I only use Marmind occasionally, which is why I'm not very experienced. However, the UI is fairly easy to navigate, so I still use basic functionalities. Overall, my experience with Marmind is positive.
Pros: Comprehensive overview across airlines and markets. Easy and user friendly options to pull reports from Marmind.
Cons: Missing structure and usability regarding uploaded assets within a campaign. Versioning of documents would also be helpful (e.g. multiple versions of 1 asset to be clearly identifiable as such)

The tool introduces additional workload without providing clear added value when supporting or requesting support for sales actions. At present, it does not streamline coordination or improve efficiency, as these activities are still managed more effectively through direct communication channels.
Pros: In my view, Marmind does not currently provide clear added value for the Online team. On the contrary, it appears to increase operational workload. Its main benefits seem to be more aligned with the Marketing team, particularly in supporting the planning and organization of their activities.
Cons: In the markets under my responsibility, no relevant information is currently being shared through this tool. The actual coordination and support between Marketing and Online teams continue to take place primarily via email and direct communication.

There is a lot to learn when using Marmind to be able to use it to its best capabilities which can be a bit overwhelming at times. My wish would be that certain functions could be incorporated more easily with less steps involved.
Pros: The idea of a "one stop shop" for all parties involved: Client, agencies, informed persons is great in theory. I find that it definitely takes some time and practice to really get to know how to use the tool and understand functionality in order to use to your best advantage. But I feel it really takes time and perseverance to learn.
Cons: Some features are still a bit clunky and complicated and require a few steps or different areas of input. Could be more streamlined and user friendly

Pros: one platform that combines project communication, asset approval, planning and management for all campaigns and markets.
Cons: Comparison between campaigns isn't easy. Role asignment may be difficult to understand and easy to do wrong as roles can copied to different hierachy levels (workspace - campaign...). Not all campaign / activation stakeholders can be involved in Marmind as of limited licenses and complexity of the tool (e.g. media partners for asset delivery / coordination of special projects like branded content) Budget management / processing is cumbersome as it's done manually - there is no link to SAP

Overall, it’s a positive experience, but we need to be careful with every action and at every level, especially regarding tags and the website’s structure. It can be time-consuming, but overall, having all marketing activities recorded in one place is definitely beneficial.
Pros: A comprehensive overview of all marketing activities within our market, as well as continuous tracking and comparison of related expenses against the allocated budget.
Cons: Marmind’s complex structure can be difficult for new users, and it requires some time to feel completely at ease using the platform. Fortunately, the training provided is helpful and allows users to become more comfortable with the tool over time.

I like to work with the tool which gives me an overview of my marketing plannings as well as the budget fullfilment. There is no need to have seperate excel files - Furthermore you can also get inspiration by looking at other markets entries and approach.
Pros: Easy to understand and work with – and whenever support is needed, the responses are accurate and straight to the point. I also enjoy creating and sharing bookmarks; they really help keep all colleagues aligned.
Cons: Sometimes, the system felt slightly slow or required many clicks to complete simple tasks, or I had to log out and log in again. The overview of a "search" is not user friendly, it feels a bit crowded and moving right and left is felt difficult.
Haido S. · Marketing Manager · Airlines/Aviation · March 26, 2026
I like working with marming overall now. It took a little bit of time to get used to the tool - same as with all tools. It's also good now that all agencies are onboard and uze marmind and have satepped away from sending emails as well as using Marmind.
Pros: That all documents, conversations happen at one place. I'm quite cndifent in using it for campaigns briefs - need a little more practice on pulling an overview.
Cons: It's not always easy to find something back sometimes unless you have the notification. Sometimes a comment is posted in the general comments rather than in the annotations of the document.
Sirgid v. · Marketing manager Northern Europe · Airlines/Aviation · March 25, 2026
As a Cost Controller, my main focus is the Cost Module. I do not link many invoices, that is the job of the line department, but I am the first-level support for any issues. I recognize the usefulness of the tool and the logic behind the functions, but the execution and some user paths are not the most friendly.
Pros: I like the concept of Marmind, especially having multiple modules for the same campaigns. I'm sure it helps a lot teams that work with briefings
Cons: The user interface and the user paths are not always the most easy to understand. I find that sometimes some windows are confusing and not so easy to use
Andrea G. · Cost Controlling · Airlines/Aviation · March 25, 2026
Creating campaigns, with status, description, and validity becomes an easy task. Uploading assets and links to frontify is easy. Sharing the new available content with the marketers is easy with the comment function - just tagging the respective colleagues. For reporting reasons, I have to pull overviews of the running campaigns. The presentation with bars and the possibility to zoom in and out helps quite a bit.
Pros: information is easy to share, good overview of all campaigns and marketing activities, team collaboration, customer support.
Cons: sometimes hard to find the information that I am looking for. Very complex structure. You have to work with it on a regular basis to be familiar with it. Sometimes the bookmarks are vanished from the landingpage.
Svenja K. · Manager Global Marketing · Airlines/Aviation · March 25, 2026
Overall it's good but there's room for improvement and added simplicity. I like that it's a single space to view everything happening in LHG
Pros: I like that it is a consolidated area to brief agencies and upload assets. I like that you can comment and converse if needed as well.
Cons: I don't like how long it takes to add team members to each campaign/brief. I don't like that there is no easy way to see who can access each workspace. As for cost, actuals, and budgets, I feel like this can also be simplified. It takes too many steps to add a cost, add a related invoice, and decrease from that cost. Still feels complicated.
Nicole H. · Marketing Expert · Airlines/Aviation · March 24, 2026
Once you know how to use it, it’s pretty simple and saves time by avoiding lots of emails. Very important: Marmind’s internal support team, which always responds quickly and efficiently.
Pros: all-in-one: A single platform to bring together all the elements of a project (briefing, budget, media plan, reverse schedule, assets, strategic recommendations, communications/exchanges with various stakeholders - media and creative agencies) Notifications help for the follow up
Cons: It would be helpful to include a template or an automated retroplanning tool that defines key dates for the campaign timeline. Once the launch date is entered, the tool would immediately calculate all key dates, with the option to adjust them if they are not realistic.
Florence R. · Marketing manager · Airlines/Aviation · March 23, 2026
Positive experience, with an efficient method for organizing all documents and the project’s history.
Pros: Gathers all the information and documents related to each project. Even when more people work on the same project, the history is easy to review
Cons: The part of Team, covering role definition and empowerment. Sometimes the level at which roles are assigned is confusing.
Barbara P. · Marketing Manager · Airlines/Aviation · March 20, 2026
Tool which is helpful for Marketing and it's finance team to handle any tasks you have within the department.
Pros: Service and Customer support, easy use after you know the handling of the tool, the process management brings the user from the briefing till the controlling trough the campaign process.
Cons: Tool has too many features, after release's often errors in usage, needs a long time to understand the tool, especially the costs module
Simona K. · Customer Experience Finance and Controlling · Airlines/Aviation · March 19, 2026
Processes have been become more fluent, no long emails with heavy attachments in your inbox. Agencies have adapted well to the new tool.
Pros: All stakeholders in the same platform and an historic overview that everyone can consults. Back and forth emails traffic are reduced drastically and everyone is informed due to no bilateral conversations. More transparency.
Cons: After some years of use, difficult to access to past campaigns once they are archived. At the beginning not very easy to use, not really intuitive.
Raquel M. · Marketing Manager · Airlines/Aviation · March 19, 2026
My experience with Marmind is limited because I don't manage campaigns directly. I find it confusing between the left side navigation icons, and the top drop downs, or breadcrumb trail. I find the different entry methods not easy to identify, click on the box vs. not available is not transparent enough.
Pros: Marmind as an idea is brilliant, to have all of our complex campaigns and activities in one tool. * Budget utilization tool * campaign planning and scheduling * Official briefing * Creative development * Recos * BILLING/Invoices
Cons: Marmind is too complex or too hard to understand. I am not sure what it is that could be changed to make it less complicated. It would be better if it was an end-to-end stream, there are too many ways to make mistakes and too many steps to take to even get to the briefing step.
Jeanine R. · Sr. Manager Marketing · Airlines/Aviation · March 17, 2026
good easy to understand - needs a bit more training if set up is complex. I mainly was involved in the initial set up of briefings but now more in use of the the cost planning function
Pros: Recreation of own set up is possible and can be recreated within UX - I like that support is always ready for adjustments and change
Cons: definition of user groups - who needs to be assigned to make sure to inform and give access to the correct user group - often unclear
Anita G. · Digital Marketing Transformation Driver · Airlines/Aviation · March 17, 2026
As a super admin, the User administration is quite cumbersome and has space for improvement; I understand Marmind's value for central units, but for the end users (80% of the users) i would imagine it's a pain in the but. :) I would like a more modern look and feel
Pros: From a Global role perspective, Marmind enables coordination that would otherwise not be possible at scale. Customer support works really well, and [sensitive content hidden] is professional and fast in responding.
Cons: It's not user intuitive. It takes enforcement and continuous negotiation efforts with internals, to have it used. Even if during negotiation Marmind showed flexibility, it's still an expensive tool.
Anca V. · Senior Manager, Global Content and Communication Strategy · Airlines/Aviation · March 13, 2026

Pros: Sehr gute Aufmachung und Übersicht, rasche Bearbeitung der einzelnen Projekte, Guter Informationsfluss;
Cons: Es gibt keine Nachteile die ich aufzählen muss, alles bestens. Es wird immer an Lösungen gearbeitet;
Carolin R. · Buchhaltung · Marketing and Advertising · July 30, 2025
Andreas L. · Technischer Redakteur · Construction · July 30, 2025
Tanja F. · Assistentin · Retail · July 30, 2025
Anonymous User · operativer Produktmanager · Medical Devices · July 23, 2025
Sandra S. · Senior Business Development Managerin · Health, Wellness and Fitness · July 23, 2025
Marcus F. · Kreationer · Education Management · March 24, 2025
