Aha!

Pros: I really enjoy the amount of project collaboration I can integrate on this platform. Aha! make it easy to allow for team collaboration on various mediums, but also makes it easy for all generations to use it.

Cons: It feels a little dated, however this really does help when it comes to integrating all ages to use the platform.

Pros: my information is secure and the customer support is great. I can manage projects easily and customize templates.

Cons: I cannot speak to the Collaboration features as I have not had the opportunity to use them as yet. and in as much as it is value for money, I think it could be cheaper

Pros: It facilitates every possible option I could think of for idea tracking (both internally and externally), prioritization, roadmapping, integrations with other platforms, and more.

Cons: The natural con of a platform this powerful with this many options is that it can be intimidating to begin setting it up. It's also on the pricier side. However, I'd say that "the juice is worth the squeeze" on both of those cons.

Pros: Aha! Is a centralized place for our company to collect feedback and organize ideas. Having multiple products across our company can result in lots of data and ideas - AHA! Helps us centralize this.

Cons: I think the UI/UX could use some work, but other than that it has been very good in providing what we need.

Pros: I like the level of customization that is possible within the platform, how I can switch to different views and then also see what other team members are working with it allows for great project collaboration. The SSO is also a good feature too.

Cons: The UI seems a bit dated and sometimes within this the features can be a bit misleading. I also found that sometimes to get the best out of the product you need to go through a lot of steps.

Pros: The customer support is quick to respond and really helpful! Even if I'm asking for a feature that doesn't exist yet, there's usually an idea that addresses my inquiry that support will provide. They will also ask for my end goal if it's unclear. This allows them to fully understand my need and provide any available workarounds. Their answers also usually include screenshots of steps that I need to take in order to accomplish my ask. Providing instructions in this way allows me to quickly execute their suggested path forward.

Cons: There are features that are missing or that do exist, but we're just finding out about a few months after go-live that seem like they should have been mentioned during implementation.

Pros: It's a useful software to help organize sprints and provide public displays of roadmaps

Cons: The features can be a little clunky and onerous on the inputting user

Pros: Good APIs Amazing support team Integration with all the right tools

Cons: Portal visibility restrictions behind the Ideas Advanced paywall stops the tool being considered valuable by our clients. They perceive Aha! to be a low quality product and ask us if we would consider moving back to JIRA to manage their product Ideas. There's also the fact that users can share a view with unauthenticated users without realising they are doing that, with all the security concerns that brings.

Pros: We've been using Aha for several years now, and I am constantly amazed at their customer service response. Twice in the last two weeks they have pulled through for me when I was in a bind, and it meant a lot to be able to deliver on the needs of my business colleagues. * They were able to recover some data that had been lost with a misconfigured integration, and it helped my users save face with their customer. * The team added a datapoint to a report so I could use it as a key on another report, and they did this in just TWO DAYS!

Cons: Occasionally, I have issues with slow performance, for example, selecting a report or choosing an option on the screen where there is a lot of data.

Pros: Aha! makes it super easy to create visual roadmaps to outline critical business milestones in real-time.

Cons: For over three years now, I have not yet come across issues while using Aha!.

Pros: Great tool for product roadmapping, collaboration and linking to strategic goals and initiatives

Cons: The product plans/GTM could be much better, sadly it wasn't mature enough for us to adopt but this would really compliment the solution if this could be addressed

Pros: It is a good and effective product management tool.

Cons: The reporting module needs to be improved.

Cons: Any user can enter requirements, comment on requirements and track the progress.

Pros: One place for all product related outputs that can be internal or external

Cons: Requires lots of clicks, could benefit from utilizing more suggested shortcuts / machine learning

Pros: The customization options (especially if you have an Enterprise+ plan) and the APIs available make it possible to really do everything. Support is very good, they answer in a good time and the answers are always able to solve the problems.

Cons: Sometimes some APIs could be extended, but they are constantly evolving and usually you can get what you need in a relatively short time.

Pros: As a software developer, I've been following Aha!'s evolution for several years. I've always admired its strategic approach to product development, which was particularly evident in the early days. Its strong focus on product discovery and its seamless integration with tools like JIRA have made it a popular choice for product teams. The platform's ability to quickly generate presentations and reports from project data is a significant advantage. Overall, Aha! is a well-rounded tool that continues to impress me with its thoughtful design and powerful features.

Cons: While Aha! offers a robust suite of features for strategic product management, its pricing can be prohibitive for individual users or smaller teams.

Pros: Amazing support with well thought our Ideas portal capability, which was easy to setup and deploy.

Cons: No cons thus far. We imported users, emailed went out and client engaged with assistance.

Pros: Aha! is quite flexible, allowing organizations to set up the solution to fit the needs of their business. The multitude of different products in their offering provide a complete suite of capabilities that Product Teams can use for product planning, documentation, creating roadmaps, gathering feedback from customers, and much more. Aha!'s Support Team is also very helpful and quick to respond.

Cons: I've been using Aha! in several different companies, and the overall UI/UX could be improved. It comes off as a bit stale, particularly as it relates to roadmaps, which are the most critical stakeholder-facing experiences. Also, with so many customization options, that can introduce complexity and sometimes an awkward experience for new and seasoned users.

Pros: The ability to connect strategy with plans and work being done towards business objectives.

Cons: It takes some time to setup and understand but well worth the upfront effort

Pros: Really easy to get to grips with, with a lot of customisable elements. The idea link up is a great feature.

Cons: There can be a learning curve, and the way in which you manage your portfolio, or view it, may need to change to fit into their model.

Pros: Tons of functionality; quick responses from support

Cons: Difficult to learn. Recommend going for Enterprise Plus Plan so you get that Concierge help!
