This has been quite the upgrade to our service for our clients. In todays technology, the ability to send a test to a client in a text centered communication world is great !
Pros: This is a convenient and simple way to communicate with my clients as they're able, instead of interrupting them with a call. It is quick and easy
Cons: the limit of letters is a bit rough, but doable. It would be nice if there were a few more available to us to send.

So far, there have been minimal updates, which isn't bad, but there could still be room for improvement.
Pros: The system is practical and very easy to use. We do only use it for text messages, maybe in the future we could use the other features.
Cons: I think it needs an updated interface. Something that is more interactive or just a different style would be super nice!

the fact that it doesn't auto refresh anymore, i have reported this and they cannot seem to fix it, if you get a message, it doesn't show unless you refresh, once you are in a thread with a customer, it will show on my phone through the mobile app, that's how i know to go answer them

Overall I enjoy using text request. It is easy to use and I have it on a varitey of places like my phone, a widget and a tab on the computer.
Pros: I love that I can use the same phone number for the business. My customers only need to know one number.

Cons: That for the Spanish templates the names don't automatically fill in like it would for English ones.

Experience with TextRequest overall was "mid", there were many glaring UI issues, on top of what was already mentioned. I normally tell students to text me when they need help, but with TextRequests notification issues, I have had to resort to having them call me, which makes juggling multiple conversations very difficult.
Pros: It worked when our normal system did not
Cons: Notifications do not always send alerts, it is not possible to import multiple contacts and the keyboard controls are not intuitive.

Overall, it is a nice platform that is easy to use and provides an uncomplicated way to communicate with others.
Pros: The ability to schedule messages makes sending messages easier and more convenient. I additionally like the platform's layout; it is pleasing to the eye and makes locating contacts very straightforward.
Cons: I'm not too fond of the resolved feature, ideally, it helps you to keep an eye on conversations that may need to be handled at a later time, but the fact that you have to select resolved after every reply can be cumbersome. I am also not a fan of the incoming message notification chime ( it does sound off until you open the platform, which is a good thing), it does not always sound and there have been many occasions that I missed or was too late responding to messages because I received no notification.

Overall, I love using text request. I think it is a great program.
Pros: I really like how you can send a mass text out, but when they reply, it only replies to you.
Cons: Only that when a bunch of texts come in at the same time, it is hard to stay on the one you are wanting to stay on.

Cons: The ding that reminds you of a text - need a way to turn this off. Also, text not showing up or out of order.

Really good!!! Love that you get alerted even if you don't have the tab open.
Pros: Messages appear in the tab header and alerts you if you have a new one. Other services are not like this.
Cons: Not able to color coordinate the squares of different messages.
