Overall, since our business handless high volumes of paperwork and needs strong automation, Rever is well worth the investment.
Pros: Our team transitioned to Revver to centralize thousands of client files and eliminate manual data entry. We primarily use it to securely request client documents, automate our approval workflows and store large archives.
Cons: The software feels a bit on the heavier side. We frequently experience brief loading delays and sync lags when processing massive batches of files.

Revver overall is exceptionally good, especially as a reliable document management solution. It has helped streamline the way we organize, store or share files across team, It undoubtedly improves efficiency and reduces manual effort. Workflows and collaboration within organization has increased drastically.
Pros: Its UI is very easy to use, which makes the document management simple. Also its document storage is fully secure with strong access controls with two factor authenticator. Along with it, we have reliable sharing features for securely sending and receiving files with clients.
Cons: File sharing permissions can be sometimes confusing to configure properly, also sometimes it feels system gets slow while using it. Navigating folders is a bit difficult sometimes.

Revver is strong in security, automation, and ease of use, but like any software, it has areas that could be polished. The search tool and permission settings could be more intuitive, and occasional technical quirks like cache clearing or misleading notifications can interrupt the otherwise smooth experience.
Pros: I’ve been using Revver for managing documents, and what stands out most is how effortless it feels to stay organized. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I don’t waste time hunting for files or figuring out complicated menus. Uploading and scanning documents is quick, and once everything is in the system, it’s easy to retrieve them whenever I need.
Cons: While generally user‑friendly, some advanced features take time to master, which may slow down adoption for new users.

Overall experience with Revver has been positive. It makes operational departments' life easier by effective document management, making storage, organisation and retrieval much easier.
Pros: I like Revver's strong document management capabilities to keep documents organised, searchable and easy to access in one secured place. Its platform offers secured file storage, workflow automation, ad better control over document heavy processes. Additionally, I like its easy-to-use interface and collaboration benefits.
Cons: Revver is great for SME but may not be an ideal choice for mid to large corporations who might be needing very advance search or highly customised user management etc. Occasionally, the platform faces technical glitches, gets slowdown, hit search limitation when handling large volume of documents.
Nishant T. · Sr. analyst · Financial Services · May 8, 2026
Pros: I like that it takes documents out of my way - in the sense that it's not an ad-hoc task anymore, the cognitive overhead of 'finding' latest version ofsomething. Its easy enough and works for our small team
Cons: this is more of a tool for document operations - ideally we would have like easy integration with our internal agentic workflows but it doesnt support it. api is functional but not designed for data portability

Was my only choice since E-File Cabinet was discontinued. Was long-time customer with them and was much more cost affordable and easy to use.
Pros: Easy to use, support is good, feel safe and secure. Easy transition from E-File Cabinet. Security for sharing files with clients.
Cons: Price very high for one man operation (retired) like myself. File sharing is difficult for me to figure out and use: not sure what to allow and not allow so as not to open up files to everyone else. Clients have hard time using it as well; they say Drop Box is much easier for them. Files often difficult to "view", as just spins a lot (a common problem for me).

Overall, Revver is a strong and reliable program with great support, but some performance refinements would make it even better.
Pros: Customer Support has been excellent. I appreciate that the program can be utilized in both an app and browser versions, and that they can even be used simultaneously if needed. The platform is user-friendly, with intuitive navigation that makes it easy to understand. I also value how the program is designed for document management across multiple levels, making it both versatile and efficient.
Cons: The area that could use improvement is the program’s speed. Some functions aren’t optimized for fast-paced work, which would be very helpful in our environment. It can also be frustrating when we have 40+ employees using the program at the same time and technical issues arise, with the common solution being to clear the cache. Since this is a cloud-based program, frequent cache clearing shouldn’t be such a regular requirement.

OVERALL OUR EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT OVER THE YEARS. WE CONTINUE TO APPRECIATE THE EASE OF USE.
Pros: WE HAVE USED 'EFILECABINET' NOW, REVVER, SINCE 2005. DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT IS SO MUCH EASIER WITH REVVER. WE ARE ABLE TO QUICKLY FIND DOCUMENTS WHEN NECESSARY FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. REALLY LIKE THE ABILITY TO GET ESIGNATURES.
Cons: ABILITY TO ARCHIVE IN BULK. THE SYSTEM HAS HICCUPS FROM TIME TO TIME WHEN IT MUST BE REPOOTED NOT JUST REFRESHED.

I have used the program since 2010 and have always found it easy to use and very helpful is eliminating excess paper files in my practice.
Pros: Program is easy to use and Documents are easily accessible. Documents are stored as pdf so easy to forward to clients if needed.
Cons: The price has increased over the years but that can be expected as their technology changes. For my practice I find it suites my needs.
Donna B. · Owner · Accounting · September 24, 2025
I have found it to be easy to use for document management. I am able to scan documents and upload them into the appropriate place.
Pros: Ease of use and document management are the things I like the most. I like the ease of finding my files and folders.
Cons: The features that I have used are great. I haven't heard back from [sensitive content hidden] since we did the migration. I understand he was supposed to provide some training.
Lana M. · Administrative Assistant · Accounting · September 24, 2025
super easy and fast, very safe and convenient for the clients and us, no more back and forth with email files
Pros: clients feel safe uploading sensitive information, the process is super easy, just send them a link and they do it
Cons: so far we like it , havent heard anything bad from clients, we also like uploading our own client related files

Revver's team is a standout for their excellent customer support. Whenever I've had an inquiry, their representatives have been quick to respond and demonstrate a deep understanding of their software's capabilities and limitations. Their expertise makes it easy to get answers and solutions efficiently, which is a huge plus. The main area for improvement is the Fin AI Chat Bot. While I understand its purpose, it can be a significant hurdle to bypass when immediate, human assistance is required. For urgent issues, having a simpler, more direct option to connect with a live agent would greatly enhance the user experience. Overall, the support from the Revver team is top-notch, and a small improvement to the AI chat bot could make their service truly exceptional.
Pros: 1. Excellent customer support from the Revver team. 2. Representatives are quick to respond and have a deep understanding of the software's strengths and limitations. 3. Their expertise makes it easy to get efficient answers and solutions.
Cons: 1. The Fin AI Chat Bot is a significant hurdle to bypass. 2. It can be difficult to get immediate human assistance when needed for urgent issues. 3. There is a lack of a simple, direct option to connect with a live agent.

It’s fine. There is work that can be done to make it better. It would be nice if we could migrate all our files to the Enterprise version and only have one account.
Pros: It’s easy to use and you can retrieve files from any PC. It’s nice to be able to pull client records from anywhere.
Cons: We have fits with trying to use Revver to email secure documents. Also, we have 2 different accounts, the Legacy version and the Enterprise version.

Revver is an excellent document management tool that we also plan to use for workflow management. It is perfect for our midsized real estate development and management company.
Pros: Ease of use, customer service and attention to detail in onboarding. Integration with third party services and ease of file sharing.
Cons: Integration with Excel could be better, also allowing collaborative work within the same document at the same time would be helpful.
Greg F. · Chief Operating Officer · Real Estate · September 24, 2025
Overall Revver has been a positive experience, and I am grateful to have it as part of our processes. I will say that there is definitely a learning curve. I did love Revver at first, and my team took a little bit to get used to it. Now, 2 years later, my team and I are happy with the software overall.
Pros: The flexibility allowed for the workflows - there are several different attributes, and selections you can design when creating Workflows which allows you to get really granular with how you want to use Revver.
Cons: There are glitches sometimes, when I upload a PDF sometimes the preview is incorrect. Some days (rare) Revver does not work at all, and I need to wait a few hours to go back and use it.
Alex R. · Accounting Manager · Building Materials · September 24, 2025
Really like the storage capability and the security aspect of Revver. Customer service has always been helpful when we have questions as well.
Pros: I like the fact that the documents are secure and protected as well as being able to have a secure way to send and receive documents from clients. I am also liking the two-factor authentication option for security.
Cons: Sometimes it is a little slow to refresh when things are added, or pages are changed. It does take additional time to use the refresh circle to make sure things are the way you want saved.
Kathy B. · Administrative Assistant · Accounting · September 24, 2025
Pros: Ease of use and support team are fantastic. Got a lot of great features that our old document management system did not.
Cons: Still working out some kinks and trying to figure out the best way to do some things. Overall a good product.
Erika S. · Technology Support Specialist · Hospital & Health Care · September 24, 2025
The best part is the support. I have had to reach out a few times and I always get someone knowledgeable and patient.
Pros: I like that we can securely store files as we have a lot of private information on our clients that all needs to be kept safe.
Cons: It seems like it has a few glitches here and there and can be a bit slow. I do believe that some of it is my lack of understanding.
Stephanie W. · Sr. Account Executive · Insurance · September 24, 2025
They fixed the issue in a timely manner and has this removed All roles are currently restricted due to Security Policies or a lack of available licenses.
Pros: Was not able to access Revver at all and account was renewed and paid for. But was not updated in Revver itself
Cons: Does not notify us if there is any issues with our account that we get this message All roles are currently restricted due to Security Policies or a lack of available licenses.
Pam O. · Senior HR Generalist · Mechanical or Industrial Engineering · September 24, 2025
I really enjoy using Revver. It has helped me so much with the HR process and files are easily accessible by all parties that need information.
Pros: Any time we have had an issue come up where we don't know what to do, we receive a response from the support team in a timely manner. I accidentally deleted something very important one day and thankfully, it was fully recoverable. It has really helped us streamline our process and stop keeping so much paper in the office. The system is very easy to use.
Cons: I made something into a main drawer and it really it needs to go within another filing cabinet. It won't let me move it because it is a drawer.
Sarah Kate H. · Human Resource Manager · Hospital & Health Care · September 23, 2025
We use Reever to store our documentation for our placements and background check forms. It helps keeps our forms organized within our company.
Pros: Reveer we use for document management. It keeps our files organized in a professional manner at KVC.
Cons: It is a little difficult to understand in the beginning but once you understand the system, it’s good.
Roshaunda S. · Kinship Care Coordinator · Human Resources · September 19, 2025
Overall, it is just an online filing system. It does the job and has the capability to store vast amounts of files, documents, etc. in different formats. Sometimes it works well other times it doesn't and has to be shut down and restarted throughout the day. It logs the user out faster than necessary and logging back in is time consuming. There is an annual cost for each user which is fairly expensive.
Pros: It is very easy to set up new drawers and new folders. Editing it also very easy. The way the system lays out the drawers is user friendly and makes navigation fairly easy. Most documents that are individual files can be dragged into place, which is very convenient.
Cons: It takes a bit too long to load the entire system when first logging in. The system lags and does not keep up with fast typing or fast actions. The search feature is very clunky and not an easy straightforward search option. If folders are found, it is difficult to go right to the folder that is chosen. A file has to be downloaded before it can be viewed or removed which is time consuming. There is a "failed uploads" icon that shows documents that were successfully uploaded, which is confusing. There are frustrating times while in this system.
Dana Z. · Human Resources Manager · Hospitality · July 14, 2025
Very detailed training and implementation
Pros: Very customizable and easy to use. Keeps our office organized
Cons: Cost per user - I would prefer monthly billing per user for those that only need access occasionally.
Georgia D. · Administrator · Hospital & Health Care · March 31, 2025
Pros: The ability to have everything in one area and to be easily accessible.
Cons: There seems to be a lot a lag time when uploading files. I've had a file sit with the buffering wheel and never upload. It's frustrating to have to logout and back in to reboot Revver to get it to upload, which sometimes it uploads and other times it doesn't. I have had others express that somethings they have trouble login as well.
Mariah T. · Administrative Assistant · Individual & Family Services · March 20, 2025
Initial service and support from the team at Revver been great, if only they can keep it up with the post implementation support team etc.
Pros: Flexibility of the technical team to accommodate their customer group from different time zone.
Cons: Response can be slow sometimes and the "Office Hours with Customer Success" is bit let down specially if no one turns up from Revver even after you register to the session.
