RepFabric is a great quick reference for our Sales Data reference, contact management, opportunity and sales conversation tracking.
Pros: RepFabric has been a gamechanger for our sales process. From contact management to opportunity tracking, it gave our team a centralized, efficient system for managing the full sales cycle — including conversion tracking, customer support workflows, and opportunity closing processes. One of the most valuable features has been its ability to identify and segment the right people for pricing notifications and email marketing campaigns. Combined with robust territory management tools, RepFabric keeps our sales calls organized and ensures our reps are reaching the right people at the right time.
Cons: Sales Report generation has a certain limitation as to how I want to the data to look like. I have to download the data in excel file to allow me to get the report that the team needs

It has been great. Just like any tool, you have to use it for it to be helpful. It has been very helpful recording all of the service work we handle.
Pros: My favorite is the proximity map; it shows businesses related who is close to any location. It is SUPER easy to use. Secondary would be the sales tracking, it is a great reminder tool!
Cons: Hard to say, they are always willing to fine tune to our needs. I have a little trouble on the expense reporting and saving.

I’m a big fan of it. I find it saves me a lot of time and makes my day more efficient. I can look back at my last sales. Call to make sure I don’t miss anything on this call.
Pros: What I like best about Repfabric is being able to update my sales calls as I go. Come out of the sales call and update it right away, so I don’t have to deal with it at the end of the day all at once or the end of the week saving me a lot of time.
Cons: In the beginning, just learning how to navigate trying to update contacts when they move from one location to another or a company to company.

Very user friendly. Very good support. Very helpful onboarding my team. We were up and running very quickly. There are many additional features we are eager to implement over time.
Pros: Ease of use directly from email to create contacts and opportunities that are then logged / linked going forward. Helps keep pipeline opportunities updated in the CRM.
Cons: That I didn't implement it sooner. In contrast to other CRM's we work with for the principals we represent, I am struggling to come up with anything that any of them do much better.

So far the experience has been great. It has proven to be a very useful tool for each and everyone that has been using it here for the past 2 months.
Pros: The best aspect about RepFabric is that it is an intuitive tool that anyone can get the hang of it quickly. Also, the cost-benefit relation is great as it has many useful features for all the people involved in a RepFirm.
Cons: I think there could be improvements such as including more options on the "type of contact" of the AJ's when creating one.

It is great. I am able to use it easily, get what I need to do done in a timely manner, and use it as needed throughout my work day.
Pros: It is easy to use, and I am able to quickly enter data with no issues. Trainings were also nice and were interactive when first learning to use the system.
Cons: The AI sync + tool can be finicky at times and give errors at time. It is really advance and I am sure with time it will only continue to improve.

RepFabric was a game-changer for us. Moving from salesforce was definitely the next level with managing customers, opportunities, and contacts. Very happy with RepFabric!
Pros: Opportunities and follow ups - we use this daily and we are able to sort by manufacturing line (sometimes multiple on one opp) and by customer, contact, etc.
Cons: One thing that I keep hoping for is the ability to reconcile what POs are still open with how much is left to ship and, of that, what commission is left. The commission reconciliation based on open and closed POs is not quite where I'd like it to be. Seeing this by line and per customer would be great—all in one report!

Easy onboarding and very fluid workflow. The CRM can do almost anything we need a CRM to do. I have recommended small tweaks and the team is very communicative and quick to respond. The CRM has evolved a lot in the two years I have been using it and it seems like it continues to improve without having to relearn anything new.
Pros: It is a complete CRM that integrates with our manufacturers and can be easily used on mobile and PC. It would be a hurdle for our sales teams if it were not easy to navigate.
Cons: Very little to not like. The system has an older look to it but functions extremely well. I have used other CRMs that have a more modern aesthetic but do not integrate as well on mobile and are clunky. This is not a flashy design, but it isn't needed.

Overall Repfabric has been a great tool and we are learning how to use it better and better to grow our business and get more sales.
Pros: I love pulling data to show our clients and manufacturers how we are winning more business and tracking our jobs. Having the information at your fingertips is a powerful tool.
Cons: The Repfabric mobile site could use some work.

The tool is great and it is well tought for the Electrical Manufacturing rep, it is clear that it was created by somebody that understand the needs of the industry.
Pros: I like the easy of use, the integration with outlook, the mobile app and the reporting tools to keep track of everything. I also like a lot the continious improvement.
Cons: I think it can get better on the response of the plug in for outlook. The tool is useful and great but sometime turns out painful to use it.

I use this all day every workday! I really don't know what I would do without it.
Pros: User friendly! Keeps me organized! I use this everyday. It is such a useful tool when I am quoting products to my customer.

I routinely recommend RepFabric and haven't looked back upon my choices several years into use of it.
Pros: The people and the vision; and its focus specifically on the rep agency business model.
Cons: The user interface is dated, not customizable, and snow.

Cons: I really do not have any cons. If I had to dig deep and I would say an email noting that a po has been enter under my market so I can go look at it. But I typically look daily anyway.

I've only used RepFabric for 1+ years and it has been a lot easier to navigate than Sales Force.
Pros: I like the different tools and features that RepFabric offers, the ease of use, the tracking of communications and contact management. These are really helpful in the field when making sales calls.
Cons: The reporting tool is a little difficult to use. I feel it could be labeled differently to be less confusing.

Repfabric is a great company to work with. [sensitive content hidden] came out to our location and explained everything very well. Every time I need assistance they are always quick to help.
Pros: The software is very easy to use for my sale team. I like the daily reminders and daily activity updates
Cons: Some of the reports are not in the format I would like but their is an update coming and I am sure this will help.

Support was excellent and they never left a question go unanswered.
Pros: Ease of use allows sales team to actually use the system instead of finding ways around using the system.
Cons: All systems are challenging to actually integrate with a sales team - so picking something that is easy to use and integrate is very important.

Excellent! Would recommend to other Reps within the industry.
Pros: Overall, I think the CRM is user friendly. Easy to access and input data. It's also very simple to run reports for your principals as necessary. Love the plug in as well in Outlook, very useful to tag opps to emails.
Cons: Sometimes there are some glitches in the email outreach and mapping could be improved further.
