My overall experience with Marketing 360 was positive. It provided a convenient all-in-one solution for managing marketing activities, including advertising, CRM, email campaigns, and website management. While it offered strong functionality and centralized control, it did require some time to learn, and costs could increase depending on the features used.
Pros: What I liked most about Marketing 360 was how it combined multiple marketing tools—like CRM, email marketing, ads management, and website building—into a single platform. It made it easier to manage campaigns in one place and track performance without needing separate tools.
Cons: What I liked least about Marketing 360 was that it could feel expensive for smaller businesses, especially when adding multiple features or services. Some users also find the platform a bit complex at first, with a learning curve when trying to navigate all the integrated marketing tools.

The customer support and guided marketing services are also very helpful, especially for small businesses that need extra help. The platform is user-friendly, and the reporting tools make it easier to track marketing performance and business growth.
Pros: I like the most aboutMarketing 360 is that that it combines many marketing tools in one platform, such as website management, social media marketing, CRM, email campaigns, and analytics.

We spent over $40,000 with this company and saw no return in actual new business. Although I enjoyed the employees, their reporting consistently attempted to take credit for leads that were clearly coming from other sources (referrals, prior marketing efforts, etc.). What’s more concerning is how the relationship ended: Attempted enforcement of additional fees after cancellation Continued billing issues even after services were requested to stop A heavy focus on contract terms rather than performance delivered At this level of investment, results should not be ambiguous. Anyone can talk the talk and hire staff to make it look like they're doing something. But when it comes to actual results, this company does not perform. STEER CLEAR!!!
Pros: Staff was friendly and enjoyable. Platform they used for software is standard to a normal marketing company.
Cons: ZERO results after spending over $40,000 with them! Despite weekly meetings and informing them that no results were coming in, they never pivoted. I told them they were a hail mary and if they didn't perform we were done, they took over two months (billing at $8500/month) to simply set up facebook ads. After they didn't bring in a single new client that wasn't attributed to previous marketing efforts, they enforced a 30 day $8500 cancellation policy (I gave them 25 days notice of their efforts not working and they still charged me).

I love the app very much, it allows me to do different things from one place, I mane social media, I do emails and CRM. This avoids having several apps to do each task
Pros: I love the all in one features of the app, it combines social media marketing, CRM, email marketing and analytics all in one package.
Cons: The mobile version takes a very long time to open at startup and also there are issues of crushing during the use of the app. I also feel like they have the same recurring theme.

Overall, Marketing 360 is a solid choice for businesses looking for an all-in-one marketing solution. It works well for managing campaigns, tracking leads, and coordinating team efforts in a single system. While it may not match the depth of specialized tools, it provides convenience and efficiency for general marketing needs.
Pros: The main strength is having multiple marketing tools in one place. Social media scheduling, CRM features, and lead management are integrated, which makes it easier to track campaigns and follow up with prospects. The platform is relatively easy to use once set up, and the dashboard provides a clear overview of performance. Team collaboration is also effective, allowing multiple users to manage campaigns and leads.
Cons: The cost can be a barrier, especially for small businesses or individuals. Some features feel less advanced compared to dedicated tools in each category (e.g., standalone social media platforms). There can also be a learning curve during initial setup, and customization options may be limited in certain areas.

Pros: The contract ending was the best part about dealing with MArketing 360. The whole program is a cash grab. They produce no results and run up your bill.
Cons: The constant demand for more money, bad billing practices, subpar advertising, lack of accountability, poor web development, provided no results. The bad contracts.

Pros: I really like having all our marketing efforts centralized. It's so much easier to track campaigns and see performance data in one place, especially with the CRM integration. We use it daily for email marketing and social media scheduling, and the reporting dashboard is pretty solid. It saves us a ton of time, honestly.
Cons: The interface can feel a bit busy sometimes, especially when you're first getting started. Took a bit to figure out where everything was initially. And I wish the SEO tools were a little more robust; they work well enough but aren't as powerful as dedicated platforms. It's not a huge deal, but something to note.

Pros: Nothing at all. There is nothing to like about a company that locks you into a contract for 6 months, fails to meet any ROI, and continues to upsell you on additional products/services or "new features we are not offering to existing members".

Cons: I am very happy with marketing 360. I do not have a negative thing to say about Markering 360. Thank you

Overall, i would say marketing 360 is a great product. However, consideration should be given to small and medium scale enterprise so that the benefit does not result in profit drain on business.
Pros: Marketing 360 was first introduced to me by one of our business associates but I did not give much consideration. Some months later I came across a platform providing details of its efficiency and return on investment. We are now considering using Marketing 360 like our sister company.
Cons: We have not received complaints from our sister company but it seems that the return on investment diminishes in long term. Marketing 360 is quite costly to sustain.

The worst business experience I have had in my 10 years. Unprofessional. They have a slick salesman up front to make you feel good but once you get turned over to the fulfillment team it turned into a crap show. The last 3 months they were running just Google Local Service Ads. I told them at the beginning I need at least 30 leads a week and between the 3 main Ad places I couldn't even get 10 leads a week. One weekend I got 40 leads in 3 days so you think ok maybe we have something. Over 90% of those were from out of STATE!! Come to find out someone forgot to hit a button so the ad wouldn't go out that far. Do NOT HIRE. Save yourself the time and headache. Also there was so many grammatical errors on the website it was embarrassing. Good thing my wife is an English major we fixed that ourselves because when we told them about it they acted like it was an inconvience.
Pros: This is the worst company for marketing. Nothing they said happened. They were to build me a brand new website from scratch and basically copied and pasted my website from someone else. I got a letter for cease and desist for plagiarism. Their main purpose was to run Google and Facebook ads. It took them a month to get just the FB Ads running. Their fee includes your Ad spend. My ad spend never maxed out so where did that money go? I had one person on my account he was a little out of touch with things. He wanted me to build a page for people from out of state to fly in and work with me when they couldn't even do the local ads correctly. Everything that could go wrong did. There is so much more I have to write. The fact that you can't leave a Google or Facebook review is very suspicious. I used them from the end of April to end of October a 6 month period.
Cons: They almost put me out of business. I had to hire another company to run ads while I was paying them to survive the last 3 months of their 6 month contract. I wasted $24,000 in 6 months and that's not even counting potential business.

Overall, Marketing 360 has been a solid all in one marketing platform that simplifies managing campaigns across channels. It is easy to use and well supported, though some advanced features and reporting could be more flexible.
Pros: Marketing 360 offers good security and delivers strong value for money by combining multiple marketing tools into one platform. Customer support is responsive and helpful, making onboarding and issue resolution easier. The social media management tools are convenient for scheduling and tracking posts, while the email marketing features are easy to use and effective. The platform provides a wide range of features overall, and the email templates are well designed and simple to customize.
Cons: Some features feel limited compared to specialized tools, and advanced customization options can be restrictive. Pricing may feel high for smaller businesses that do not use all features. Reporting depth could be improved, and occasional performance slowdowns are noticeable.

Overall, it’s a platform that can work well if your business matches its model and you get proper guidance. It saves time by keeping tools together, but results are mixed. Small businesses should carefully check pricing and ensure the services meet their specific needs before committing.
Pros: I liked that Marketing 360 combines multiple tools in one place. You get CRM, website management, social media scheduling, analytics, and campaign tracking without needing separate software. The interface is easy to navigate, and having everything connected makes reporting and automation simpler. For some users, the extra guidance from their support team is also helpful.
Cons: The pricing can be confusing and feels high for small businesses. Some of the promised results, especially for ads and SEO, don’t always match expectations. A few people also mentioned that customer support can be slow or inconsistent at times.

My overall experience with Marketing 360 was mostly positive, with a few challenges. I liked having many marketing tools all in one place, which made it easier to manage things like social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertising without switching between different platforms. It helped keep everything organized and gave a clear picture of how marketing efforts were performing.
Pros: What I liked most about Marketing 360 is that it puts many marketing tools in one place. It makes things easier by combining websites, social media, email marketing, and advertising into one system. This saves time because you don’t have to switch between a lot of different programs.
Cons: What I liked least about Marketing 360 is that it can feel overwhelming at first because there are so many tools and features. It may take time to learn how everything works, especially for beginners. Some parts of the platform may seem complicated if you only need a few basic marketing tools. It can also be more expensive than using separate, simpler tools, which might not be ideal for small businesses with tight budgets. Overall, while it’s powerful, it may feel like more than you need and take time to fully understand.

My overall experience with Marketing 360 has been positive, despite the few drawbacks and difficulties mentioned above. The platform's automation capabilities significantly streamlined our marketing efforts, saving time and resources. However, I would appreciate improvements in mobile optimization, customer support options, and pricing. Despite some areas of improvement, Marketing 360 remains a reliable choice for comprehensive marketing automation.
Pros: Working with limited hours in it. But, In my experience, It stands out with its comprehensive automation options and it is also user-friendly interface. The platform's ability to streamline marketing jobs/tasks, which includes email campaigns, generating leads and managing social media significantly enhances efficiency. Moreover, it's detailed analytics and reporting tools provide valuable insights for data-driven decision-making. Its customer relationship management (CRM) integration and marketing automation capabilities make it a powerful tool for managing customer relationships effectively. Overall, It empowers marketers to drive more targeted and successful marketing efforts.
Cons: I least liked: First, the platform is not optimized for mobile devices, which makes managing marketing campaigns and tracking analytics on a mobile device challenging. Second, the customer support options are limited, with only email and online ticket submission for resolving issues. Lastly, the pricing can be expensive for startups and small businesses, making it less accessible for smaller marketing teams. Although these limitations exist, Marketing 360 remains a powerful marketing platform for managing various advertising campaigns.

Pros: Offers effective digital marketing through social media management, emails and landing pages. Its easy to use and has multiple email templates for email marketing.
Cons: The cost of acquiring the platform can be expensive and confusing for new users. When you add a service, the price goes up.

My overall experience and marketing 360 I feel like was great as far as customer service, but I did not sign up due to the fact that it was above my knee
Pros: what I like most about marketing 360 is that they are very consistent with their marketing is as to trying to get their customers to come aboard
Cons: what I like least about marketing 360 was that the price was very expensive and above my means it didn’t work out for me
Kimberly M. · owner · Retail · January 24, 2026
I think it's a good product just maybe better suited for companies with a very large staffing I'd say.
Pros: Its an effective marketing all in one software that helps with tracking and management of security of social platforms and emailing mechanisms
Cons: I have not have great experiences with their customer support and I do believe it was extremely expensive for me and it never used all the features so it wasn't valuable for me money wise
Anonymous User · CEO · E-Learning · January 20, 2026
my overall experience is beyond my expectation. I love how easy it is to send information out to my subscribers
Pros: This is a very secured way to manage your social media platform to send email newsletters to subscribers
Cons: it's a bit difficult to integrate but once done, it is a really cool software to use. It is worth the effort
Patricia M. · Content Creator · Apparel & Fashion · January 12, 2026
Tyler Brungardt and the team have made this a pleasant experience. We're looking forward to what Marketing 360 can do for our Business.
Pros: Tyler Brungardt was able to breakdown progresses in a simple way for me to understand. He uploaded my contacts for me because I was having technical difficulty.
Cons: I don't have any complaints about Marketing 360. We have only just begun with it. We're hoping to see results soon.

Disappointing Experience with Marketing 360 one out of five star I would not recommend them to anyone
Pros: From the get-go they took longer than they said to build a site more than they said for lead generation
Cons: Super high cost lead generation no customer service then when they failed to meet expectations, they don’t do anything about it
Peter B. · Sales · Retail · October 27, 2025

[sensitive content hidden] and team are experienced and know their stuff. I’m thankful to have the support they gave me and provided me with a great website and tips and tricks in the platform.
Pros: The price point, the services, the support. I like the ease of controlling my roofing business from one platform.
Cons: There have been no cons. So far, there is nothing that I dislike about Marketing 360. It’s diverse and complex, so I have some homework to do. But thankful to the team to guide me through it.
Austin R. · Owner · Construction · September 17, 2025
It's a good product, a great team, a competitive price for what it offers and if you know what you need from it it can be very versatile and have a lot of options for you.
Pros: Onboarding was very well supported, the team were very helpful and they spent time making sure everything was understand and we could make the most use of the product.
Cons: Not as slick as some of the competitors, not always as intuitive to use but it was still fairly easy to navigate.
