Pros: I like the time saved by integrating all of my review sites into one centralized platform. It also makes it so much easier for my customers to leave reviews because they are notified either by text or email after the work is completed.

Cons: When I first set things up, it was a little confusing because I manage multiple businesses. I initially registered the domain under my main business, but that ended up forcing all the other businesses to share that same domain. Once I realized the limitation, I decided to purchase a distinct domain specifically for dedicated use within the app.

Pros: It offers many different ways to gather reviews and build social proof online. There are minimal barriers to building an online presence.

Cons: It's a bit too easy to gate reviews without proper barriers. Gating reviews is risky for getting banned from review sites; therefore, it should be impossible or at least extremely difficult.

Pros: I like GiveMe5.ai feature but my favorite is the possibility to share the reviews received on social media

Cons: Maybe the dashboard graphics could be updated but it's not really a big deal and I can't find any other weak points

Pros: I’ve been using GiveMe5 for a couple of years, and their website widgets remain my favorite feature. They integrate seamlessly into my site, and I can tailor each widget’s look and messaging in just a few clicks to match my clients’ branding. Sending review requests is equally straightforward! Customizing the message and deploying it takes seconds, and the rest of the process is entirely hands off. The ongoing platform updates always feel thoughtful and practical, making it easy to stay current without any downtime or headaches.

Cons: It’s hard to find any true drawbacks.. GiveMe5 has been so polished for so long that I can’t point to anything major I dislike. I would love a mobile app!

Pros: Once set up, it essentially automates online review requests, plus helps track the reviews and help write responses.

Cons: The centralized dashboard is nice, but would be better if it summarized all office locations on the page instead of forcing you to manually select each location to review their status. Also, I really wish it would capture the company responses in the dashboard so that you can see them - I sometimes respond in Google Maps directly, or through another app that monitors my reviews (Levitate), but it seems to only show you the company response if you go through GiveMe5 to post it. Otherwise, it appears on the app as though you've not yet responded when you in fact have.

Pros: GiveMe5 simplifies the process of getting reviews from my clients, which has always been difficult. My favourite feature is the drip emails that can be set up.

Cons: I would love if there was a way to automate the process using API integration. Currently I am using Zapier, which works well. Also, I think the UI can be improved to make it easier to find things.

Pros: I love that the GiveMe5 platform has automation. It makes my job so much easier when my clients choose for me to manage their account.

Cons: I would like to automate my trial process. As of now, i have to manually create their trial account.

Pros: Seamlessly integrate with Zapier, QuickBooks, and Jobber for smooth workflows. The preferred choice for multi-digit professionals who value efficiency and precision!

Cons: Some integrations may be missing, but don’t worry—I’ll be there soon! Working to expand compatibility for a smoother experience

Pros: Makes it very easy to get more quality reviews from out customers after we complete jobs for them. We enter their name, email address, and phone number and it does the rest for us.

Cons: Nothing, very easy to use and does most of the work for us. It follows up automatically and we had increased our reviews since using the software.

Pros: GiveMe5.ai makes collecting and displaying reviews easy. The interface is incredibly user-friendly, and sending a review request to a client is a breeze. GiveMe5.ai integrates with tons of review websites which makes the review experience so much easier for the client.

Cons: The thing that I like least about GiveMe5.ai is that setting up the SMS review requests is a little difficult because it requires use of a third-party platform. The other thing I don't like about GiveMe5.ai is that it often mischaracterizes consumer sentiment as negative when in fact it's positive.

Pros: Easy to use and great onboarding team — They've been tremendously helpful in speeding up the implementation process.

Cons: Nothing so far, their features are very appealing. I look forward to more AI assistance across other platforms such as TrustPilot.

Pros: It is user friendly and easy to use, it is also efficient in it's usage and allows for a centralised management.

Cons: This has to do with the user privacy. I do not fully trust them when it comes to not sharing user data.

Pros: What I appreciated most about Grab Your Reviews is its centralized dashboard and seamless integration with multiple review platforms. It saves so much time by allowing us to monitor, respond to, and analyze customer feedback all in one place. The UI is clean and user-friendly, which made onboarding really quick for the team.

Cons: The reporting section could use more advanced filtering and customization options. Sometimes we want more granular insights, like filtering by review sentiment over a custom date range or by specific product/service, and the current setup feels a bit limited.

Pros: Easy accessibility. When you use this product you don't have to question the usage.

Cons: It could be easier for probably someone who is not so user friendly

Pros: - Adds all reviews received from Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc into a single dashboard which makes it super easy to collect reviews from different websites -Review filtering feature lets you filter negative reviews which allows your business to resolve these issues before they become public

Cons: -The UI is very basic and not as modern as other competitors, this might be considered good if people like simplistic UI. - This has the potential to use AI but is not using it which is sad. Could be used to analyze sentiment or competition using AI and give an AI based review.

Pros: I love how easy and convenient it makes getting reviews of my company

Cons: This is an overall great software that my company enjoys using

Pros: Matches our reviews to jobs and allows for pictures of the work completed.

Cons: Sometimes the link between integrated software seems to break or stop working.

Pros: I love how you can gather and manage feedback from multiple review sites.

Cons: I actually have no complaints with Grab Your Reviews.

Pros: They make it easy to see your reviews from different sources all in one dashboard.

Cons: Although there are times that reviews should be removed because they lack substance, I don't agree with removing negative reviews simply because they are there. Grab Your Reviews offers removal of negative reviews. Those negative reviews are how businesses grow, and customers know what they should expect from the company or service.

Pros: Makes it super efficient to receive and give reviews!

Cons: I’ve had no issues with Grab Your Reviews, I find it super easy to navigate!

Pros: Easy accessibility, easy to use and fit perfect into my business

Cons: I loved everything I have nothing bad to say about the company would refer to all!
