Pros: It is a highly versatile and user-friendly platform. The use of bots, without requiring any API integration, is very intuitive for workflow creators.

Cons: At Oficina Ágil, we are official partners and distributors of airSlate in Latin America. However, the Spanish version of the platform still has inconsistencies. Additionally, there are intermittent operational issues (e.g., the message: 'Sorry, it's us, not you'), and there is also a need to enable certain features, such as offline platform operation.

Pros: It's very easy to use and whatever is your tasks and the complexity level you can do it easily.

Cons: Limited Arabic language support but they are getting better.

Pros: There is a lot of configuration that you can do to customize your process.

Cons: The setup is a little difficult, particularly when you are trying to collect information in a form and then move it into other document for signature. The bots that are used for this are problematic and respond verry slowly if you have a lot of fields.

Pros: I like that the platform is user friendly and that there are regular updates with new capabilities.

Cons: Usually the issues I have are user error and something that I am missing in my logic, I have nothing negative to say about the platform

Cons: It’s not a natural flow of document sharing and could be much more user friendly. Instead of it being easy to understand you have to learn another program and try to help your clients figure it out as well.

Pros: airSlate allows us to electronically fill out our forms and automatically routes to the HR department when completed.

Cons: I dislike when a "bot" fails. Although this happens infrequently, it disrupts the workflow and causes delays.

Cons: Doesn’t have clear instructions on how to set the bots in order for them to work.

Pros: I love the airSlate support team! They are always so kind and helpful.

Cons: What I like least about working in airSlate is the amount of bugs. While the support team is great at addressing the errors in a timely manner, they can be inconveniencing at times.

Cons: The ability to identify bot failures is not very user-friendly, however, that said, the talented support staff is always available for live chat with little to no wait which helps address any questions or issues quickly.

Cons: It doesn't have spanish support. Sometimes, it takes a while to submit a completed document.

Pros: It is somewhat cheaper than DocuSign. I decided to cheap out and get airSlate and that was a mistake.

Cons: The e-signature functionality is incredibly unintuitive. As a millennial lawyer, I have an above-average understanding of technology. I could not and still cannot ascertain how a user is supposed to send something for e-signature in a non-convoluted, few step process. I checked the hundreds of support articles and "how to"s and there is not one guide on sending an already-completed document for signature. This is by far the most confusing and non-user friendly program I have used. That includes Microsoft Excel.

Pros: I found that the process and procedures are streamlined so that everyone who needs to know is emailed, or copied on the results.

Cons: At first, it was difficult to understand the BOTS and try to repeat what I did. The more complicated the form, the different conditions had to be set up. With the updated version, I like the favorites BOTS I go to all the time, and the Workflow separation helps me understand where things should go.

Pros: Once you learn the basics it easy to create documents and workflows without any IT background or skills. Superior customer support and they have answered every question in minutes. Support staff is knowledgeable and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure you get the most out of AirSlate, even during the free trial period.

Cons: There is a slight learning curve, but AirSlate has a plethora of documentation and video tutorials and if needed, support is there to guide you through the process step-by-step to ensure AirSlate does what you want it to do.
