in our daily lives, but the sales portion could be worked on.
Pros: I like how user-friendly the system is and that they set up team is dedicated to teaching us how to use the back side of the system so we are able to make our own customizations, imports, ect. without having to contact them.
Cons: During the sales portion we were not told all of the fees included in set up in a clear way, the team seemed to work very hard to to maximize what we were paying for the original set up.
