Pros: Easy to use yourself and many integrations. Easy to make customer segments and flows/automations. Overall good email platform.
Cons: Seemed more features and integrations were available with klaviyo. Not sure why but that’s the only reason I switched.

Our overall experience with Omnisend has been consistently positive. It’s a tool that’s easy to pick up when we need to build a campaign, adjust a segment, or check on an automation, and nothing feels convoluted. The platform has remained stable and predictable, and the updates they’ve released over time have directly made the product easier and more effective to use. It’s become a straightforward part of our workflow without adding unnecessary complexity.
Pros: Omnisend delivers a lot of capability for the price, especially since billing is based on active subscribers only. The email builder is excellent—great templates, plenty of design flexibility, and strong tools for keeping everything on‑brand, including branded link tracking, which is better for both branding and deliverability. We also find its segmentation useful beyond email; syncing those segments into Google and Meta ad audiences helps keep our targeting current without manual exporting or relying on extra tools. Integration with BigCommerce is clean, and the back‑in‑stock automation works reliably at the variant level with clear visibility into requests and recovered sales. Documentation is thorough, support has always been good, and the new AI‑powered help widget is surprisingly effective at answering nuanced questions quickly.

Cons: The push notification feature feels too basic for real use because the permission prompt appears immediately when someone visits the site, which can come across as intrusive and not in line with the brand experience we want to create. Without any way to trigger it later in the customer journey, we avoid enabling it. SMS for back‑in‑stock alerts is also limited; while the email version links directly to the specific product a customer requested, the SMS can only send a generic message with no link, which makes it less practical for that workflow.

Excellent service and great product overall. Great partner program that pays decent commissions with excellent onboarding and support.
Pros: Excellent UX/UI and onboarding process with a tonne of constantly evolving features, great knowledge base, continuous learning content. Omnisend has all the features you want (and more!) combined with a smooth, engaging, intuitive interface.
Cons: The price point is a bit steep for small businesses who don't need or use all the bells and whistles.

Omnisend has made it much easier for me to stay in touch with customers and keep my marketing consistent. It saves a lot of time compared to sending emails manually, and I can see real improvements in repeat sales and engagement.
Pros: What I like most is how easy it is to set up and use. The email builder is clean and visual, and I can create automated workflows (like welcome or cart recovery emails) without needing much tech knowledge. It connects perfectly with my store and pulls in customer data automatically, which saves a lot of time. I also love how easy it is to segment audiences and send messages that actually fit their shopping behavior. Support has been great too — quick replies and clear answers whenever I needed help.
Cons: The reports and analytics could be a bit more detailed. I sometimes wish I could compare more data from different campaigns in one place. Also, SMS costs can add up if you send a lot of messages, so I have to plan those carefully. And while the design options are good, they could offer a few more layout choices for emails.

My overall experience has been very smooth and productivr. The platform saves me time and energy, it helps decision-making and give me solid results
Pros: It's very intuitive and easy to use - the whole package is there (analytics, automations, campaigns...)
Cons: Template customization could be better, but that's minor issue - overall I'm very happy with the prodict.
Jana D. · Operations Manager · E-Learning · October 19, 2025
Overall I love using the platform as it's so easy and intuitive. We've had some great results since using it.
Pros: Ease of use and how easy it is to create beautiful looking mailers. I like how you're building the web and mobile version together, so there's no margin in error. I also love how easy it is to boost emails.
Cons: I feel the templates could be better overall as well as the analytics and reporting depth which could be more advanced.

My experience with omnisend is good. I’m able to reach and interact with my audience while also getting the data I need to continue to improve my content.
Pros: Well what I like the most is Email templates are nice and customizable and the ability to do sms messaging is helpful.
Cons: I don’t have any new dislikes at the moment. My only issue is having to still pay for sms even if you already pay for a subscription.
Trevon S. · Owner · Retail · August 10, 2025
Really enjoy omnisend! It works perfectly for my small business emails! It’s very easy to use and I love the way I can see the analytics of email marketing and the sales the come in from that campaign!
Pros: We love how easy it is to use and the way it tracks and shows our Shopify sales analytics of each campaign.
Cons: Not a fan of the current layout and how it keep changing every few months. Once I get used to one layout, they change it again.
Stephanie D. · Owner · Apparel & Fashion · June 30, 2025
I have been with omnisend for years now. It’s a great service and even prefer it over the more popular Klayiyo because they are more cost effective overall.
Pros: The ability to create emails through their builder. They have improved the interface dramatically over the years. Which I can really appreciate as a creative.
Cons: I don’t really agree with the pricing structure for omnisend messaging. They are months that are slower in the year but there isn’t a way to freeze or go down in price for months that are not as busy. The price of $20+ for the lowest tier for sms messaging is not reasonable.
Constantinos R. · Owner · Apparel & Fashion · June 30, 2025
Omnisend has certainly grown on me, they integrate with Judge.me reviews and allow us deeper customer segmentation than what's normally available through the Shopify admin. Compared to what most of these email / sms services are charging, Omnisend is a life saver.
Pros: More streamlined and intuitive than Klaviyo, I like that I don't have to pay for 10 other tools that are baked in but I'll never use
Cons: Missing some features and integrations, but this is being worked on and they recently dropped a whole new dashboard and better documentation.

Omnisend offers comprehensive functions for marketing automation and delivers omnichannel messaging platform
Pros: This platform is robust in terms of workflows automation, integration into other ecom tools and segmentation tools
Cons: it’s offering efficient solutions that deliver substantial values through its prebuilt automation templates
Jonah F. · Writer · Writing and Editing · May 4, 2025
Overy all experience is very affordable.
Pros: Very easy to use and style. The automated emails are great to keep customers updated on my store's new arrivals
Cons: The SMS package is costly. If you don’t use all your credits in a month, you lose the remaining balance. If unused credits could roll over to the next cycle, customers should still have the option to purchase more.

I have been able to be more consistent in sending emails and its allowed me to send more professional looking emails with links and
Pros: It easy to create and maintain email lists and create and send emails.
Cons: There is so much it can do that its hard to find the time to learn it all.
Micah J. · Owner · Retail · April 12, 2025
Great, so far love it all. Great compared to what I used to use for the business.
Pros: Love the ai options and the auto responders!!! Makes our work so much easier!!! Price is also great!!!
Cons: at the moment do not have anything negative to say.
Wendy G. · owner · Consumer Goods · April 11, 2025
Pros: I like how quickly the service team responds to request tickets.
Cons: I haven't found any personal issues with Omnisend.
Chanelle M. · Founder · Marketing and Advertising · April 10, 2025
Overall positive both from a price-performance perspective (ROI) and also a customer support perspective. Always found someone to help me out in a less than 10 minutes when I needed help with something on their platform.
Pros: It is the perfect Email marketing tool for small and medium-sized businesses and it can be quite scalable as well. Easy to use and draw reports from and also it is quite affordable in comparison to their competition considering what you get with your monthly subscription (Email + SMS + Push). Furthermore, it is quite powerful with the automation flows and segmentation options we currently have available.
Cons: Some integrations to a few 3rd party apps are missing, so make sure that your tech stack integrates natively before committing. For the majority of the apps we have used it has not been a problem to be honest. Also, it is not as "sand-boxy" as Klaviyo, which is usually the case for the more complex automation flows we occasionally needed to create in the past (but covered without any hassle the 95-98% of the other automation needs we had). Also not as "sand-boxy" when it comes to their pre-created blocks (coupon code block, product recommendations) which means that you cannot adjust them in a drastic way, which is again a fringe case we have found ourselves in rarely (again 95-98% of the cases are covered just fine with the current setup).

I love Omnisend and I am grateful for their platform and people!
Pros: There's so much to love about Omnisend! It's an incredibly user-friendly platform. Updates are always being made based on customer feedback. The team provides an enormous number of resources and a learning academy. The team is playful and speaks to me at my level and not over my head with technical jargon. And, the customer service is top-notch. REAL PEOPLE respond to me when I have a question and they stay with me until my problems are solved.
Cons: Sometimes, I don't understand why I can't manipulate content blocks as I want to.
Jamie A. · Founder and Owner · Consumer Goods · April 10, 2025
Mostly positive with some minor frustrations that could be easily fixed.
Pros: The new features being added on a regular basis gives me hope about the future of Omnisend.
Cons: Omnisend is still not fully developed yet and missing some things. The editor leaves a lot to be desired and the UI could be cleaned up a bit. There are certain pages where it's not easy to simply "exit" what you're doing, and when you're creating new campaigns, you have to select a template instead of being given the option to start with a blank slate.

great experience easy to use and support service is good and solid
Pros: easy to set up and intergration with shopify
Cons: integration with judge me for collected reviews
john i. · owner · Construction · April 10, 2025
So easy to set up, see reports, and create campaigns
Pros: It is so easy to use, from implementation to every day tasks
Cons: I cannot think of anything at this time.
Ryan S. · owner · Consumer Goods · April 10, 2025
Very helpful, intuitive and easy to use.
Pros: Drips, newsletter, target marketing and email sign up form
Cons: Maybe adding the option of video or short reels to email campaigns.
Scott H. · President · Cosmetics · April 10, 2025
9/10 experience. Customer service is great. Efficient design. Wonderful platform!
Pros: It is very easy to use, and extremely user friendly.
Cons: It is a little bit more expensive than we'd prefer.

So far i've been loving Omnisend, and I use it every time I want to send out emails.
Pros: I really appreciate the saved template feature—it takes so much of the stress out of building a campaign and makes the whole process feel more simple. I also love how seamlessly it's integrated with our Shopify store; it makes adding products and linking images incredibly simple and intuitive. It’s a huge time-saver and helps us focus more on creativity than setup.
Cons: I have nothing to complain about. Everything about omnisend is great so far!
Karen H. · Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing · Retail · April 10, 2025
Easy to use. Switched from Klaviyo because of their horrible pricing change and Omnisend offers unlimited sends. (PLEASE do not ever change this because it makes life so much easier when it comes to planning out emails and not being limited 🙏🙏.)
Pros: It's easy to build emails and automations. Everything is straight forward when it comes to using each of the building blocks. I also really like that we have a rep talk with us every month. Shout out to [sensitive content hidden] as well; she needs a raise because she's the goat when it comes to helping with strategy and telling us what's good and bad about our emails, automations, and also the types of lists we use.
Cons: It took a long time for the pre-checked box for subscribing to an email list to come out. That was a little frustrating because that's years of missed opportunity, but you guys eventually added it so that was the only issue we had.
