Cority

Pros: What I liked most about Cority is how well it supports tracking EHS incidents, compliance obligations, risk assessments and audit trails. The strongest point is EHS compliance: in day-to-day work, it reduces manual follow-up and gives a clearer view of priorities.

Cons: The main limitation is complex deployment. It is not a blocker for standard use, but in a more controlled or high-volume environment it can require additional setup, internal rules, or administrator support.

Pros: it covers a wide range of EHS needs (health, safety, environmental, compliance) in one platform. It’s very powerful for tracking incidents, managing risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Cons: What I liked least about Cority is that it can feel quite complex and not very intuitive, especially for new users. The interface can seem outdated, and implementation or customization often requires time and support.

Pros: Cority is the environmental, health, and safety software my company uses for multiple functions, most notably safety incident reporting and tracking. In my role, I am a Cority user and can submit incident reports, set corrective actions, and assign validators which I can then track to completion.

Cons: When using Cority for the first time, there is a little bit of a learning curve to understand how to navigate the software and properly input data. After your first couple of logins however this becomes very straight forward and essentially second nature.

Pros: It has great data management, it is very easy to use and it is great value for money. My information is secure as i can manage contracts

Cons: There nothing I can identify that i did not like about using the software. It was not hard to navigate.

Pros: Customization aspects, user community, help desk. Our CSM also does a great job of escalating and closing the loop on items.

Cons: We have encountered numerous functionality that is required for our business that is not available, thus leading us to use work arounds that are not user friendly.

Pros: The ticket system. It is a good way to track status.

Cons: some functionality in Trubox is not adequate for our business. Such as entering training into the Training module. It is very manual and time consuming.

Pros: Cority's out of the box features and capabilities means effort in implementing solution is on the lower side, and at the same time high configurability of the product makes it easy to realize custom business requirements.

Cons: Sometimes one may need to juggle between helpdesk and consultants to get a matter addressed

Pros: Industrial hygiene data management solution

Cons: Nothing to say. Mostly enjoy the automation and ease of use.

Pros: Takes care of the issue in a timely manner and explains what's going on. I like that they have step by step instructions that are easy to understand.

Cons: I wish they could come up with an APP for ReadySet

Pros: Seems pretty friendly to use for the most part. Cority support has been very helpful since we went live in our production site. I am sure I will need to reach out to them again, soon.

Cons: I was not involved with the core team in building the companies platform within Cority, so I feel like I missed out on a lot, which probably could have been beneficial to me as an administrator.

Pros: Help desk experience is best in class Configurability of the system Business rules capabilities API and other data flow capabilities Dashboard is dynamic and powerful The Cority team is always willing to look at an idea, complaint or issue and provide a workaround or potential future solution

Cons: The my metrics module is clunky The safety f&a module layouts do not stick to the original layout chosen The Cority client rep should focus some time to get to know our basic system set up and suggest ways to improve based on key focus areas or pain points

Pros: Easy to consult and align

Cons: the system receives the alignments after a few days

Pros: When using the support feature they were quick with responding and very friendly.

Cons: N/A I had an overall good experience and we figured the problem out quickly.

Pros: Bulk upload feature and email notifications

Cons: The template to print out questionnaire is not good. The template should be customized like letters

Pros: Cority is a user-friendly application, requesting service and support was just as easy and quick.

Cons: Looking for information regarding chart errors or wrong information in a chart was not an easily available article and finding next steps took an few minutes.

Pros: Easy interface with a lot of flexibility

Cons: Reporting module could be improved by being more default as for example Power BI

Pros: Capabilities and HSE Suites all in one software system, allowing for quick communications and reporting.

Cons: If I had to pinpoint something, it is overwhelming to a new user because of all of the capabilities.

Pros: Make awareness about the sustainability to our customers to reduce Co2. Sustainability will give awareness about how Co2 is impacting on our overall environment, humans, animals, etc and how to reduce Co2 from their operational services by implementing various mechanisam & initiatives.

Cons: This is good initiative but small scale industries are not much aware of that and it should be made mandatory to all.

Pros: Cority has a lot of customizability which is very helpful for various reporting and data analytics. System is generally easy to use if everything is set up properly. The import utility feature is very helpful for mass data imports. Support is very responsive and helpful.

Cons: Cority is quite expensive yearly and has some background items that can cause the entire system to malfunction if they are not set up right. Some items are not set up ideally with the separation in between every data table (i.e., findings and actions not being able to have 5 whys in MyCority & only on main platform). Data analysis could be easier on Cority itself instead of having to export the data to excel.

Pros: User friendly, can easily modify layouts per users' requests

Cons: Search function doesn't work properly all the time

Pros: Cority was able to respond to my request promptly and inform me they will be personally looking into my issue.

Cons: I did not have any cons about my issue with Cority.

Pros: Interface is laid out intuitively. Easy to navigate.

Cons: Too many confirmation screens. Refreshing return you to the top of the menu/page
