Pros: Easy contract management system. Buyers like it and it is quick to build proposals. I am a fan of the tool.
Cons: I dislike how at times integrations auto turn on but I don't want them on. I also dislike how copy/paste into the tool doesn't always hold my font.

Overall I would use PandaDoc again in the future. I think it is a pretty simple and easy way to send digital contracts to anyone.
Pros: I have used PandaDoc a lot for sending contracts to my clients. It is a great way to send over digital contracts and forms. It is easy to use. I am able to add all my services. My clients are able to easily sign and then I can keep record of contracts.
Cons: I do not love that it is not easy to edit a sent contract and also contracts expire which creates issues with having to resend and confusing clients.

Overall it’s been a pretty good experience. Sometimes support is slow to help fix a bug or reset our system.

Pros: I like the fact that we can send a link and customers can review the document. Also all of our team can have access to various documents.
Cons: Sometimes pandaDoc can be hard to synchronize documents or it has trouble loading them. It ends up slowing down our systems.

Overall the platform is good and allow different departments to use it at the same time. But the system can be more reliable and consistent
Pros: Really good to stick with the set templates, it provides standardization on the formatting which is really helpful for company reports.
Cons: The navigation is not flexible and the system has periodic error which is not the best reliable platform on a daily basis

very positive. I hope next time I have to sign documents it is offered, since its a lot simpler and user friendlier than anything similar, I've used before.
Pros: I had used it to sign documents. (as a user) It is extremely user friendly and highlights the parts it wants you to sign or initial. It is very simple to use, and I know I did not miss anything. User interface is very easy to understand.
Cons: Everything is great. I have not faced any issues. On using similar products before, I would sometimes miss pages I needed to sign.
Oleg P. · BA · Banking · April 1, 2026
Used the free version for a few years - then they took away unlimited signatures - tried to buy 1 but would not allow it - so we find a better alternative.
Pros: Quality product that works every time. We need signatures for tax filings but do not need templates or have a need to upload contracts.
Cons: Now charge for more than 5 signatures a month. Tried to buy their package, but since we had 2 they would not let us downgrade to one subscription. We are a 2 man shop that only needs 1 subscription.

Good experience. The cost outweighed the convenience, especially when you have a multi page document. Good product for simple documents.
Pros: PandaDoc is a fairly low cost and easy to use platform. I was able to upload my documents and navigate the platform quickly.
Cons: Not as intuit as some other sites. For instance, I have check boxes and had to add the boxes to each line. A little labor intensive.

Excellent. It was very easy to use, easy to upload. It was satisfying to myself and my clients. There was no confusion.
Pros: It is a great alternative to DocuSign. I do not use e-signing very often for my business and PandaDoc is very user friendly for my clients as well as flexible to my budget.
Cons: There was not anything I didn't like about PandaDoc. I've never had a problem with the program or their customer service.

As a customer-service head, it is essential to complete group bookings as quickly as possible. I work with PandaDoc when managing contracts and proposals. It is very intuitive, yet it is quite costly to scale it to the whole staff of the hospitality.
Pros: The interface is extremely clean and the process of signing a document is painless to the corporate clients who reserve big hotel conference rooms.
Cons: The per-user licensing is a bad value-proposition to our customer-service team and customer support is too slow to fix image- and video-management errors on custom templates.
Patricia G. · Customer Service Lead · Hospitality · March 9, 2026
Medical evacuations are a legal issue that should be handled strictly. I employ this in management of contracts. It also simplifies the management of documents to a great extent but is very costly.
Pros: The interface is also very clean and therefore the signing of the documents by the patients who have to sign the forms of transporting them by an emergency vehicle is so easy when under stress.
Cons: The per-user charges are not very lucrative since our medical coordination team will expand, and customer support is too long to fix the errors of the custom templates.

We used to use Pandadoc at my company for signing contracts with our clients and for storing them there.
Pros: Easy for signing contracts with our clients with an electronic signature. We also stored all our contracts in Pandadoc.
Cons: The software is not necessary available in all countries (that's a case for a lot of software nowadays though). Some countries that are under sanctions cannot use Pandadoc without VPN.
Anonymous User · Senior Project Specialist · Market Research · February 21, 2026
Pros: PandaDoc is a very helpful and easy to use software with a clear interface. We use it for document and contract signing and managment.
Cons: Overall it work really well and i have not had any issues. sometimes the language was bugging, but thats because we work in multiple languages.

Usually pretty good service, but now just getting "I understand the frustration about losing the feature you previously used." Not good just pulling the rug out from under us with no advance notice.
Pros: We have used PandaDocs for about 6 years and it has been incredibly helpful in sending and signing contracts. Allows you to copy and download the files, and allows you a lot of creative ability to design and customize the contracts. Good integration with other apps.
Cons: PandaDocs removed a key feature that is essential in our business without any warning, which now creates additional time and effort to reenter all the same information that PandaDocs ALREADY has in it's system. We paid for an annual license and with the understanding that the features we pay for and use will be available. The TRANSFER DATA feature, would allow you to send the information in the contract to different templates. We do live events so that was very helpful in creating gig sheets for warehouse staff and event managers with all the key elements: Client, Contact name, phone, venue, date, timeline, what they have confirmed, etc. Now, we have to manually re-enter over 30 data fields that were in the original contract. Also, we used that to send invoices for payments. Once again creating more work for the office staff.

Overall I love the platform. It’s cost effective and offers the same benefit as any other provider in the space.
Pros: PandaDoc is a clean and easy to use platform to easily sign clients onto your platform or to your service!
Cons: The only thing I’ve come across as far a small issue is people aren’t familiar with the platform but that is changing as it becomes more popular.
Connor M. · Account executive · Financial Services · January 28, 2026
It's made the sale closing process very simple for our team and taken away a lot of technical headaches that we used to deal with when it came to getting signatures needed to close a deal.
Pros: PandaDoc makes our contract closing process straightforward and simple, while helping our team keep momentum and get to a running start with new contracts.
Cons: It's hard to beat the value PandaDoc provides compared to other alternatives for signing and sending contracts. All of our clients, from tech savvy to non-tech savvy have been able to use it with ease.
David V. · Lead Developer · Information Technology and Services · January 12, 2026
Pros: I absolutely love PandaDoc! It’s very easy to use and figure out once you get the hang of it. It’s so simple to sign digitally and adjust to your preference.
Cons: I don’t really have any issues with PandaDoc. It may be a little difficult to adjust the margins, etc. if you don’t know where to look.

We made the switch from Adobe to save money but continue using electronic documents. Getting started was easy and it’s less expensive. There are some features and ease of use that are missing
Pros: We liked the ease of set up when switching over from a previous program. It was easy to bring in our current templates and begin using them right away. Price is competitive.
Cons: There are many features that don’t work as well as competitors like the search and check boxes and menu organization is not intuitive. Not as smoothly run as competitors.
Jill F. · Office Administrator · Music · December 28, 2025
Very positive, seamless transition from the competition. We have implemented company wide 4 years ago and and has been positive.
Pros: Pandadoc has proven to be cost efficient and very easy to use. The ability to incorporate it with other programs is a definite plus.
Cons: There have been no negatives in the use of Pandadoc since switching from a well recognized provider, with the only exception being that many people are not familiar with the name. Easily overcame that with messaging to clients spelling out the name.
Kerry K. · Senior Land Sales Agent · Real Estate · December 10, 2025
Overall, since it’s a free product and it gets the job done as well as it allows the certificate of authentication it’s a good product.
Pros: Would I like most about panda dock is it’s ease of use for us to be able to sign client contracts, especially purchasing sale agreements.
Cons: What I don’t like about panda Doki is there sometimes clients find the interface a bit difficult to use in comparison to DocuSign as far as the field arrangements as well as the walk-through screens.
Vontavius H. · CEO · Real Estate · November 25, 2025
Pros: Contract Management, ease of use, customer support, document handling and signing are all huge reasons why we love Panda Doc.
Cons: Nothing. Love everything. Especially when you compare PandaDoc to other platforms like DocSign which is great but - a lot more expensive
Liz S. · Best platform for Signatures compared to all else available · Medical Devices · November 23, 2025
Poor, disheartening - customer service or lack there of is disappointing and can not keep up to customer demand.
Pros: At the time support was great when we initially started - creating documents and having the ability to send documents in bulk
Cons: Overtime random charges are being added to our account and custoer service has gone down the his - if it is a browser issue - theyll charge you for it.
Ashley M. · Compliance · E-Learning · November 19, 2025
PandaDoc helps us track and manage the status of our contracts in one place. It has improved the experience of our customers to digitally sign the documents and send them back to us without much hassle. This helped us save time, which was utilized in the manual tracking of the updates previously.
Pros: I liked the cross-platform availability of PandaDoc as we can use it on a laptop as well as on our mobile phones. There are various templates to start with the editing of documents. We were able to integrate our Google Workspace seamlessly with PandaDoc.
Cons: I did not find difficulties using this software so far. I found the document editing process quite intuitive.
Bashir A. · Developer · Information Technology and Services · October 28, 2025
Overall, I like uskng PandaDoc. It makes my job much essier and is easily understood by our customers.
Pros: PandaDoc is a handy product that allows us to have electronically signed contracts we used for contract work as well as submitting to financial institutions for lending purposes. I like the remote signatures that means we aren't driving across the state to get the signatures we need.
Cons: There are a lot of layout options for PandaDoc, but it doesn’t have ultimate freedom with layout and design so for some of our documents as we tailor them for customers I feel like I have to find workarounds.
Emily Y. · Bookkeeper · Construction · October 23, 2025
Overall, PandaDoc has been an excellent tool for document management. It makes creating, sending, and managing documents simple and efficient, while still offering flexibility and customization. The improved pricing model makes it an even stronger choice for smaller teams. I can highly recommend it.
Pros: I like how intuitive and easy to use PandaDoc is. It’s reliable, integrates smoothly with Google Drive, and offers great customization options. The team really enjoys working with it, and their customer support has been consistently helpful.
Cons: Honestly, nothing stands out as a negative. In the past, the pricing was a bit high for startups, especially since we weren’t using all the features, but their new pricing is much more startup- and small team–friendly.
