Pros: Pulseway gave me a lot of control remotely, and being able to act on servers directly from the app was extremely helpful. The real-time insight into workloads was a big advantage.
Cons: Some features feel like they require the paid tier to fully shine. The free version is useful but limited for heavier operations.

Pulseway allows me to keep systems monitored around the clock and notify instantly in case of a problem. I have used it to reduce downtime by resolving problems early and monitor many endpoints without hiring an IT assistant.
Pros: I cannot always be at every site where our servers and workstations are but Pulseway lets me monitor and manage systems remotely while I am far away. The mobile app is a real lifesaver, I can check alerts or even reboot the system and push updates when I am out of the office. Automation rules take over a lot of the repetitive maintenance so I can stop firefighting.
Cons: The web dashboard feels a little dated and slower when compared to others I’ve used. I’m not as intuitive with setting up custom automation scripts, I often have to dedicate several attempts to get it right. The reporting could be relatively more flexible, I’ve always wanted to build reports centered around certain clients or system groups.

When the product worked, it delivers a good RMM experience, albeit a bit limited compared to other option. With simplicity comes a lack of granular control.
Pros: Price, features and ease of use. The product delivers most RMM features in an intuitive and easy to use fashion.
Cons: Performance and sales tactics. The website would sometimes encounter performance issues/unresponsiveness. Additionally, sales can be rather pushy.

Cons: No complaints over here At all. Has been a great software for me!

Pros: The remote monitoring and automation features are game-changers for me. Plus, the mobile app is super convenient.
Cons: I wish the reporting and analytics capabilities were more robust. Also, better integration with third-party tools would be helpful.

Great so far. [sensitive content hidden], my account manager, is very responsive anytime I have questions. I have to say that I am only using maybe 25 percent of what it is capable of, but for that it is working great.
Pros: The cost for what you are getting. For a few dollars a month per workstation you get complete monitoring and remote access.
Cons: It doesn't support monitoring iOS devices yet though I believe they are working on that and you can still use their app on your iPad or iPhone to monitor other systems (Mac, Windows or Linux).

This remote monitoring and management (RMM) solution stands out as a highly robust and efficient tool for IT professionals. Designed to operate seamlessly once configured, it provides an impressive "set it and forget it" approach to managing IT infrastructure. The system runs reliably in the background, allowing businesses to focus on their core operations without the need for constant supervision. What makes this solution particularly powerful is its extensive feature set. It offers everything from real-time monitoring and automation to patch management and remote access, ensuring that every aspect of IT management is covered. Additionally, expert support is readily available to help with setup and customization, ensuring that the system is optimized for each user’s unique environment. Overall, this RMM platform delivers a professional-grade solution that ensures operational efficiency and peace of mind, making it an excellent choice for any organization seeking a dependable IT management tool.
Pros: I really like this RMM solution because it allows me to set everything up once and then not worry about it. Its robust feature set covers all my needs without the need for constant oversight, which saves me a lot of time. Plus, the expert support available makes it easy to configure and optimize, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The combination of reliability and minimal maintenance is exactly what I value in IT management tools.
Cons: I have very little to criticize about this system, except for the mobile app, which occasionally forgets that I’m logged in. It’s a minor inconvenience, but overall it doesn’t take away from the system's otherwise exceptional performance and reliability.

Overall support and services and all things Pulseway work very well. I've not had issues and they are continuing to release new and improved features regularly which do benefit the MSP space.
Pros: I like the support and integrations and the ability to also do automations.
Cons: I locked my account out once and it took a few days to regain full access.

Excellent value for money, streamlined and easy to use.
Pros: Great allround solution for monitoring, patch management and system administration for users and servers. Offers a lot of extra services that can be bundled. I use it every time a server needs work or I need access. Very easy to integrate and implement on windows and Linux machines.
Cons: No support on the weekend which has caused some issues in the past.

Pulseway is an essential tool in managing our multi-site research environment. In the role of technical support I can discretely monitor remote systems and respond rapidly when problems arise. Automated scripts support distributing custom software components to any of our 10 robotic data collection systems. I can keep all systems consistent while supporting many different study protocols and ever evolving experimental specifications. As a data manager I am able to inspect and retrieve data sets without leaving my desk. Pulseway is an awesome tool as it has enabled me to fill two roles and still work from home half time.
Pros: Automated scripts and remote monitoring of CPU and memory usage.
Cons: Interacting with the mobile app can be counterintuitive.
Helen B. · Data Manager and Software Developer · Higher Education · September 26, 2024
It's been good. The product does what I expect, and the account managers are eager to help if I have questions.
Pros: I don't have to interact with it constantly, but can set it up to automatically deploy, automate common tasks, and even automate reporting. Unless something goes wrong at one of our endpoints, it's "set and forget" for me, and I only have to pay attention to the alerts and periodic reports.
Cons: I am using Pulseway to track who is in possession of each computer at any given time using custom fields. This is a bit cumbersome, so I wish you would implement a feature specifically targeting this kind of use-case.

I work for a small company with less then 50 endpoints, automation and scripting has made a great impact on our environment monitoring is also very reliable. All in all we are very happy with Pulseway
Pros: Nice automation and scripting features. The mobile app is also very good, Account manager is very active making sure everything is as it should be and offering solutions.
Cons: Remote desktop is ok , but could be faster

User-friendly interface and responsive support. I’ve found the platform to be reliable and continually evolving to meet my needs.
Pros: Excellent solutions and a continuously improving platform
Cons: The mobile app needs updating more often but it gets the job done
Elie A. · IT Manager · Information Technology and Services · September 25, 2024
Pretty good overall. Has saved us trips into the office by using the remote features.
Pros: Ease of use, easy to remote into stuff . Lot of valuable information available about each device.
Cons: Crashed on occassion. Can't see bitlocker keys

Pulseway's overall products have a clean and easy interface to work with, and they provide more than enough hands-on training on how to use the products, either through the Pulseway Online Training or one-on-one communication with my direct Pulsway Account Manager, [sensitive content hidden].
Pros: What I like about Pulseway is the one-on-one communication with my direct point of contact, [sensitive content hidden]. [sensitive content hidden] is very knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with, allowing me to understand the different products Pulseway has to offer. Overall, I recommend Pulseway to my friends and clients.
Cons: There are no cons in my overall outlook and experience with Pulseway.
Christopher R. · CEO · Computer Networking · September 25, 2024
Very happy, it does most thingas id expect an RMM to do.
Pros: Afordable and easy to use managment plus all the extra partnerships that come with working with pulsway.
Cons: Still Doesnt have romte access support on linux meaning you have to use a windows computer to remote into servers.
Corey P. · Owner · Information Technology and Services · September 25, 2024
Needed a tool to keep workstations up-to-date, without end-user permission. Pulseway did that and much more : notification, workflow, ticketing, remote access...
Pros: Stable, light use of resource, efficient, so many options. Can replace a lot of tools.
Cons: Expensive, yes and no. 40$ CAD /year / machine is not expensive, but x250 it is not the same game.
David D. · IT, Dev. Manager · Construction · September 24, 2024
Very good experience, i recommend. Fair price with great features.
Pros: Competitive price with great features. A good customer support.
Cons: Actually Pulseway lack of precises features and need somes optimization on 3rd party management
Thomas C. · IT Project manager · Logistics and Supply Chain · September 24, 2024
The support team, especially my account manager, [sensitive content hidden], has been incredibly helpful and approachable, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. This kind of attentive service fosters a strong sense of partnership and trust.
Pros: What I appreciate most about Pulseway is its reliability and user-friendly design. The platform makes it easy to monitor and manage our systems seamlessly, giving us peace of mind that everything is running smoothly.
Cons: Well, for now we have concerns with management.
Dusan A. · DevOPS · Information Technology and Services · September 23, 2024
Overall, Pulseway has been an integral part of my management of 300 endpoints, providing a feature-rich platform that saves time and ensures operations run smoothly. Its consistent development and adaptability make it a reliable choice for businesses that prioritize cybersecurity and need robust automation features. Despite the remote control limitations, Pulseway has proven itself invaluable for my IT operations. If you're looking for an RMM solution that continues to evolve, values customer feedback, and excels in areas like patch management, Pulseway is an excellent choice. The dedication to improvement and community-driven development sets it apart in the RMM landscape. The only reason I'm not giving a 10/10 is due to the remote control experience. If that gets resolved, it would be a perfect score. Finally, I've been a customer for two years and am currently in a new 36-month agreement, if that provides some context.
Pros: $8e
Cons: While Pulseway excels in many areas, the one significant drawback is the remote control experience. Having switched from Splashtop, I’ve found it quite challenging to adjust, as Splashtop offers a superior user experience in terms of stability and usability. One specific issue is with multi-screen support. Pulseway’s current implementation of multiple monitor support is subpar, forcing all remote monitors into a single screen. This setup is awkward and hampers productivity. It would be far more practical if they allowed each monitor to open as a separate window, similar to how Splashtop handles it. The ability to remote into multiple devices and full screen each one across different monitors is also something I miss dearly. Currently, Pulseway only allows full screening of one remote session on the default monitor, which feels quite limiting. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the remote control experience.

Lukas-Joel R. · CFO CTO · Financial Services · September 20, 2024
Account managers have been very good and RMM does what we want.
Pros: RMM works very well. The remote take over works well with all the options that you expect.
Cons: PSA is a bit to basic for our needs. Missing some of the basic features that you would expect.
Owain B. · IT Service Desk Manager · Construction · September 20, 2024
I enjoy every aspect of Pulseway so far, the reporting works seamlessly
Pros: All in one mangement engine, with sophisticated tools and templates. Account managers are quick to repond and are always helpful.
Cons: Some key touches can be added a bit quicker I think especially based on request for changes, some are flagged as urgent and confirmed by multiple users, however the change never seems to be implemented, either due to lack of functionality or the urgency is undervalued.
