Just sometimes the video quality drop and the free plan is a bit tight, but it do the job for now
Pros: Video Ask for me is a game changer to get feedback from my trainees. After my sessions I send them a quick video and they just reply when they can, in video or audio, it feels more real than forms
Cons: It help me to feel what they really think, not just boxes ticked. I use it to improve my coaching and stay close to them, even when they shy to talk live

It's a good integration with Typeform for getting client feedback and creates real social proof
Pros: The best feature is that anyone can easily make and send video feedback
Cons: I didn't find any issues while using it. I would recommend it

Pros: The different personalization for lead capture or customer experience, allowing to add logic that depending of an answer will go to a specific route, giving options for leaving text, video reviews and allowing to capture pictures too.
Cons: Probably that the integrations to other apps it is still on the making.

Es muy útil para obtener la información de un cliente y de lo que este está buscando, de esta manera puedes darle una cotización más ajustada a lo que busca el cliente
Pros: Se puede personalizar mucho y colocar la información especifica que buscas, además que puedes compartirlo de manera muy sencilla. También puedes enlazarlo con Analytics y eso ayuda a revisar como van tus formularios
Cons: El precio no me gusto mucho, pero al menos la aplicación cumple con lo que propone

Pros: - Personalization: It's very powerful to have custom paths according to what users choose;- Build your own chatbots using video: I've never seen any other tool do this, but you can build an automated chatbot that explains people all the steps in real time. And the best thing: Able to schedule a demo inside videoask without needing to leave the experience
Cons: Integration with Hubspot. Instead of this being easy, it can be difficult to use because we want to track the responses to Hubspot into custom fields. The way we solved this is using the API, but having the direct integration could be better.

Estoy aún probando VideoAsk y mi primera impresión es que tiene mucho potencial. Es una manera fantástica de hacer encuestas y captar leads. Quizás funciona muy bien para algunos sectores y en otros el mercado aún no está acostumbrado a esta metodología.. pero considero que será cuestión de tiempo para daptarse porque la herramienta es bastante potente.
Pros: Llevo un tiempo probando vídeo Ask y resulta una herramienta muy potente para cualificar y captar clientes. Es una manera de crear un embudo de venta dependiendo del sector en el que te encuentras. Personalmente me gusta mucho el template de cualificación de cliente potencial. En pocos pasos y después de subir mis vídeos, ya tengo un buen embudo que ayuda a generar confianza en mis captaciónes.
Cons: De momento estoy en período de prueba... Le veo mucho potencial. Pero veo aún que el mercado no se familiariza muy fácil con el lenguaje o metodología de encuestas con vídeo... Puede ser llamativo, pero quizás por costumbre no tiene la suficiente tracción que esperaba. Supongo que es solo cuestión de tiempo porque si tienes claro tu mensaje y preguntas, los templates te facilitan mucho el trabajo para que la encuesta sea fácil.

The ability to connect face to face and establish a trusting relationship has been invaluable to my business. Plus, multiple checkout and payment options make it easy for customers or employees to provide information and process payments.
Pros: I was impressed by the ease and simplicity of the platform. The ability to create custom video chats for potential clients, job applicants, or any other purpose was a game changer for me. I really appreciated the different options available, like text and audio, for those situations where video isn't possible.
Cons: The only thing I could mention is that sometimes the video or audio quality can be affected by internet connection problems, which can hinder smooth and clear communication. However, this is not a problem unique to VideoAsk and is something that can happen with any video communication platform.

En general muy positiva. Ya no lo uso porque he hecho lo mismo pero con elementor para abaratar cosas, pero la idea es muy buena.
Pros: Su implementación es muy sencilla y es un recurso muy interesante mandar videos personalizados.
Cons: El precio. Es bastante caro a mi modo de verdad. Los planes inferiores tienen poca capacidad para alto tráfico.

Pros: I have been using videoask for a year now and I am really impressed. It is such an easy way to collect testimonials from customers and clients. The best part is that it's so simple yet effective. I don't think I could go back to the old way of collecting testimonials, which was so time-consuming and tedious.
Cons: This tool is amazing, I don’t have anything to complain about this tool.

It's a good video communication platform for working with customer support and onboarding projects.
Pros: VideoAsk has helped us flush out any questions or concerns from new clients during our onboarding process. We've also had great results using it for reviews.
Cons: We never really found anything lacking in the software. It does what we expect.

Pros: Well, the way we interacted with our customers and leads changed a lot since we started to use VideoAsk. We created videos for many touch points : the intercom/chat, the emails, the automation, etc. They have nice guidelines to help you make it all relevant. You can also cutomize the response you want to get from each touch points, and that all will be automated.
Cons: It takes a lot of time to build and create the right videos. But it has nothing to do with the software itself. So that you know the best results might not be right away, you will have to be ready to adjust.

We needed to find a way to engage old customers through a video-like form to have an answer to 2 simple questions by email. The video looked human, professional and was personalized enough to increase trust and boost the answers as some receivers ghosted us before.
Pros: The idea itself of creating interacting video to ask questions is just brilliant ! The software is also very easy to use.
Cons: Practically, it is not possible to personalize the video for each recipient.

I was hooked from the moment I learned about this software (via Typeform). Being as conversational and authentic as possible is something I'm a huge advocate of in my line of work, so VideoAsk totally speaks my language. It's a terrific product and their support community is LEGENDARY. Two thumbs WAY up from me.
Pros: I'm currently using it to qualify leads and guide them to specific resources on my website, depending on what makes the most sense for their needs. Love the fact you can integrate it with Calendly so people can book sessions with you directly from the videoask. I'm also a fan of how foolproof it is to embed it within my website. I think the best thing about this software is that it allows you to metaphorically walk people through your website and give them a taste of your personality, which lowers the trust barrier because people can see your face.
Cons: It's on the pricier side IMO but there's not yet anything quite like it competition-wise, so it's hard to compare it to other products. That said, I think if you're getting hella conversions from deploying it, it's the type of thing that will pay for itself a million times over.

I use it in so many ways! Lead generation, gather testimonials, help onboard members, follow up after an initial consult, and more. It's been an amazing tool to add to our box.
Pros: I love that people actually respond! They get excited to have an interaction with me. It creates a personal interaction.
Cons: Setting up a series wasn't the easiest the first time around. We now have the hang of it.

WE LOVE VideoAsk (and also sister Typeform) VideoAsk is something we use with ALL our clients and get them to use it too. Its so effective and has soooo many uses we use across our web (and clients) as our pop up to Surveys to recruitment to creating eReview process. We are regular updating how we use it
Pros: We use ot across all our business and also recommended to all our clients because its simple its effective its fun its modern its quick it gets results

I needed a way to assign small video homework tasks to my clients. This was the only thing on the market that really offered what I needed.
Pros: It's so easy to get going! All of my users and staff managed to learn how to use it really quickly. I use it for e-learning and it's been a game changer.
Cons: The price increases based on the minutes you consume, it can be difficult to manage the budget this way.
