Very positive! I find it very easy to schedule activities and maintain contact with the important people in my life!
Pros: I use Act to manage a wide range of activities, including phone calls, meetings, administrative tasks and personal tasks. My life would be more difficult without this program!
Cons: Because it's so easy to schedule activities, I find myself scheduling more things than I have time to get done. But that's my problem.

My overall experience with Act! is positive. When I have had to call support they have been very helpful.
Pros: The online version of ACT! is more user friendly than the desktop version. I didn't realize this while using the desktop version. I like the fact my information shows up on my mobile phone in real time and vise versa. I haven't found anything to give me the value of the product for the price.
Cons: I have had problems with Outlook and Act! syncing. I find that I have to do it manually. I have a hard time using Act! help. I have to go to ChatGBT when I have a question about how something is working or call support to get help.

Very poor. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the customer success department is decent. As mentioned, if there weren't 34 years of company data in the notes field (which is not something you can migrate to another software) I would not use this CRM.
Pros: We recently took over the family business, and if we didn't have 34 years on relevent data we wouldn't stick with this CRM. Hvaing used Salesforce, Hubspot, and other internal private CRM's I have to say it is the most inferior and non-user friendly one I have encountered.
Cons: Static non-movable notes section. Formatting issues with the notes section, and constant glitching. Inability to copy and paste from preview. Weird organization method for contacts and company. Customer Success department is good, however having them in an overseas timezone when the 7th largest world economy is in California is very invonvienient time zone issue. Their overseas I.T. department has abolsutely no idea what they are doing. They were 15 minutes late for a ticketed scheduled meeting, and wouldn't have shown up if we didn't call them. They then hung up on our internal I.T. guy when they got confused, and then lied about it in the log notes; saying "he asked to put us on hold and never came back." I verified this later in another call.

The productivity and efficiency has freed up time to focus on getting more customers and service my current customers to another level. I would rate a 10 out of 10
Pros: The value for the money is priceless. The ability to keep track of calls, quotes, and emails is a game changer.
Cons: Sometimes the phone connection is a little hard to hear and the screen were you need to add new contacts can be difficult.

Great time saver, organizational tool, and features galore. Customer service is always helpful the few times I had to call, and they are constantly updating and improving the program.
Pros: ACT saves me time and increases my productivity by having all my information for clients, and the tools to help, in one, easily navigable pkace.
Cons: I can't honestly think of anything that I don't like. I have been using it for 15+ years with little to no issues, and when I do have a problem, customer service is always helpful and friendly.

Pros: For nearly 30 years, ACT! has been one of the most valuable business relationships I’ve had—including compared to my banking partners. Very few companies today deliver this level of long-term value, service, and reliability. What stands out most is their exceptional customer support and continuous software improvement. In an era where many major companies charge significantly more for limited online-only service, ACT! provides direct, high-level technical support from experienced senior technicians and engineers who genuinely stay with you until problems are fully resolved. Whether it’s recovering critical data or troubleshooting complex system issues, their team consistently delivers. ACT! has remained an essential part of my business infrastructure because they combine affordability, powerful CRM functionality, and unmatched support better than virtually anyone else in the industry.
Cons: If I had to identify one drawback, it would be that the software can occasionally be a bit finicky—particularly with things like Outlook integration needing to be reset or reconfigured from time to time. That said, this is rarely a serious issue because ACT!’s support team can typically remote in and resolve it within minutes. My only real criticism would be the occasional communication challenges that can come with offshore support teams. In a global business environment, that’s simply part of modern customer service, and it’s a small tradeoff considering the outstanding level of technical support ACT! provides at its price point. Ultimately, any minor frustrations are heavily outweighed by the company’s value, responsiveness, and commitment to keeping clients operational.

My overall experience wit ACT! has been very positive. I was relying on notebooks to plan my days and organize my business, this is so much more efficient and productive.
Pros: ACT! has 100% helped me organize my business. From being able to Group my contacts, to scheduling emails, and so much more. I learn more every day about using ACT! that helps my business.
Cons: One of the things I like least was the amount of time it took me to enter allmy contacts, but that's on me. The Onboarding Call where everything was explained should be longer and allow for me time to answer questions.

We have been using ACT since 2002, and it has been great for our business! We now have 14,000 contacts that would unmanageable before using the software!
Pros: Ease of use for contact management! Customer support through ACT and not by outside companies has been great!
Cons: We are being slowly pushed into a cloud service that does not integrate well with how we store documents.

The customer service is exceptionally great. They have helped with the integration of contacts. Have been available when I need them.
Pros: I like that it keeps me organized and can set meetings. I can set up pricing and forecasting. Keeps me organized. I just wish it was easier to use on the run.
Cons: I don't like having to be online to access it. I asked for a desk top version but never got it. Personally, I like the original act better because it is more user friendly.

Love this App. Very easy to use once you have understand how to proceed. It is sensibly organized and fairly intuitive.
Pros: Best contact manager I have ever used. Mostly intuitive and very easy to add data. It is almost fun too enter all contact info.
Cons: Some sub menus are hard to navigate; especially the notes and the history tabs. Once you understand how to negotiate the tabs it is okay.

First 20+ years--fantasti! Life changing! A secret weapon for my business success! the last 4 months--clunky, inefficient, disappointing.
Pros: The idea of what is possible. I'm a longtime (20+ years) ACT desktop user and have been devoted to ACT. Last year I moved to the cloud version to try to save some money because I'm reaching retirment and now only use it for personal reasons. I hoped for the same easy use.
Cons: The cloud version is clunky. It dumps out .ao files that have no purpose and you ust have to delete them to keep your system from getting cluttered. Tech support told me there is no fix for this. I can't get it to sync with my Google calendar--just doesn't work. About every third time I open it I get a repeat of the "getting started" menu that no longer has any relevance for me but visually clutters and obscures important things on my screen. Overall, I find it to not be that worthwhile and am looking for another alternative that is suited to my limited needs but that will work more efficiently.

Cons: I have had problems with the web-based product being able to print out my template that I designed for my clients. I have to use their database that resides on my computer. That is my only complaint. I wish they would fix that problem.

Overall experience with Act has been good. Would like to have a better app for your phone. and can sink with your phone
Pros: Doing email Marketing keeping up with customers in one location would like to have it more to be able to delete old customers
Cons: Act does not have built in email I get used to have. It's not as robust as it used to be when it was a program you could put on a Mac. And the online version that still does not work very well with Mac

Very good. Been using for 20 years plus. Really like the simplicity of use. Very easy. Couldn’t imagine doing my job without ACT.
Pros: Ease of use. Use everyday for my calling follow up, cold calling. Record keeping phone numbers notes etc. tracking buildings rates , vacancy, list broker contact.
Cons: IT service, trouble understanding techs. Hard to get responses quickly. Don’t like high price increase after using for so many years with no assistance from ACT. Was also told my price did not include IT help after so many years of use without asking for anything.

Pros: Ease of Use and responsiveness of Customer Support. They don't make you wait and the Customer Support team is knowledgeable and assist even when you don't quite know what you are asking as a non-IT person
Cons: Mobile Access - have never used it and see no reason to so I cannot really evaluate it. If the Mobile access is anything like their program I'm sure it is easy to use.

Been very good, I highly recommend ACT as a database. Not sure how I would keep up with all the sales calls I make without ACT
Pros: I have been using ACT since version 1.0 It's easy to use, very intuitive. It would be very hard to run my business without it.
Cons: The cost. In the olden days I would purchase a new version of ACT and use it for several years. Now, we are required to purchase ACT every year even though I don't use any of the new features.

Pros: I have it for many many years! Its an awesome setup that helps work! I have done it over 25 years . I need it to work successfully and it is! The letters written was though ACT. That's a way to keep track of customer's. I have over 4000 costumer's that I always look at!

I am on my 30th year using ACT. ACT has been very important to the success of the business I started with Act in 1995.
Pros: Act is easily customizable. It holds efficiently all the customer information necessary. Offers quick look ups.
Cons: Act does not work well with the new version of MS Outlook. The ACT phone app still needs work, though it is a major improvement from previous versions.

I have used Act since 2000 and it was a better program prior to them requiring a yearly fee of $600. It should still be an option if you want to upgrade every year and not have to pay $600.
Pros: The ability to keep all my data in one place. Being able to email and schedule activities to stay in touch with clients
Cons: The issues with time it takes screen to change when completing activities. 20 to 30 seconds when you do 100 plus activities per day is a waste of time when I could be making sales calls.

I've been using Act! well over 15 years. It's been a great tool. I especially like the email merge feature.
Pros: Good tool to keep track of your clients and activities. I use it for quotes, orders and marketing activities.
Cons: Occasionally freezing, requiring a restart. Sometimes the features don't work properly requiring a restart.
