Its a fun plugin to work with, responsive and quick support. Easy to use and guidance from the support crew.
Pros: Easy to install and set up. I love the fact that every area is fully customizeable. Quick test to ensure forms & emails are all recorded on the dashboard. You can have different 'Chaty Channels' running on different product & category pages.
Cons: on original installation i received an error whilst testing. I reported the error and received a bug fix with hours.

Cons: It takes some time to save widgets. This line requires longer text than I can give, so let's say that this is also a bit of inconvenience.

When initially setting up, the tech support answered all my questions very fast.

Pros: I had a problem with configuration i wrote a message and the response was very fast and solve the problem. The customer service is very nice and willing to help. A very nice option is a free package that allows you to test all the possibilities without incurring additional costs at the start.
Cons: The process of starting the service is too long, it is necessary to provide payment card details even for the free package.
