Good. the team is friendly and helpful. after being a customer for as long as I have, I have enjoyed the product in spite of the lack of maturity in some internal process.
Pros: I like how easy it is to use, I also like the huge amount of countries I can select from to buy a line
Cons: The dashboard sucks!. It constantly fails giving json errors which is both frustrating and annoying.

Cons: Remembering the name of the company and the URL to make configuration changes is difficult, silly issue, I know.

Stellar experience in using Global Call Forwarding and being acknowledged quickly when I have reached out to support for assistance.
Pros: Global Calling Forwarding tailor made a package for me. They spent time listening to my needs which are quite specific to my business. They were patient in guiding me through the technical aspects of using their app to receive calls, making it less overwhelming for a lay person like me. Their customer service is unmatched and I am glad to have found them after much searching and being messed around by other companies.
Cons: I do not have an complaints to speak of so far after being a customer for several months. In other words, nothing negative

Love it, my account manager from before was so helpful all the time and would really go out of his way to help properly. love it
Pros: I love what service it provides, i've used multiple times in different parts of the world and it's really helped me run my business effectively still.
Cons: Sometimes I would get emails about a cancelled number when I was already still with them actively. Not too much of a big issue.

This is the best Voicemall service company we have ever used. We have had issues with other companies like lack of customer service. We would recommend to everyone!
Pros: The responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff is unmatched! They went so far as to respond and apply our new voicemail prompts on CHRISTMAS DAY!
Cons: The site is a bit tough to figure out for those of us who aren't as tech-savvy. I'm sure it's easy enough with plenty of practice and use, but I'm not patient or knowledgeable in this area.

provider delivers value across all key areas. The pricing is competitive compared to other services, offering good without hidden fees. Setting up call forwarding is straightforward - the interface is intuitive and I had everything configured within minutes. Would recommend and plan to continue using long-term; we are using it already for many years.
Pros: The call quality is crystal clear with no noticeable delays or dropped connections, which is crucial for professional use.
Cons: Once a brief hiccup early on when local (national) regulation changes were communicated on short notice and we had to quickly switch to a new number, that's all behind us now and the service has has run smoothly since then.

Love it. Simple to use, and the team was very helpful in getting me up and running. Intuitive menu's and call quality is great!
Pros: This is a very simple to use platform. Very powerful. The team was exceptionally helpful, and quick to help.
Cons: The fact that I have to start the trial with my credit card. Apart from that I was very impressed. Would have loved to be able to just start the trial though.

We have used Global Call Forwarding for several years on different projects and it has always been very easy to set up and work with. It has always worked without any problems.
Pros: The application is very easy to navigate and set up. Customer service is outstanding. The techs are very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Cons: I really haven't found anything I dislike. Everything has worked as expected from the very beginning.

Great easy to use service, helpful staff. Definitely plan to use them again this coming season (for our in-resort customer calls).
Pros: Easy to use and economical for our needs. I had researched quite a few other companies offering a similar service but they failed short on exactly what we needed for our international callers travelling in Japan. Great quick customer service replies when needed.
Cons: One of the only affordable options I could find for our very specific needs. Any time we had a question or needed assistance their team was quick to respond and assist.

Outstanding - as I said, I wish all my IT Service providers were this good
Pros: The service does exactly what it says it does; it is easy to use, and feature rich. Beyond simple routing, I have been really impressed with: - IVR - Time of day routing - Voicemail to email - Voicemail transcription But most importantly the Support is outstanding. [sensitive content hidden] has guided me through numerous facets of the service and setup with very comprehensive knowledge, and great patience. If only other IT Service Providers were this good!

Particularly, [sensitive content hidden] - APAC has been very prompt in attending to any request or issue. We are happy to have used their services for more than 15 years.
Cons: Nothing as such during 15 years of our usage of their platform.

Overall it is a useful business phone system that serve the outbound call purpose. Integration didn't help much as there wasn't any place to record a call log after a call; I have to clicked the log call manual to do that. It is a good basic phone system for basic user who seeks for simple function of calling.
Pros: The outbound calls made were made without issues. Audios are crisp and clear. Simple interface and easy to use, no fancy and complicated feature.
Cons: Some basic features such as inbound , recordings incurred fees not to mentioned the outbound quotas which charges once exceeded.

Great customer service team always willing to help.
Pros: We use Global Call Forwarding for our US office and customers as well as our Customers across the world and Europe office. Customer calls one number and it gets routed to whatever office it needs to go to depending on time of day. Easy process.
Cons: At first the website interface seemed confusing but the team walked me through it and it easy now.

Cons: The product did not work for my use case - this is not really a fault of Global Call Forwarding. My particular application required me to use a name registered to a real name not a virtual number.

Pros: Spoke to [sensitive content hidden] , Helped me with billing , analyzed by usage , recommended a plan , helped to cut my cost , at the same time made sure I do not end up overusing and gave a recommendation for this as well. A very professional organization through and through.

I do recommend United World Telecom for their reliable communication services. They offer a user-friendly interface, clear call quality, and responsive customer support which I value the most, since I wasn't too sure about choosing them. Pros: The setup was easy and fast. I needed a solution and I got it very quickly, so that was the best part.
