it was the worst lead gen company I ever used, horrible quality of leads with incomplete or inaccurate information and invalid phone numbers in many cases
Pros: THE CRM WAS DECENT overall very dissatisfied with quality of leads and customer service it took them
Cons: a large percent (over 60%)of the leads had invalid phone numbers an some had invalid emails. they charge and then give you very poor quality leads.

Pros: What is great about Top Producer is that is allows you to tie your whole day together - schedule overview, to dos, client follow ups, conversation logs/client notes, and your CRM, plus your current listings and transactions.
Cons: The least appealing part about Top Producer has nothing to do with its capabilities, but simply the lack of an app. The desktop site is fully functional on mobile, but having to navigate to the site, login and wade through the desktop site on a mobile device is nowhere near as efficient as an app would be.

When I first started in 2007, I loved this product and company. Essentially TP has become the Blackberry of techonology for real estate agents. It's not worth the money. The technology is dated, they are so far behind other companies. There is no such thing as client experience. To have to call back to talk to a supervisor. When cancelling my account. I'm told I have to wait TWO business days to have someone else cancel my account. That's after waiting 30 minutes on the phone. This used to be a good product until they were sold.
Pros: nothing anymore. This was a good product until technology started to change. They didn't keep up with the times.
Cons: there customer service is terrible. They have been over billing me and I had to call back to talk to a supervisor because supervisors don't call clients. back.

Misleading, Unethical, and a Complete Waste of Money I signed up with Top Producer based on their promises of providing quality leads and real value. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. The leads I received were either completely unqualified or nonexistent. It felt like a bait-and-switch from day one. When I asked to cancel my contract due to the lack of performance, they refused—locking me into a service that did not deliver even the bare minimum. Their support team was unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly more focused on collecting payments than actually helping agents succeed. This is nothing more than a money grab. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. There are better, more transparent services out there. Top Producer is a textbook example of how not to do business.
Pros: Honestly, not much. The platform looked promising at first glance, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the expectations. The leads were poor quality, support was unresponsive, and the refusal to cancel the contract was extremely frustrating.
Cons: The entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating. The leads were completely useless—either fake or totally unqualified. When I asked to cancel my contract, they literally hung up the phone on me. Their customer service is dismissive and disrespectful. It’s clear they’re more interested in locking you into payments than actually providing value. Total waste of time and money.

Horrible. Months after I cancelled, I got charged again.
Pros: Sadly this a Scam. They do not provide any service.
Cons: Not one of my leads panned out. Most Numbers were fake or in a different geographical area. This is not digital marketing with real leads. Fake phone numbers. Don't get tricked like I did. I'm going to file a report with the Better Business Bureau.

TERRIBLE giant waste of money. There is literally no one to EVER speak to on the phone for customer support....it's all Live chat. They lie and tell you you'll get a certain amount of leads a month to get you to sign up, then when you don't and ask why, they tell you it's over the duration of your contract. So, you're stuck paying for a service that's terrible to begin with and not even getting any of their crappy leads anyway.
Pros: They talk a good talk and sucker you into a terrible service
Cons: All the leads are worthless, come from Facebook, can never get in touch with any of them, fake numbers, bad email addresses

My experience (of decades) with Top Producer was great. Very good customer service.
Pros: I like the ability to not only keep track of my contacts but also the functionality of to-do lists for listings or closings based around listing date, or around mutual agreement date.
Cons: Perhaps the cost. I only say that because my office now provides a very decent CRM which is $0 per month for agents. Hard to compete with that!

I really like it so far. The support team has been great and since i'm new to the program it has been very helpful
Pros: It has multiple different categories, calendar, task templates, contact mgmt and a lot of things i'm still learning
Cons: Any time there is a program with so many facets to it, learning it is a long process. The key is to learn first what you most need it for then keep learning other aspects

Pros: [sensitive content hidden] has been extremely helpful in walking me through several aspects of Top Producer. I am excited to start using the product again and get organized and have Top Producer work with me to help increase my productivity.
Cons: I've owned Top Producer for a few decades and stopped using it probably a decade ago due to constant errors, not being able to manipulate information to make it my own and constant email issues.

Excellent. Used it since 2005. Customer service is good. Today Fajr answered my chat immediately and understood exactly what my question was. This is usually how it is, and they have even been through an ownership change.
Pros: Ability to send very targeted emails using the categories
Cons: I wish I didn't have to back and forth between 8 and X, but that's ok, I've learned them both and what X cannot do.

It was Ok. Customer service was always helpful. I found social connect to be a good idea, in theory, but really wasn't productive. I even added other agents to help follow up on the many leads, none ever converted, it was a waste of time and money.
Pros: The Customer relations management feature
Cons: It was confusing. Social Connect was not productive. Got lot's of leads, but none of them converted, no one was actually interested in purchasing or selling properties, lots of wasted time following up on dead ends
