Pros: I liked Flowlu’s all-in-one structure — it combines project management, CRM, invoicing, and task tracking in one platform, which really helps keep everything organized and connected

Cons: Some features require a bit of time to learn, and the interface can feel slightly complex at first for new users.

Pros: Flowlu is designed for practical use from start to finish. Its modular system gives you the freedom to customize the platform to fit your exact needs. This setup encourages you to define your best processes, allowing you to effectively use Flowlu for your daily work, metric monitoring, and reminders.

Cons: The initial setup forced us to strategically define our needs, which ultimately made the platform useful. While some modules required time to evaluate, even the ones we decided not to use weren't a waste of time—they gave us greater focus on what truly matters to our process.

Pros: Features and smoothness are really too much good designed and as a user I am very satisfied with this

Pros: It has maken life easier for Project Tracking. The employee management and filters are great, easy to navigate through the boards. Security is never a compromise.

Cons: The notifications has filters but if it has an option to filter the read notifications it would be better. Sometimes we tend to forget the task we were working on, so It would be easier.

Pros: Pipeline is wonderfully streamlined for ease of organization with team members, tracking project stages and development, and managing customer contacts. This platform has been excellent for our family business!

Cons: The one feature present on the browser application that I wish was on the mobile app is the ability to create a contact while adding it to the project's card in the pipeline instead of having to navigate to the contacts tab. This is very helpful on my laptop to quickly organize a new card.

Pros: Flowlu's platform organizes very dense information very well. It is easy to upload and locate resources once they are posted.

Cons: Not much to say here, Flowlu is an adequate platform to store resources and to be productive. Many other sites only do one of those well.

Pros: Flowlu is a very complete all-in-one platform. It centralizes projects, tasks, CRM and finance, which makes it easier to manage everything from a single place.

Cons: The UI layout can sometimes feel confusing and not as intuitive as expected. The CRM module is not deeply integrated with projects, which creates some duplication of effort. Dashboards are limited, they cannot be shared externally, and the data available is very surface-level, not allowing deeper insights. This makes reporting less useful compared to other tools.

Pros: CRM interface is user friendly. Links between CRM and record list is advantage. Adjustable user interface is good. You can expand the information you enter with custom fields

Cons: List import is problem because of CSV file format. Time tracker is not practical. CRM repost is not customizable. It is very basic.

Cons: While FlowLu offers solid functionality overall, I found the customization options for templates and forms to be quite limited. I wish there were more flexibility in designing and adapting these tools to fit specific workflows. Expanding these features would make the platform much more versatile for teams with unique operational needs.

Pros: Security, customer support and project collaboration are great. Whenever I had an issue I always received a helpful and useful reply.

Cons: It would have been very useful to have active reminders popping up as it is essential for us to track parts of the process that have not been completed

Pros: Flowlu is an excellent tool that has greatly improved the way our team works together. It makes collaboration smooth and efficient, and since we started using it, our overall productivity has increased significantly.

Cons: The only drawback I’ve noticed is that I cannot create separate task lists within projects. Having this feature would make project management even more organized and flexible.
