It's been a great tool to gather opinions/feedback on my business.
Pros: Experience gives me the ability to have my customers reach out & market me directly to my market & leave positive feedback on their relations with me.
Cons: I wish there was an easier way for my team to access the reviews/be tagged on all the emails so i don't have to forward/let them sign in.

I enjoy getting the feedback from recently closed clients. The response rate since using experience.com is much higher than other products used in the past.
Pros: I like the ease at which a client can leave a review and also the ease at which you can reply to that review. I also love that you can point future clients to the site and see your reviews.
Cons: I can't think of anything that I don't like about experience.com. I have had internal review software in the past and I feel like I didn't get the number of responses from clients as I would like. This product makes it easy for the client to review you and it's out there for the public to see.

I've been using Experience.com for several months and its been great. It's nice to have a review platform that combines all of my reviews into one platform.
Pros: The combined reviews feature combining all of my review ratings into one.
Cons: I haven't come across anything I dislike yet about Experience.com

No response from a ticket I submitted twice. An embarrassing 5 star review with a glitch remains out there. The platform was better run when it was Social Survey.
Pros: Automatic survey emails are great. Clients respond most of the time.
Cons: Automated AI replies are sometimes insulting. I wish I could turn them off. Customer service is non-existent currently.

I have been using for several years and it motivates you to do a great job with your clients.
Pros: I find it is a Great platform. Customers need to review to express their feelings of their experience.

Great platform, I have been using it for years. Its nice to send the link to clients so you can get manual reviews, and nice to consolidate all your review sites into 1 to use!
Pros: Its a great source to put all your reviews into one spot, so any customers can get a full shot of all the info and reviews before working with someone etc.
Cons: Nothing really negative. I like you can link socials and the only thing is, sometimes its hard to get the client to leave a review, it would be good if they got a TEXT also and not just an email. Would see more reviews for sure!

Easy to use. It's not another follow up that has to be sent. Convenient as it is automatic.
Pros: to see feedback from my customers experience is a great tool to continue to grow
Cons: I don't see any downside to feedback. It's a quick survey for them.

I am not satisfied with my overall experience with the product, especially when compared to an elite subscription. It requires using multiple social media platforms to accurately gauge your presence. Instead, the focus should be on measuring the quality of that presence rather than the quantity. Additionally, the lack of support after purchasing the product is frustrating. Overall, I feel it was a wasteful investment.
Pros: The capability to effectively evaluate and enhance my business's online presence.
Cons: Reliance on manual oversight rather than leveraging automation limits efficiency and progress. It's essential to embrace solutions that can streamline this process, enabling us to focus on higher-value tasks instead of constantly managing them.

It's been really good. I wish I had it earlier in my career.
Pros: I love the ease of getting high marks on my reviews and that they get cross posted without me having to think about it.
Cons: I keep getting notifications about realtors asking for me to rate or review them but there is no way to tell which ones are requesting it on my dashboard. It's been frustrating. It would be great if the email came over telling me who requested it or that it would be highlighted on my dashboard.

Simple, easy to use. I like the integration with other platforms like my website.
Pros: I like that there is a single source, comprehensive cross-section of Client Reviews.
Cons: I do not like how a single poor review can tank your whole score profile. One 4 Star Review should not outweigh hundreds of 5 Star Reviews, but the way the average is weighted, this is exactly what happens.

Not great. As I said above cancel my damn subscription when I nicely ask you to. I’ve seen no monetary benefits from paying you a large monthly fee.
Pros: Good layout and interface. Nice that it puts everything together and tells you what to fix.
Cons: I can’t cancel my damn subscription. Nobody told me it was a year long subscription. I was told when signing up I could cancel anytime. It’s misleading and stupid. I haven’t gained a single lead or more traffic since paying for your service.

Pros: I like that it is easy to use for my clients.
Cons: I wish that there was a way to dispute some of the reviews. I had one negative review that I reported to Experience.com. The client was not happy with her agent, not me. Experience.com declined my request to remove that negative review, and that affected my overall score.

Overall, it has been a good experience. I now have reviews, and it's really easy to have my clients give me reviews.
Pros: I like that they worked with me to bring over reviews from a previous company i was working for (they paid for experience.com reviews), to my new one.
Cons: It took some time to pull my reviews over from my previous company, and i had to get involved alot more than i was let to believe. If i hadn't stepped in to look for all my previous reviews, i'm not sure they would have transferred from my previous company
