Pros: I absolutely love the templates. It also has both, forms and surveys. It's easy to use (not as complex as qualtrics for example) and well priced. utilizing multiple language feature. Very quick support when help is needed.

Cons: On the dashboard, I wish there are even more blogs that explain general survey creation, how to do analytics with the data and providing examples from industries who use the tool. A lot is already there.

Pros: There are a couple of features that I really like from Survey Analytica, the AI chat assistant to build surveys easily without having the prior knowledge of the field. Their sentiment analysis feature is also a great one and I especially love the option to import data from any external source which none other platform offers. Other than that their flows feature is really good which automates most of our tasks, saving time and seamlessly integrates with our existing tools and softwares.

Cons: The interface was the least I liked as it didn't seem very attractive to me personally, but they have recently updated and It's got better. Would like to see more improvements on that.

Pros: I really like the comparability to some of the much more expensive tools in terms of all aspects of the package, along with some additional features like flows. It's well thought out as a research tool and not just a glorified forms package. Plus, the team is very responsive to suggestions to make it even better.

Cons: It's still a developing product so there are little things that need some polishing but the [sensitive content hidden] of the company is very open and receptive to these suggestions.

Pros: Its intuitive interface and powerful features made the survey creation process a breeze.

Cons: Nothing as such , It offers robust data analysis tools, including charts and graphs, which helped me gain valuable insights from the survey responses.

Pros: Great customizable features, very easy to integrate and get everyone to understand and use
