Would not engage with this company based on my experience trying to find out more about their service and that their pricing is not straight forward, unless you are a business that needs reviews based on multiple physical store locations...
Pros: Nothing, their pricing is confusing and they don't make it easy to understand how their software works/functions without booking 'sales' call.
Cons: running their own software on their website, their chat support person/system said 'someone would be right with me' 20 minutes later no response... AND their pricing is confusing, that is always a red flag!

GatherUp is the only RepManagement product we use and it is effortless to manage and deploy, easy to monitor, and, really, a delight for clients who were previously frustrated with figuring out how to solicit reviews. Best of all is the customer support. Thorough onboarding, responsive assistance when needed, and thorough FAQ references. Big fan here.
Pros: Everything. I love GatherUp. It is a dream come true on both the client side and the admin side. Every client we've used GatherUp with has had wildly positive results.
Cons: The upload process is a little specific. Formatting is a bit unforgiving, but it's VERY good at catching errors and duplicates.

Very good, very simple to set up and the few times I needed customer service it was provided quickly and fully answered all questions.
Pros: Easy to import customers automatically from our CRM, immediately after their interaction. This creates a much higher probability of receiving reviews! And the reports are comprehensive and very easy to share results with upper management.
Cons: My only request would have been the ability to combine both of our separate business units into one whole company overview for reporting purposes.

The overall experience has been good. No real complaints
Pros: We like the interface and being able to receive notifications not only from GatherUp reviews but also when someone writes a review elsewhere on the internet.
Cons: It used to get us stars on our google listings but now it doesn't appear that happens.

Very good overall experience. Having a centralized location for all reviews from our different sites is very helpful.

I've enjoyed using the service. I like how quickly it can be used to help clients generate 3rd party reviews as a new business entity. However, I've been hesitant to sell the product to my clients, based on not having contractual agreements in place. The unexpected price increases in the past is a good example. Now I have to explain to my clients the reasoning for the increase or just except the loss of revenue on my end.Who know if the company will be sold again tomorrow and everything changes, it happens quite often in the digital industry.
Pros: The data business owners are able to obtain on their performance as a business.
Cons: No contractual agreement for white label partnerships

Pros: Our primary reason for using GatherUp was to try and increase NPS and Google review response rates. In our first year of using the platform, we more than doubled NPS submissions and Google reviews. We launched a new showroom earlier this year and GatherUp has contributed significantly to building social proof on Google for this new location as well as establishing a strong reputation online across all four of our locations.
Cons: It would be nice to save email templates to easily switch between testing email messaging.

The biggest thing is that it has consolidated reviews and feedback from numerous platforms, meaning that visitors to our website can see all reviews in one place.
Pros: GatherUp allows us to easily manage our customer reviews, and it's also simple for our customers to use. It makes integrating reviews from different platforms into our website a seamless process. That helps get the information in front of our prospects.
Cons: The one question we have that we haven't dug into is how Google indexs GatherUp on our site.

Pros: It's so easy to invite clients to submit reviews but catches when they're unhappy and keeps the review from hitting sites.

Pros: We utilize the GatherUp platform to better track and monitor reviews as they come in versus manually checking each location. Doing so saves us time and helps us to react quickly to any negative feedback received. The weekly reports are also hugely beneficial for all our store managers to review how the week went overall.
Cons: The only issue we had was in regards to the initial contact. Customer Service can be a bit slow to respond at times.

Great for gathering customer experience and satisfaction - we use this primarily for NPS score and third party reviews. We also use this to get feedback on any order issues, which then get sent to our customer service rep, who can deal with them directly.
Pros: Very easy to use and implement, almost no downtime to get the program going. Makes getting Google Reviews and third party reviews much easier as well.
Cons: Not completely customizable like some other review software, but for the price, you get a lot of features overall.

Automating the review gathering process for our clients and optimizing the flow. Love the agency dashboard and the weekly e-mail summaries gives us a good pulse on our clients.
Pros: We use it as an agency partner, and we love having our businesses in one place to monitor and manage. The way to automate the review gathering process is great, and it helps keep a steady flow of reviews coming in for our clients, which helps them build their business.
Cons: A few features and the UI are a bit clumsy and sometimes things are a bit hard to find. A few more ways to customize the look of request e-mails, a quick way to "mask" the review link to a custom one, and maybe a build-in editor for customizing the review widget embed code would be great.

Overall I've been very pleased with GatherUp and appreciate how they continue adding product features. I also appreciate their ethics as they help you abide by review platform rules. (for example, Yelp does not allow direct review requests, so GatherUp does not allow it either)
Pros: I manage Gatherup for clients, and it has made requesting customer feedback pretty seamless. It integrates with Zapier, so I've been able to set up automation for them that makes the process easy.Also, the ability to reply to feedback, both privately and publicly, within the GatherUp platform is useful.I haven't used it much, but the feature to create graphics to share on social platforms is handy also.I also appreciate that they allow purchasing for a small number of clients. It makes the pricing affordable.
Cons: The feedback request is pretty linear, but if you'd like to do anything outside of a single review request, they don't have the capability for this. I'd like to see the ability to setup different types of review requests for the same location as they could be used at different parts of the customer journey.

The implementation and pricing, as well as the abundance of features, made the choice to switch to GatherUp a no-brainer for our team. We have had excellent experiences with the customer service team, though the program is so intuitive that we've only needed their help once in nearly two years.
Pros: I am impressed by the AI-generated responses. It makes it easier to reply to our guests, as we receive a large number of reviews for our restaurants weekly.
Cons: I wish the success report was able to generate numbers with two decimals, so we can get an even more granular grasp on our changes from month to month. (EX: 4.28 vs 4.2). I also wish there was an option for a larger amount of stored responses.

We have a better pulse on our customer satisfaction and have increased our online reviews.
Pros: It is very important for our small business to be able to track our NPS over time. By doing so, we also ask customers to write third-party reviews for us which help us get more business. We also use the software to track those third party reviews and thank customers for writing them. There are other helpful features like Tags so we can track NPS by the type of work we are doing or which of our teams is running their project.
Cons: Reporting features are a bit lacking. I would like to be able to run reports based on tags and send those reports on an interval.

Pros: I love that I have a clean, automated system to prompt my clients for feedback on our services. This allows me to get ahead of any issues that they might be sitting on and has been great for client retention.
Cons: I wish there was a way to motivate clients to publish their reviews to 3rd parties or to make that the default and have them "opt-out" of publishing. Having it as an "opt-in" default seems to make the majority of feedback stay internal. I understand this may be a liability or legal thing, but still, one can hope.

Every time I’ve contacted them they have been pretty responsive
Pros: This is a quick, easy, and inexpensive way to get a high volume of reviews into our site. We like the widget added to our website and the automatic reminders to leave reviews!
Cons: I don’t have any cons as I’ve been satisfied with the system from the beginning. It’s easy to use and very effectice.
