The Bizzmine software streamlines QHSE Management and makes quality processes fully compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 17025, ISO 15189, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 22000, 21CFR Part 11, GxP, and GAMP5. The software allows companies to get up and running in a couple of days with the prebuilt validated processes. They can easily configure existing or new processes without any coding. The system is scalable from a small business to a large one, spread over multiple sites. All employees have easy access to the platform, wherever they work, on all devices. We provide support around the globe, we have offices in all continents. Bizzmine comes with preconfigured processes for document control (SOP), complaints, incidents, CAPA, audits, training, calibration, change control (MoC) and more. Through dashboards it helps managers track history and gain visibility into performance. Plus, team members and customers can use the platform to register complaints via online forms and track progress.

Very user-friendly software. The software allows me to be more present on construction sites again and not constantly have to work with Excel sheets.
Pros: the use of AI in various modules. Registering/following up on training and SDS sheets of hazardous substances.
Cons: The procedure for creating/registering toolboxes in the new version is too complicated. It has to stay simple.

Easy to use and quick to understand. Great customer support with quick responses to questions. Bizzmine enables our team to collaborate better and more streamlined by keeping all data in one place.
Pros: The flexibility, you can transform any paper flow that you have now into a Bizzmine workflow. Enabling more streamlined processes, easier follow up and easier to lookup data afterwards.
Cons: The pro is also the biggest pitfall. Because you can configure anything, you also have to configure all of that manually. There are some predefined flows, but if you want to create your own specific flow, you have to start configuring all required fields one by one, add them to form, flows etc. This takes some time to complete, depending on the flow that you have.

Good for Quality management and excellent document management system. The archive option works excellent and the way you can set periodic tasks and reminders really makes life easier.
Pros: The digital workflow, the easy to make something yourself and Read&understood option. In addition I enjoy that the flow is flexible but also really traceable.
Cons: The dashboards, They are not very interactive or provide me with the info I need. Next to the dashboard, It is always a struggle to update Bizzmine to the latest version, there are always things or bugs discovered with each new version update.

- high transparancy in communication - collaborate platform between own staff and customer key users - no more need to maintain several mailboxes and thousands of email messages to look for critical info - easy tool to import/export data by csv files - create your own database and convert into own business process is THE MAX
Pros: To have full control and ownership about tables, processes, forms, reports, task assignment and notification setup (incl email content control)
Cons: missing features, it must be possible : - to add barcodes/QR codes to your report - to change format/font of the fields you use in the report (now its to small to read on a A4 page) - to have a print report functionality on your list dashboard - to have a count record functionality on your list dashboard - to remember the last list view on user level after exiting the screen (zup file) - to set-up a scheduler service where reports can be automatically run and sent by email - xtra functionalities to make more combination of data on graphs - give end-user possibility to draw their own graphs (now its only the developer that collects requirements from all users and offer a generic solution => this would convince a lot of advanced Excel users to stay and analyse directly in the system, in stead of exporting data to external excel files to feed the pivot tables and graphic designs

Goed, snelle terugkoppeling en communicatie. Trainingsdagen als zeer zinvol ervaren.
Pros: De uitgebreide mogelijkheden om je eigen kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem te bouwen met daarbij een zeer gebruiksvriendelijk systeem.
Cons: Op dit moment niet de mogelijkheid om automatische revisie op documenten te kunnen toepassen in een workflow.

I'm a fan of the software and the endless possibilities.
Pros: The most interesting part is the flexibility of the different modules and the possibility to change and adjust the processes according to our needs. The support is always quick and to the point, we like that.
Cons: If you're not a day to day user setting up an new flow can be quite difficult, best is to appoint a dedicated person.

By using Bizzmine, the flows are clear to all users. This software has helped us to keep a clear view on numerous of complaint handling flows. This brings structure to chaos!
Pros: - Transparancy of all registrations (which user has done what, and when?) - Big database of historical data, which is easy to filter. - Easy to setup a new flow. - Cloudbased, so accessable from any pc or smartphone - Service support is great! Big thumbs up
Cons: All datacollections use ID's starting from 0. So you have to know upfront, in which process you have to search for a certain ID number.

Good overall experience with the tool and support. We use it for several processes, some basic some advanced.
Pros: - It does what it says it does. - The user experience; the layout is simple and easy to work with and understand, for all users. - Also the flexibility of the platform is good; workflows can be setup for all kind of processes and complexity. - Multi language. Also Dutch support ;-)
Cons: We would love some more features, specially within the use of forms.

Pros: The ease of use of BizzMine software is the most appealing, coupled with the great customer support and high level of responsiveness from the BizzMine team in Singapore.
Cons: Functionalities / features are not that intuitive, and though the administrator function allows for us to set up our own workflow, the rather complex nature of it makes it difficult for us to do it ourselves. Hope this can be simplified to enable administrators to easily set up workflows by ourselves.
