Pros: It's easy to use once you know what you're doing! It's a fun way to get your customers involved and a great way to source advocates for various activities.
Cons: Not all the integrations work all the time. We've had third party review integrations not work every time and our integration with Salesforce isn't seamless.

Pros: Whenever I require assistance or have any queries, the support team and my CSM are always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Additionally, I really appreciate the integration with various platforms, including SFDC, and the fact that Influitive is constantly adding new features and requesting feedback from clients. It's user-friendly and provides an excellent platform for our members (partners) to interact and share knowledge.
Cons: There's constantly room for improvement, but the account team is superb at swiftly resolving any issues, and the product team is diligent at keeping users in the loop with frequent updates.

For over 7 years, we have had a positive experience with Influitive. Our community of educators continues to grow each year as does our member engagement. We've had good connections with our CSMs and generally have a quick response to reported issues. Before we renewed our contract this year, we did evaluate other companies and systems and still believe Influitive meets our needs the best in regards to customer experience.
Pros: We have worked with Influitive for over 7 years with our customer advocacy community of educators. The platform is relatively easy to use and the reporting provides us with key data points to share within our organization. Our members enjoy the quick consumable content and earning points towards classroom supplies, books, gift cards, and company swag.
Cons: As with any new software platform, we've had a few bugs and issues in the last few months. We're working with the support and product teams to resolve our issues. We wish the content library of campaigns were more robust and updated consistently to take some of the extra work off of our plates.

Pros: -Great way to manage a customer advocacy program from scratch -Robust reporting features -Great customer support -Integrates with many useful tools (we integrate with Sendoso and it powers our entire rewards catalog) -I simply could not run my program without it!
Cons: -Some of the features are not intuitive. -Would love more options for customization - we have received feedback from customers about changes they'd like to see that we can't make. -While there are robust reporting features, there is so much there that it can be hard to comprehend/sift through data (though this is changing!)

Pros: Influitive is super easy to navigate and for things I can't find myself their team is amazing. My CSM, [sensitive content hidden] is insanely helpful and always coming up with ideas to help my program. Influitive's support team is very quick to respond as well. Influitive helps me build relationships with my customers and makes it very easy for us to mobilize our customers for marketing opportunities.
Cons: Occasionally it's a little glitchy and sometimes there are small features I wish were available like one off emails.

Pros: I like it how they are constantly elevating the platform, customer support, ease of use and the integrations. We track almost all acts of advocacy via Influitive and it has been one of the best decision.
Cons: Nothing much as of now that I can recall.

Pros: I find myself using it on a regular basis and it's definitely worth continuing to use.
Cons: I'm always hopeful for more advancements like this.

Pros: I like how easy it is to use overall. I can figure most things out without going to support or looking up articles. I also love how responsive and helpful my CSM [sensitive content hidden] is. I email him at least once a week and he always responds very quickly and is thoughtful with his answers. I love the templates that they provide for challenges and campaigns. It makes content creation a lot easier because I can either use the templates or pull some inspiration from them.
Cons: Sometimes the admin side of things are frustrating. When I want to go back just one page it'll sometimes take me farther back. Also, a lot of the templates are designed with the assumption that everyone has the discussion forum.

Overall I am very impressed with Influitive! I have been using the software for over 4 yrs and I feel it is very user friendly and though there are times some of the features are not working, the customer service team goes above and beyond to ensure the issue is fixed in a timely manner :)
Pros: Developing the customer journey and engagement!
Cons: There are times when some of the features I use everyday stop working.

I've deployed two separate communities using Influitive and the experience has been incredible both times. The support launching a community is very well done with the perfect amount of attention and hand-holding to ensure success. Post-launch, again, the support is excellent and focused on helping your program achieves its optimal level of success. My community members rave about the program which to me is the ultimate validation.
Pros: The product is flexible and customizable which allows limitless flexibility in establishing a unique brand presence. The customer support is excellent and Influitive is excellent supporting its customers. As for the community, the experience for users is simple and straightforward. A new community member really doesn't need a lot of training or guidance on how to use the community which is very important.
Cons: I'd like a larger library of stock images. They tend to be a little bland for my taste.

Pros: I like the possibility challenges give to in a light-weight fashion ask for customer feedback and opinions, or to ask them to (read) and join the discussion. This often gets them over that 'initial threshold' of 'I have an opinion, but no time to reply'.
Cons: Personally, I'd like to see more advanced forum management (admin/poweruser PoV - why can we not make some of our prime advocates moderators for certain forums or threads?), and make it easier to host content (eg. embedded presentations, videos).

I have had a great experience with Influitive. Even with my multiple reporting questions. They are always willing to help and offer support.
Pros: I love the ease of Influitive. I was added as an Admin within the last year and I felt it was a very small learning curve. I can easily find support articles for assistance and if I still have questions my CSM - [sensitive content hidden] is super helpful and available. Also, the VIP community is a great resource to connect and share with other experts. I really really love this community and the ability to connect and grow.
Cons: Reporting is still a struggle for me. I really want to create a story for organizational leaders and often I struggle with where and when the numbers are pulling.

Excellent! From start to finish (although we're nowhere near done yet!).We've delivered huge value to the business through the generation of peer reviews, product feedback, social amplification, event registration, and so much more. Not to mention the relationships we continue to build with our customers.
Pros: The platform is designed in such a way that it's almost impossible for advocates to not feel engaged. As we strive to deepen our relationships with our customers, the gamified nature of the platform is a key driver.The functionality on offer enables us to drive this engagement through targeted content, giving advocates a near-personal experience.The integrations with a huge variety of products is essential and ensures we are joined up.Most importantly, the team are fun to work with and always on hand to offer support and guidance.
Cons: Influitive are always making improvements to the platform with regular program updates. These ensure that there are very things to dislike. One area that no-one seems to have cracked is how to engage the C-Suite in a program of this nature. That's the golden egg, but I'm not sure there's an answer.

Pros: It allows us to nurture our customers. A lot of times in a business, we try to get the best value for and from our customers. Influitive allows you to throw all the materialism out the window and really connect with your customers as people. The Influitive support team is extremely responsive and helpful too!
Cons: They are working on implementing a messaging feature and I cannot wait for that to come!

Pros: We implemented this tool during COVID-19 and it was instrumental in creating a virtual community. We look forward to getting use out of it as our world continues to trend towards remote jobs.
Cons: It can be a little clunky sometimes just creating easy challenges. It seems like it's a bug that comes and goes

Cons: Throughout several years of using the product, there have been some product features not being active/available that would have made life easier. However, Influitive is great at listening and improving the product and adding features that users would like to see!

Brilliant! We are always looking at ways to improve our customer retention, engagement and revenue and Influitive allows us to target different audiences with tailored content no matter the vertical or geo. We can engage and build relationships with customers around the world, helping enable them and create brand advocates.
Pros: This product is really easy to use for your community needs. The team is hands-on with software and feature development to bring changes and improvements to the software.
Cons: As with any company, features and updates have to be prioritised and what we see as a priority might not be reflected or mirrored within the greater landscape. Sometimes updates can take time to come to fruition but with that said, you feel heard and valued with your suggestions to improve the features and software.

Pros: I love the easy of use of Influitive platform. Right from the reports to managing and creating campaigns. The journey is very interesting and easy to implement. The customer support is also quite responsive. I am able to deliver my business goals with the gamification capabilities of this platform.
Cons: The technical assistance takes a little longer to resolve queries.

Pros: I love the app's Lead Management feature because it allows me to look at new leads which are crucial in my new startup's success. Reporting/Analytics plays a crucial role along with lead management in my startup's role of trying to gain new customer. I do not have an use for this part of the app as my new company is still in it infancy stages. I love Social Media Integration in this app because it allows me to be productive and reach out to potential new users on Instagram so I think it is a critical feature of the app. Another critical feature of the app because it allows me to track referrals which are new and can be a potential client down the road.
Cons: The only con I would think of in this app is the pricing which is a a bit higher than I would pay for a great service like this just because I have just started a company from the ground up.

I am a user (advocate) of 2 Influitive campaigns, 2 different companies and products. I use both the website and the mobile app to earn points by spreading my thoughts about both products. I don't have to be negative though, because I truely like both products a lot. What a better way than to spread my positivity and earn a buck with it ?
Pros: Companies can use Influitive to marketing their products and build a community of loyal users. Those loyal users are good advocates for the companies, because they use their own social media channels to tell about the products.
Cons: Honestly I haven't found anything negative about the use of Influitive. Both the website and the mobile app work well.
