Zoom Phone

Pros: Intuitive interface that blends seamlessly with existing Zoom video conferencing. Reliable and easy setup. Great call quality.

Cons: Zoom Phone is missing faxing capabilities. Occasionally, experience dropped calls and poor audio quality. Slow to non-existent follow-ups from support.

Pros: Zoom Phone makes it very easy to check your voicemails by adding them to a queue in the Zoom Workplace app. It also adds the transcription for you by sending you an email with the voicemail and the transcription. That's very nice for catching phone numbers and things of that nature. Meetings are very easy to schedule and log into them when others are using Zoom. It was easy to learn the system. I like being able to change my availability and out-of-office status with the app in the background options.

Cons: With the voicemail I can clear them out in the app, but it won't clear them out from my desktop phone automatically. This could just be the type of phone we have hooked to our Zoom workplace system.

Pros: Ease of use for multitasking and the ability to use other features as well. Very convenient for work.

Cons: It worked really well; didn't have any bugs or issues with it. Worked like a charm very sufficient for business.

Pros: The ability to use the SMS Feature for the company is great. Easily send messages to contacts when asking sensitive information.

Cons: the inability to change settings using the app, you have to go to the online web version to make changes.

Pros: It provides you with a. Phone number that I can use to communicate with clients. I can also provide video calling

Cons: Zoom only works if you have a zoom account. Some people no need to meet with do not have zoom and sometimes don’t want to make an account

Zoom Phone es una herramienta muy útil para equipos remotos y empresas con varias sedes, ya que permite la comunicación rápida y de calidad.

Cons: Para configurar al inicio puede llegar a ser un poco compleja si no tienes experiencia técnica en el uso de aplicaciones. También algunas funciones avanzadas, como números internacionales o integraciones con CRM, tienen un coste adicional. Por último si la red no es estable puede llegar a consumir recursos.

Pros: I like how Zoom Phone is a very convenient and useful tool for employees with an office phone who work remotely or aren't always in the office. You can call and receive from a laptop or your own personal smartphone.

Cons: The mobile app keeps asking me to turn on location services, which I don't want to do because it drains the battery on my phone. Additionally, not a complaint, but Zoom can try to do a better job of filtering out spam or junk calls.

Pros: VoIP. It works across apps, while sitting at my desk, or on the road on my cell phone. It takes voice and video and integrates well into the Zoom family.

Cons: I really have few complaints. Perhaps a wish: I wish that it could automatically screen out robo and fake calls. It might be able to, but I don't know how.

Pros: Zoom Phone is a most useful and smooth working app for everyone who just knows a little bit about using apps and software . This app is best for online work for home and students e Learning which helped a lot for many schools and companies in the covid time and now also . Just need an internet connection and easy to use .

Cons: Needs a fluent internet connection , online call may become laggy if the connection is not fluent or laggy .but Zoom is improving day by day.

Pros: My communications are now safe, secure and effective with Zoom Phone because it supports inbound and outbound calling through the public switched telephone network.

Cons: There is nothing that has a problem with this platform at all. This platform first is secure for making calls.

Pros: Les aspects très appréciés du logiciel Zoom Phone sont la facilité d’utilisation grâce à son interface plutôt facile de prise en main et intuitive ; mais aussi les fonctionnalités qui sont très complètes pour un usage professionnel.

Cons: En revanche la partie un peu moins appréciable de Zoom Phone est son coût car selon les options que l’on va ajouter, la note peut vite monter.

Pros: Convenient way for me to jump on calls & meetings on the go with all the features and quality of the desktop version.

Cons: Honestly nothing! I use it nearly daily, it’s great alternative to join meeting on the go! Maybe if several people have their hands raised you can’t see your order like you can on desktop.

Pros: Very versatile, and call quality is very good. Love having an app on my cell phone.

Cons: I haven't found anything yet that I don't like about the Zoom phones.. they really are great and cost effective

Pros: It was easy to access and navigate with somebody who was less familiar with the software.

Cons: Connection wasn’t always the best depending on location and service or WiFi that was available.

Cons: - Call quality depend on internet bandwidth - Limited hardware support for desk phones - Limited integration around number of CRM and helpdesk

Pros: What I like most about zoom is that it's free for everyone to be able to use unless you'd like to upgrade and the connection is very clear and the interface is extremely easy to understand.

Cons: What at least like about zoom is the group calls, I don't like the way if there's a lot of people in there it's a bit more difficult to communicate.

Pros: Sound quality is always great and clear.

Cons: My phone gets HOT. I always worry that it'll turn off mid-meeting due to getting overheated. Maybe that is the nature of the app? Or is it my phone?

Pros: The convenience of how quickly it connects you to your meetings.

Cons: Nothing with zoom but my own personal phone connection

Pros: Zoom phone is user-friendly, stable, clear service, and a robust platform for all communication within our company.

Cons: Not much really. I only wish more companies used Zoom phone more.

Pros: Alright, what I really love about Zoom Phone is its easiness to use. Yeah, it integrates perfectly with the rest of the Zoom features... so I don’t have to switch between different apps all the time. I can easily make calls right away on the go (something great when I'm running around between classes or study sessions). The call quality is also really clear; communicating with professors, classmates, and even patients is made so much easier.

Cons: One thing I don’t like about Zoom Phone is that sometimes it can be a bit unreliable, especially if I’m switching between my laptop and phone during a call. There have been a few instances where I’ve had trouble reconnecting, and it can be frustrating, especially when I’m trying to discuss something urgent with a colleague or professor. Also, if my internet connection isn’t strong enough, the call quality drops, and it’s hard to hear clearly. That’s something I’ve run into a few times, and it can be annoying when I’m in the middle of a study session or discussing a clinical case. I also wish there were more options for customizing notifications because I’ve missed calls occasionally, especially if I’m in a lecture or study group and don’t hear the alert. Despite these small hiccups, it’s still a really helpful tool, but these are the main things I think could be improved.

Pros: I love that you can video chat with family, friends or businesses.

Cons: Once in a while it can lag but other than that it's a good product.

Pros: Queues unusable so everything else mute. Like having a car without wheels.

Cons: Queue member availabilty does not correlate to user's presence. IE user is OFFLINE yet call sits in Queue because they are Available for queue. It is utter nonsense
