Overall a very positive experience. Havent needed to contact support very much but when I do, they have resolved our issues quickly
Pros: The setup costs and yearly maintenance is very reasonable expaecially compared to other products. Support has resolved our issues quickly
Cons: The licensing and user setup was a little clunky for us. Although some of this might be how we have our users set up in AD.

We are currently going through implementation but so far they have been great. Well organized training and very open communication. The system is easy to use and access, and the AI feature is a plus.
Pros: I like how organized their implementation team are and how easy it is to use the system. Their support response is quick, and the features of the system keep all our documents organized in one easily accessible place.
Cons: Cost was a little over our budget but compared to our current document management system it seems to be worth it.

I've been an IT Admin user of Square 9's GlobalSearch (and previously SmartSearch) and GlobalCapture for our company's document repository solution for around 8 years. We're currently in a project to migrate to the latest version. They're a good team to work with.
Pros: The software platform is pretty stable, a occasional to rare need for an IIS Reset, support is knowledgable, responses are quick.
Cons: The Capture Batch Manager should allow grouping by Batch Number like the old tool from SmartSearch Capture. Not a Con about the company though, just a place for improvement.

I love Square 9 software as I can prepare all my documents without any issues. Plus if I am out of office I can still sign urgent documents
Pros: I can customize templates and manage my documents as it is easy to use. This software is great value for money and the customer support is excellent
Cons: There is nothing I can point to that I do not like. I have not done any collaboration as yet so, I cannot speak on it

Overall, our experience with Square 9 has been very positive. Its performance is solid, and since we primarily use it for the retrieval of finalized AP and AR documents, it has proven to be a reliable system for accessing files when we need them—especially during accounting and tax audits.
Pros: What I like most about Square-9 is how easy it is to scan documents and use templates to automatically populate indexed fields, making documents simple and fast to search and retrieve later.
Cons: Template setup and adjustments can take some time to fine-tune, particularly when our scanned documents or forms change.

The platform delivers strong automation capabilities at an affordable price point. Support has been a standout as they take a creative approach to building solutions that fit our specific processes. Overall, it's been a reliable system that has improved efficiency for our team.
Pros: Excellent value for money compared to other solutions. The AI-assisted invoice coding is highly accurate and has streamlined our accounts payable process. Customization and workflow building is much easier than competing products. User and group management provides robust access control while remaining easy to configure. Customer support is responsive and works collaboratively to solve problems. Document management offers secure storage with robust indexing.
Cons: When a document gets lost or misrouted during processing, it can be confusing to troubleshoot and get it back on track. Clearer recovery options or better visibility into where a document went wrong would be helpful.

It has been a useful tool for everyone in our office for filing, invoice processing, and research. It's easier to use than physical file cabinets.
Pros: The efficiency of digitalizing, processing, and filing of documents is what I most appreciate about Square 9.
Cons: Keyword search can be a challenge at finding things. Make sure to use the correct spelling or the same spelling used when indexed.

Pros: Easy of use creating client databases. Searching and retrieval of data, workflow capabilities for automation.
Cons: Been using the product for 15 years, don not have any, hence using for 15 clients data over 15 years.

Pros: Square 9’s ability to adapt and accommodate our unique needs as a business is definitely one of their strongest points.
Cons: This is more situational than anything - in the last project we needed coded and implemented, we went through about three support specialists. We landed with [sensitive content hidden] , who was truly exceptional. It did, however, cause us to have to start from the beginning a few times

Very good! I was able to follow along better than most tutorials, and the questions are very helpful to make sure I gathered all the information necessary from each chapter.
Pros: It's very interactive and allows for the user to follow along with the tutorials
Cons: Too much time was spent covering low-level concepts such as X button being used to exit the screen.

We have been using the product for years. We are constantly adding limitless functionality in all aspects of the company. The support staff is knowledgeable as well as the professional services team. Everything we set forth to use has functioned properly.
Pros: Being a IT/Power user, I appreciate the great support team and prompt responses on any questions or issues that may arise.

Overall, the program has allowed for us to efficiently improve our imaging/documentation routine to better assist the entire coop.
Pros: The localized storage makes it easy for employees throughout the office to locate, view and send different documents relating to all of our members.
Cons: Once in the application, some of us find it hard to navigate, especially when we were first introduced to the program.

The system has done a good job at meeting our AP function and document storage needs and I would recommend it to other businesses. Very reasonable for the price point as well.
Pros: The Square 9 system itself is laid out efficiently and stays up to date/modern. We've recently converted to direct support and they are very helpful and attentive. Good setup for dealing with cases.
Cons: The system can be hard to navigate at first until you get the hang of it.

Cons: I would prefer to have customizable shortcuts. Sometimes requires a lot of clicks for simple tasks.

I have come to really like Square 9 and how it has made my job easier.
Pros: I like Square 9 for the main purpose of getting the invoices entered and directed to the correct personal to work them, and then the process of them getting the invoices back for payment is pretty seamless. And being about to be paperless and searching for an invoice by so many different fields is nice. I also like the fact that it finds duplicate invoices so reducing accidental duplicate payments.
Cons: I don't like that sometimes it can be slow. Which may or may not be internet speeds or just how it is. This can cause delays in the amount of time invoices reach their destination to be worked. But, overall, I don't have too many issues with not liking Square 9.

Overall, it has been a good experience. There are times that our IT department has to go in and fix some things but overall, it is good. I did have an issue previously and Square 9 reached out to me and worked very hard to correct the issue.
Pros: I like that there are a lot of ways to search for things. I also like how you can customize every aspect of it.
Cons: It has a tendency to get bogged down and become slow.

I have only had one issue with it so far. Everything is easy to use, easy to find, it stores your documents where it's easy to access. Square 9 has been the best decision.
Pros: It's easy to find your document once it's scanned into square 9.
Cons: The only issue I have had it with, was it got logged out twice and none of my documents were being processed, but opened a support ticket and the issue was resolved within minutes.

Pros: We are currently working with Square9 on creating workflows to automate the flow of documents. Currently, it fits our needs without breaking the bank, but it looks like there is a lot of untapped potential in the system that we are currently working towards taking advantage of.
Cons: As with most document management systems, there is a learning curve. Fortunately there is free training included that lays the groundwork for using the system.

Pros: When it works, it works. We have been using this product for a few years now and it helps keep everything organized and easily searchable. Users can move / edit / export with ease. Ties right in with our AD for users and security permissions. Makes it easily manageable from an IT perspective.
Cons: Set up and some modifications can be a bit daunting, but with the help of Square 9's support team it usually ends up being not so bad.
