Overall my experience with Axero has been good and I'm looking forward to continuing to learn more and expand how we use the platform and all its offerings.
Pros: The customer service is excellent. I feel very supported by our Axero partner and also by the ticketing system. The team is very open to solutions and requests. The platform is also very powerful, with lots that can be accomplished through it. The training resources are also extremely comprehensive. The option to also make pages public or private and to change those settings has been very valuable.
Cons: Some areas are not as user-friendly or intuitive as one might expect. For example, some aspects are drag-and-drop but many are not. It's not easy to copy/paste widgets. I do feel like they work to troubleshoot areas that come up repeatedly from clients though and the platform is constantly being updated.

Axero is a sleek, modern system that improves how I can communicate within my organization and improve the process of managing documents.
Pros: I like the customizability of Axero's interface that simplifies navigating through the website and sharing updated documents. The ease of sharing files in various languages is something I appreciate.
Cons: Could we customize more colors with the interface, pretty pretty please? Personally, collaborating with my team would feel more valuable if we could appreciate the aesthetics. Learning curve easy-peasy if there were more options to color code.

My experience with Axero has been very positive. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and has greatly improved our team’s communication and collaboration. Its clean interface and strong features make it easy to share information and stay organized. Overall, Axero has streamlined workflows and enhanced productivity across our organization.
Pros: The technical support is really great. The site is very user-friendly. The admin side has a bit of a learning curve.
Cons: Nothing major, continue adding features. i.e. more reactions to comments would be nice, besides just the thumbs up.

Axero brings information together from files, conversations, and updates all live in one place, which has noticeably improved productivity. The platform feels secure, reliable, and thoughtfully designed.
Pros: Axero delivers a secure well‑rounded digital workplace platform that stands out for its balance of security, collaboration, and usability. Its security model is robust without being intrusive, offering granular permissions, controlled access to sensitive content, and reliable compliance features that give organizations confidence their data is protected. Basic collaboration for file and document sharing is strong as it is easy to upload, organize, and collaborate on documents while maintaining clear version control and audit trails.
Cons: File and document sharing works well for basic collaboration, yet larger teams may find versioning, organization, and permission management less intuitive than in more mature enterprise content‑management systems. The learning curve can also be steeper than expected: although the interface is clean, many of Axero’s deeper features require time, training, and hands‑on exploration before teams feel fully comfortable.

I think it's biggest strength is It centralizes internal communication with tools like wikis, forums, blogs, events, document sharing, and social intranet capabilities, reducing the need for multiple separate tools.
Pros: I like that it has a user-friendly interface that’s easy for both employees and admins to adopt, often without heavy training.
Cons: I'm not a fan of the fact that reporting and analytics, broadcast scheduling, or deeper integrations aren't as robust as they could be and could be improved upon.

i am very happy overall with the axero app! i also am excited by the future it could have. our team has lots of ideas so hoping we can get some things custom built if needed
Pros: i love axero for the capabilities it holds for internal information. i also see a lot of opportunities for development when i think of our team members experience
Cons: i don't like how my article cover photos have to be a certain size -- and then when i publish it they image usually gets cut off. and i want the app to be better

Good. They are very communicative, take good meeting notes, and have a nice support ticket site. There are many enhancements we are looking forward to.
Pros: Being able to have spaces / groups / etc is really helpful to limit unwanted content. I also enjoy the page builder section and thought there were a lot of really cool options.
Cons: I had to do some manual work to get widgets the way I liked, but oh well that's fine. I would enjoy more language translation enhancements and more metadata and functional possibilities with integrated content from SharePoint.

Overall we've had a great experience with the team and building our site. As a whole everyone loves the intranet and we're happy with the end result.
Pros: The staff is amazing, they went out of their way to help us stand up our intranet and were super patient with all of the requests we had.
Cons: Going from the demo to the live site was a tough transition, there was a lot of learning on our end. It wasn't just plug and play. It would have been helpful to know CSS. Also it would have helped to have set expectations for our meetings, we ended up driving the process there were some frustrations in the beginning.
Kelly M. · Project Manager · Financial Services · February 11, 2026
Overall, our experience with Axero has been overwhelmingly positive. Their support is quick and extremely helpful/
Pros: Giving us the ability to post knowledge base articles and other company news where all employees can see and interact.
Cons: The administration side of Axero has a little bit of a learning curve to find all of the configuration options.
Gavin P. · Systems Engineer · Financial Services · February 11, 2026
Overall, the experience has been a pleasant one. The onboarding team was very helpful in getting us everything that we needed for the launch. I would recommend them to others in the future.
Pros: I liked the modern interface that it provides. It's easy for users to use and for admins to configure.
Cons: Some of the things that can improve are the integrations for various programs. Also some of the various options could be better.
Eddie F. · IT Manager · Biotechnology · January 14, 2026
I use it less than others to sporadically post articles or events but have never created a space so my experience is limited ffrom that point of view.
Pros: It can quickly bring communications for employees out, and articles have useful features. It allows interaction with the comments and rating options.
Cons: I dont like that doesn't have smart options to manage multiple time zones so people posting events always have complaints from atendees or are forced to create multiple versions of the same events. Not sure if is a restriction from my company or Axero doesnt have a solution for it but it would be great that some content was accesible when employees scan a qr code with their personal mobile devices.

Overall, it's been a great experience. The support team has been great as well in helping us launching this.
Pros: The document management, and file sharing is great. This was the major piece we were missing in our internal communication platforms, and Axero solved this.
Cons: It is a little expensive, I would say. Small organizations might not be able to afford this. Can't think of any other con though.

The platform is intuitive and flexible, making it easier to roll out a central hub that teams actually use
Pros: What I liked most about Axero is that it’s easy to use, highly customizable, and built with collaboration features that drive engagement making adoption across the company much smoother.
Cons: The search function can sometimes feel limited, especially if content isn’t well-tagged or organized, which makes it harder for users to quickly find what they need.

Adopting AmFirst Connect has elevated our workflow and made it easier for employees to connect, share, and stay informed. The balance between ease of use, security, and powerful features makes it a valuable choice for our organization.
Pros: AmFirst Connect has significantly improved our team's ability to collaborate and communicate. The platform offers a modern, intuitive interface, making it accessible to team members with varying levels of tech experience. A great feature is the seamless integration of document management, communication, and collaboration tools into one secure, easy-to-use platform.
Cons: The platform is not completely intuitive at first, especially when it comes to designing and organizing Spaces. Setting up the site structure and customizing areas for different teams requires some time and experimentation. Once configured, day-to-day use becomes easier, but initial setup can be challenging for those unfamiliar with intranet design.
Gabrielle d. · Communications Manager · Financial Services · September 25, 2025
Axero has been a great all-in-one platform for communication and collaboration. It’s easy to use, highly customizable, and the search feature saves a lot of time. While some advanced features take a bit of learning and reporting could be stronger, the responsive support team and regular updates make it a solid choice.
Pros: All-in-one collaboration features (wikis, forums, blogs, chat, file sharing) reduce the need for multiple tools.
Cons: The initial setup and customization can feel a bit complex without technical guidance. Advanced features require a learning curve before teams can fully leverage them.
Nagdeep K. · Manager · Information Services · September 25, 2025
I have enjoyed getting to meet the various folks on our team and learn about this great product. I really like the layout of the pages and ease of use navigating.
Pros: We are just getting into the pilot phase for the new DMS and so far it seems very intuitive. The onboarding team has been great in working with us to explain things and also troubleshoot some of the issues with our existing systems that we are hoping to solve with migrating to Axero.
Cons: So far, it seems like at least some of the document tagging might need to be manually done. It would be great if we could automate all of this work.
Delia B. · Knowledge Enablement Specialist · Hospital & Health Care · September 24, 2025
Great interactions with Axero team members from initial demo though implementation. Most available and accessible project support team I have encountered in a long time. Axero shows they take technology partnership very seriously. They have your best interest in mind while lots of other companies seem to put their best interest ahead of their clients.
Pros: Full function and flexibility. Axero does a good job of providing a platform that meets the desires of a leadership team combined with the horsepower and administrative interface to meet those demands.
Cons: Lots to discovery and use in the most fulsome way allowable. A good problem to have. The Axero platform can be a lot of things and address a lot of needs. The biggest challenge is to first have a vision for the end work product. So far there is very little Axero has not been able to address.
Josh J. · VP of Operations · Human Resources · September 24, 2025
overall its a good platform. Much better than SharePoint and other things we have used over the years
Pros: once setup its very easy to use from an admin side of things as well as the end user side of things.
Cons: There has been times where it dosent work properly and we have to do a re-index to get it back up and operational.
Jason C. · Director IT · Construction · September 24, 2025
As an information organization platform, it's pretty ideal and intuitive to use. The things you need most are easiest to get to and utilize, the extended things just a few more steps away. We base all of our companies internal communication decisions on Axero first.
Pros: Wide array of features and capabilities aimed at all the most common and obvious file sharing and information managament needs, plus lots more to find the longer you keep using it. Great, comfortable learning curve.
Cons: Some of the more advanced functions are a bit hard to find, but once you get used to navigating it's all there.
Jerry B. · TRAINING SPECIALIST · Environmental Services · September 16, 2025
The customer support is outstanding. The site is very easy to use. We have about 80 people contributing content to the site and all appreciate the ease of use.
Pros: My company is new to Axero. We launched our site at the end of July 2025. We are excited about all we are discovering for internal communication and employee engagement.
Cons: Nothing really. The platform is continuing to grow and add features, which will only make our user experience better.
Susanne D. · Sr. Communications Specialist · Environmental Services · September 16, 2025
So far so good. I look forward to being able to do more with it over time. I still need to learn how to add content, but members of my team are administrators and know how to do so, so I haven't really had a need as of yet.
Pros: I like that our employees can access so many things in one place. I like that all of our office locations have access to the same things and communication shared and known by all.
Cons: I'm still learning and sometimes it can be difficult to find what you want. I have learned to just use the search field to find what I'm looking for.
Kellie M. · Director, Human Resources · Financial Services · September 16, 2025
I love using Axero for our intranet and internal communication needs. Using it is so easy and administration is also a breeze, and it's so user friendly that users across our entire organization get more involved and stay current with articles and required readings.
Pros: Internal communications with Axero are amazing. News and important information are incredibly visible and easy to find, which is a huge improvement. Notifications for required reading are also easy to use with the bell icon and showing the list of all required reading is also a plus.
Cons: The only thing I wish Axero had was easier reporting options for space access, etc. If we could pull reports by user and see at a glance which spaces that user had access to as a member/moderator/admin/etc., that would be a huge improvement.
Kimberly C. · Business Systems Analyst II · Banking · September 8, 2025
My overall experience with Axero has been positive. I find it easy to access information from other departments, and company updates are clear and visible to everyone since notifications are automatically sent out. Recently, we launched our Wellness Space, which makes it simple for employees to share their fitness journeys. While wellness may not be directly work-related, it plays an important role in supporting our employees’ overall well-being.
Pros: We are a tech company with a fully remote workforce spread across different countries. Axero is our company intranet, serving as the hub for internal communications such as updates, blogs, and department-specific information through dedicated Spaces. It also houses essential resources, including branding materials, presentation templates, and our internal knowledge base for various departments.
Cons: Axero can take some time to learn because it is highly customizable. You need to understand how to configure individual pages, and in some cases, customization may require coding. As the saying goes, if you want the platform to truly reflect your company’s vision, it will take significant effort to build and refine it and I don't think that's a bad thing just add a designated person solely for updating or refining spaces.
Jade M. · Learning and Development Supervisor · Information Technology and Services · August 28, 2025
Axero onboarding and support teams are some of the best I've ever worked with. They are quick, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The company is open to user ideas and improvements throughout the platform.
Pros: Axero has been a great platform. It has increased our user utilization rate from our last intranet and has improved our internal communication throughout our company. Our employees now know where to go to get the information they need. The content management and keeping the information up to date has been very valuable.
Cons: One thing that could be improved is integrating with more HR platforms. Because of this it is more manual work to keep our employees updated within the system.
Jamie E. · Marketing Operations Specialist · Telecommunications · August 28, 2025
Experience has been good for the most part. I'm not the direct contact for the platform, but from what i've heard from our team, there are minimal pian points.
Pros: The application itself is very nice and easy to use/market to our team members. there are a lot of cool features to stay connected.
Cons: Things that were initially promised to us aren't necessarily the case. Also, the team needs to fix frequent bugs.
