Cons: I'm digging deep, but I guess losing credits if you don't use them. However, they have a pay as you go model, so I guess really isn't a con either.

Pros: I manage my own sales where saving time is so important; having text, email and phone services combined in one app/service is so convenient, and it’s time saver. Also, customers tend to respond much faster to a text message.

Cons: So far it’s working well but if I find an opportunity to improve, I will post about it. Maybe have more marketing to reach more people.

Pros: What I like most about TextP2P is the ease of setup and configuration. Just simple and straight forward.

Cons: What i like least about TextP2P is that I ran out of credits rather quickly. But, honestly, that was my mistake with not sizing this properly. The available options to get us sending messages again were plentiful.

Cons: Nothing, The set up was clean and simple. further more there was great communication from "Text P2P" when getting our account set up. Which was fantastic.

Pros: The initial set was easy due to the user guides and videos provided. If I had a question customer service was prompt. We also liked the ease of the app for our organization and attendee’s.

Cons: The approval to be able to send text. The approval process did happen very fast due to all the guidance documents.

Cons: I'm used to working in databases with a specific primary key (unique ID) for each contact, but TextP2P doesn't seem to incorporate one directly, which is a little confusing for me. The tutorials do say that when you upload a contact list containing an existing phone number or email, the system will match the number/email to an existing contact and update any changes to the existing data (like address or zip), but it never goes so far as to say that a phone number or email is the primary key for a contact.

And the customer service is top-tier—responsive, helpful, and truly invested in helping my business succeed. If you're a business owner looking to grow efficiently without dropping the ball, this is the platform you need.

Cons: There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, especially when setting up your first few campaigns or trying to manage large contact groups efficiently. I also wish the platform allowed for more visual customization within messages (like branded graphics or formatted text). That said, once you get the hang of it, the time-saving benefits far outweigh any initial setup challenges.

Pros: Ease of use and ability to communicate so easy with all of my customers.

Cons: I was a little confused on how to create Campaigns at first, but then I got it and it's very easy. I also wish I did not have an inbox for them to text back other than stop to unsubscribe. I do not need another inbox lol

Pros: The tech team was so helpful and always there to answer my questions! Great service, easy to use, and a much better way to communicate and stay in touch with clients.

Pros: Our nonprofit vetted many SMS text services and selected TextP2P based on affordability, great customer service, and data protection policies, all of which were a fit for our survey project. TextP2P is packed with step-by-step tutorials which makes it very user friendly. We are thrilled with the capability to launch a list campaign to a little under 1000 recipients efficiently and expediently.

Cons: While each MMS message for our survey costs 2 credits, we had to create a formula specific to our project's estimated response rate, which was a little technical in terms of solidifying a cost estimate for our project budget. However, credit costs are reasonable and there is an auto-replenish option that's convenient for keeping the project on track. Additionally, there have been some bonus credit incentives from the company which we are very thankful for, such as the 100 credits for starting a subscription.

Pros: I love being able to automate check ins with my clients on a weekly, biweekly, monthly basis. Using text P2P has made keeping in contact with a large volume of people much more efficient!

Cons: I don’t have any complaints. Everything that I need is there, it just takes ME learning!
