Pros: Easy to create a survey and administrate it fast. It's included in our Zoho membership so we've also set up automations with our CRM part.
Cons: The visual of the survey it not always customisable to our taste and doesn't look 100% good. Although you can use the API to do your own design and call the survey in the backend but this takes more time.

Pros: Zoho Survey special logic paths and multilingual questionnaires allow me to craft defined surveys, which resonate with my global customers. Conditional questions make the feedback feel-relevant and the sentiment charts allow me to read responses in real-time.
Cons: Occasionally exporting in Excel gave me too generic results that required a manual refresh before being shared.

Pros: I enjoyed creating adaptive surveys with the genius logic flow through Zoho. It allowed me to inquire follow-up questions only when a respondent reached particular answers and my surveys felt natural and like a conversation.
Cons: Saving logic rules got glitched or reset itself so I had to go over every condition to make sure I did not cut under a question that is important.

Pros: Whenever I conduct surveys with groups or for my clients, I depend on Zoho Survey for the best results. I do not have to send back multiple emails to get the important feedback I need.
Cons: One disadvantage with using matrix questions was that scoring was limited. It became necessary to find a way to give responses in a grid layout numerical values.

Cons: The design is customisable; you can skin it, but you cannot expect pixel perfect control over the design. Also mobile optimization could be better.

Pros: Zoho Survey has been essential for creating surveys and understanding customer satisfaction in terms of service and presentation. From the initial creation, it's a simple process in which all the information is clearly defined and has an attractive design for the public. Most customers don't fill out surveys because they find them boring. However, Zoho Survey makes it a simpler and faster process to respond to, and it's easier for us to send them to the entire interested public.
Cons: I don't dislike it at all because Zoho has always proven to be a very comprehensive platform without flaws or poor user tools.

Pros: Zoho Survey has helped me to launch structured surveys for internal assessments as well as for customer feedback. The built in analytics allowed me to filter responses and I could set up scoring based evals without having to learn formulas.
Cons: The thing that did bug me was the real time response syncing took time when surveys are shared cross channel.

Our experience with Zoho Survey has been quite positive. As a manufacturer of medical devices, we hold multiple webinars using Zoho's webinar offering. Pros: Zoho Survey is very easy to use. Setup is a breeze and the survey system works seamlessly with Zoho's CRM. The product is very affordable, offering multiple pricing options. From the FREE version to the ENTERPRISE version, Zoho's got you covered..
Cons: Zoho Survey integrates very well with the Zoho CRM. If you do not utilize Zoho's CRM, Zoho Survey is fine as a standalone product, but it works much better with the Zoho CRM.

My overall experience with Zoho Survey has been great! There are so many features to make surveys your own even when using their templates. If you are still unsure just from my opinion guess what they give you a 7 day free trial so you can try it for yourself! So, what will you lose, nothing just a little bit of your time but you won't even miss it once you try ZoHo Survey.
Pros: I like that if I want to know more about or interact with my customers then I can create a survey that will ask the questions I want it to ask, or I can use surveys they have already created and I just choose from different templates. I can also create fun little polls to poll my customers about a certain product versus another. I can even create forms, and quizzes for my employees.
Cons: I love Zoho Survey. There was nothing that I didn't like about it.

Zoho Survey is something that I value and appreciate despite the minor caveats. I think everyone can benefit from survey data, and I can personally attest that Zoho Survey is both affordable and appropriate for small to medium businesses.
Pros: Zoho Survey is great because it's easy to implement and use! The UI is impressive and better than I expected. I had only a small amount of experience with this category of software yet I was still able to create surveys for clients on my own. There are 20+ types of questions to choose from in the survey builder. Some of the question types can even be used to power skip logic. I also have the Zoho Survey mobile app where I can review survey responses as soon as they're received. I can set up notifications when a question receives a specific answer as well. I never needed customer service to resolve an issue, however I have emailed them with questions and the response was prompt.
Cons: I wanted to include questions that were something like "Please select what we did well" or "Please select what we could do better" and the client could check the boxes on multiple answers. I put the questions into the editing box and discovered that multiple answer specifications are not supported. I think this is something Zoho Survey could do better.. I would also like to be able to use bold letters in some questions with specifications that clients seem to overlook, however this is not supported either. It was surprising to me that a survey software would overlook such basic features.

So I used to work in middleware team at Builder.ai, so the customer used to come and define a customise app they have some set of requirements. However they might not have technical experience hence need assistance. Sometimes chatbots cannot match customers expectations, hence customer survey is important. Also here survey was collected, mostly by all users of the product, to improve quality of the platform
Pros: I like the customer effort survey, it actually helps in determining how much the customer is willing to stick to the business and be a potential buyer of the product
Cons: Data security can be improved and I believe the costing is slightly high in terms of features provided.
