So far my experience has been good. I’m still learning the system but the set up is pretty clean and uncomplicated.
Pros: I like the app that allows me to see what is happening with clocking. I also like that my employees can clock in and out from the app.
Cons: The way the date is set up. Seeing it month and then day would be better for me. I have to constantly look to make sure I’m on the correct date.

Not only can we communicate with staff and update scheduling, there are forms for staff retention as well as a reward system that we can use to keep our staff motivated. I highly recommend Connecteam.
Pros: Connecteam is an efficient tool used to organize, schedule and improve manager to staff communication!
Cons: I have no faults with Connecteam! It’s an amazing tool and has made my life as a manger much easier.

It's a nice app, however it doesn't work great for our team as we work remotely. As the app requires data we have difficulty staying connected at times

Pros: It's quick to set up the app, and get started. It took less than five minutes to get going with Connectteam
Cons: It's hard to pull reports in the app, or get a total of staff hours. The UI for pulling reports could be better

Overall it's positive, but I wish there was a way to streamline tasks entering even more. It's not a complaint, I don't know of anything better out there, but it's still a hassle to enter tasks, assign them, describe, etc...
Pros: I like the tasks feature we use for the team and and the clock. Our team is small but growing so I appreciate it being fully free for now as we grow.
Cons: I think for my use it was a bit overwhelming because i don't. use all the features. I wish I could just turn off what I don't need.

Overall the usage from being a new user to knowing where exactly everything is has been flawless and seamless to use. I’ve not had any major issues and haven’t had to contact for any support as of yet.
Pros: Connecteam app is really productive and reliable. It’s easy to keep track of working schedules and the feature sets is everything you need from custom forms to per site documentation. I also like the clocking in and out per location with a geo fence, really handy and accurate.
Cons: There’s not much not to like to be honest, if I’m being picky, coming from a development background the website feels a bit clunky compared to the app, but I guess the app development language and layout provides a much better experience, so not entirely Connecteam’s fault.

Pros: So intuitive and incredibly convenient! Having the app on our phones makes signing in and out so easy for the employees. It has completely eliminated our old, messy paper timesheets. We've barely scratched the surface of what this app can do, as it offers a ton of great features we have yet to explore, but the core timekeeping functions are already saving us so much time and hassle.
Cons: The only downside is that employees occasionally forget to sign out, so it would be perfect if the app offered reminder or push notifications to prompt them. Overall, a great tool!

Overall a very great for what you get for free and the trial package then definitely room to grow but not too far off from making it a perfect app. If they go as far as mimicking QuickBooks maybe one day could be the only one platform..
Pros: Value for what you get for free in the trial pack can not be beat, and the ideas they have implemented in the app cannot be beat.
Cons: I don't like not having control of the layout of how you see things, as well as I don't care the lack of control you have over settings for each employee for instance not being able to control how staff individually are able to sign in each staff has a different limitations and abilities on how to do so to be able to control that would be nice. And the AI assistant bot may cause you to lose your hair but it's nice there is actual stuff I'll reach out afterwards(days) to confirm everything is all right.

Overall I’d rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I use it every single day. When you have multiple teams, the app really helps.
Pros: Solid app. As a business owner I need efficiency. Connecteam makes it easy and quick to get scheduled done.
Cons: Not much, it’s actually a great app. Maybe having the color scheme editable would be a nice feature to add.

My overall experience has been very good. I haven't had any issues. My team has been able to sign on and the connectivity where I can oversee everything is exactly what I needed it.
Pros: I definitely feel like it is the best value for the money. My team feels like it is very easy to use. The access is great and I like how the time tracking comes right to me
Cons: I really haven't found anything that I don't like about connecting for my small team. It's really great.

I like it, i like that you can pivot and change the settings as needed, great tool for communication.
Pros: The ease of use and how it is completely user friendly, I would even call it intuitive. Simple is better.
Cons: I did not like that the system has continued to try and force me to go through the training, it continuously pops up. It's annoying.

Connecteam replaced 3 apps we were using before. Onboarding was fast and my guys actually use it without complaining. For managing field teams, dispatching jobs, and tracking hours, it's been the most reliable tool we've tried. Support is also quick to respond. 8.5/10.
Pros: The mobile app is dead simple for my techs to use. Time clock with GPS, job scheduling, and in-app chat all in one place. Killed our paper timesheets and 5 different WhatsApp groups. The ability to build custom checklists for installs and attach photos directly to a job is huge for documentation.
Cons: The admin dashboard on desktop can feel a bit clunky when you're setting up complex schedules or pulling custom reports.

Connecteam has been an incredibly powerful tool, combining what previously had been numerous different platforms into one convenient, easy to use option.
Pros: Clean, easy to use user interface that makes it so easy to navigate between chats/ help desk/ multiple different schedules/ forms and time clocks.
Cons: I haven't found anything I particularly dislike with Connecteam as of yet. I really have found it very easy to use.

My entire team loves how easy it is and my boss is very impressed. We can do basically everything in the system.
Pros: The ease of using this system is amazing. I love that not only can I keep up with hours worked but that I can do their schedule as well.
Cons: I have the free version and when a person leaves i have to delete them or they take up one of my spots.

It has been a great and easy transition from our old platform! As well as super easy to use from our part timers end as well, including changing and covering shifts.
Pros: The Connect Team Chat Feature is great and being able to use the excel sheet to scheduling multiple shifts quickly!
Cons: It can be difficult to give setting to different users and admins, having multiple places to assign different things is confusing would like it if all setting being assigned to users and admins were in one place.

Overall, our setup has been easy, and people at our company are responding well to the new system so far.
Pros: It integrates our payroll system. Easy-to-use platform for admins and employees. We use it most for time tracking and submitting time sheets.
Cons: Some of the functions are only accessible if you pay extra, and it can be frustrating. It makes sense that you only pay for certain functions, but it can also be frustrating.

Pros: I love the UX & UI of the platform. It's both easy and beautiful to navigate. It feels so relieving to have everything organized and coordinated in one place.
Cons: On my dashboard, I wish the scheduling portal was a larger button/more obvious. It's the only thing I use Connecteam for so I wish I could pin it.

Connecteam has been a great experience overall. I like how I get my summary report each Monday for all my team members.
Pros: Connecteam has been useful to get the rest of our team clocking in and out to track their hours for the day. I like how it tracks the overtime too!
Cons: What I liked the least was how the date was formatted as day/month, but once reaching out to the support team, they were able to instruct us how to change that setting.

If is efficient and quick. Great way to keep in touch with what is happening with your staff, who you need to talk to and who you need to chase and when. Communicating can be done with a click of the mouse and reminders can be preset so you don't have to remember everything, Connect does the thinking for you.
Pros: Easy to use and you get you information with a click of the mouse. Everything is in one place and easy to navigate.
Cons: More choice with notifications would be good. Sometimes I feel like I am being bombarded with messages. More notification sounds could be good. You could set a sound for a specific task.

It's been a long onramp but we're excited to get our team up and running on it, a lot of the tools in one place is fantastic.
Pros: Connecteam seems to have a lot of essential tools that we've been looking for, all in one place. Whenever we have a question, it's not hard to connect with support for an answer.
Cons: It is a bit of a beast to set up - there are a lot of bells and whistles, and it's not super intuitive, there's a steep learning curve

The migration to Connecteam has been nothing but positive. As an overall team management tool it exceeds all expectations. Be it time tracking, resource allocation or just communicating with your team, the system has it all. You can upskill and update your entire team effortlessly and monitor how they are progressing without having to constantly apply time to the task. The functionality of tracking your expense versus resources applied is ideal for looking at the bottom line. All in all the value of the system exceeds the monetary investment. It is small cost to pay for the benefits Connecteam provides.
Pros: The Communication efficiency, forms and updates are exceptional. Allocating tasks ahead of time means you can constantly be ahead of the demand and stay on top of workflows. The system itself is sound so I have not experienced any bugs or issues since inception of our rollout. Even so the Connecteam support is always ready to help even with the smallest of questions if the need arises. The staff are able to access the system seamlessly and have reported, happily so, that the ease of acccessing SOPS and information from the knowledge base has given them a valuable tool.
Cons: I have not had any negatives in using the system. The design of the system is focussed to be a beneficial toll in all aspects. It definatley delivers on its promises and has helped our team become more efficient and streamlined.

Very happy to recommend a solid program. As you implement the program use the team can quickly learn to use the simple interface and more features can be implemented. Very flexible and has the ability to grow with the business.
Pros: Free subscription was the first thing that grabbed us. It enabled us to trial the product without buyer's remorse. Once we used the program it became evident how powerful and the deep the program was. You can use it how every your business needs.
Cons: Would like more flexibility in the form wizard. The forms we have created are great, but greater options to customize would be better. Also need a different option to calculate overtime in accordance with our countries overtime rules. Need it daily.

It’s has been fine and annoying at the same time. I still prefer tracking work scheduling physically.
Pros: Ease of use. Time and expense tracking. User access. Customer support. Time tracking. Bugs and issue.
Cons: No way to disconnect email notifications. Cannot use clock in and out feature without locations turned on.

Overall, a very good experience. I do suggest a somewhat more user-friendly desktop experience. Adding files to folders can be a tedious process, but compared to other applications, ConnectTeams is ahead of the curve.
Pros: Have used this application in the past, and its use is very versatile, and there is extensive options for personalization to a user's business.
Cons: Navigation can be tricky, and adding a Zapier bridge to connect with outside applications is not an easy process. I would suggest a direct connection with Square.
