After we found out that they are not supporting more than 11 million characters, we cancelled the subscription, but they refused to refund us, even though we used it for 24 hours.
Pros: Easy setup and implementation of the product.
Cons: Allows only to load 11 million characters. There is no ability to upgrade to a higher level with higher capacity. AI implementations require enough data to get good answers.

Worst experience, crapy software, in responsive customer service and unethical policies.
Pros: Nothing much. Just that I signed up and they were successful to fool me to buy credits to process large document.

Overall, it was a great experience for my team and also for the end users. the quick learning and also the quality of responses were very helpful.
Pros: Ease of setup was a key. Also, the process of making the bot learn via documents in multiple formats was a game changer.
Cons: The limits on conversations/tokens becomes a roadblock.

Still learning, and happy to have the time saving tech!!
Pros: I found chatbot easy to use, and update as needed. I'm a fist time user of AI chat tech, so I cannot compare it to any others, however, I haven't found the need to look around.
Cons: I lacked the knowhow to use the product effectively at first. But you tube!!

Pros: It was super easy to setup, customize with brand colors and take live all in less than 5 minutes
Cons: It was a very very beneficial platform for my use case however it is somewhat pricy for me although I understand why as the response time is way way better than other platforms

I am qualifying customers for insurance. I am also helping business coaches with a follow up bot so there is a resource for clients when the coach is not available.
Pros: I really like how many ways you can train the chat bot. It makes it a much more robust program.
Cons: It forgets the training on some important things it has been trained on. This is a challenge when trying to communicate with leads.

It has been a great experience so far. Being able to tailor make a chatbot that shares relevant info about our business.
Pros: Our Chatbot shares critical information that clients might need in a easily accessible way without having to make physical contact. This saves time as well as improves the user experience on our website. We have also integrated the chatbot for answering any questions after hours through sharing the link in an auto response on Whatsapp. Furthermore we get to see the conversations from our prospective clients to further nurture our chatbot to answer with the correct responses in order to generate additional sales.
Cons: The Q&A section of the learning of the chatbot should have a function to import various Q&A's without having to type it out.

We are generally satisfied with the product. If you could better support certain features such as multilingualism, you would have us as a long-term customer!
Pros: Configuring, integrating and rolling out the chat is effortless!
Cons: I feel a bit left alone as a customer. Support and documentation are missing or a bit short. What bothers us most is that we can't use the chatbot in multiple languages. This is primarily about the welcome text. Multilingualism is one of the most important functions for us, as we would rather not use several chatbots running in parallel. furthermore, it would be important for us to be able to export the entire chat log with our "corrections". this would allow us to train a new chatbot quickly. in addition, the log would serve us as a backup. What happens if we delete a chatbot mistakenly? all the work is lost. We spend a lot of time on the “revise user” function. That's why we should be able to export the corrected chat history at any time.

The platform is simple and powerful in limited use cases. The company behind Chatbase is growing and the product seems to be getting better (more features) every month. Pros: The ease of use and the speed of the responses are the best features of Chatbase. The features are limited, making it a clear interface with not too many choices and options.There is an API!
Cons: 1) I think a temporary issues is that Chatbase is growing fast and focused on building out a product. The customer information and service, the documentation seems to get less focus than the focus on product development.2) The problem with 'hallucination' is quite apparant and the bot WILL generate a totally wrong answer with that greatest of eloquence and confidence, which might (rightfully so) throw some people off. 3) The simplicity of Chatbase has the downside that the platform has limited use cases.

Pros: It did an okay job learning the material given to it. It may have been viable if we continued to train it.
Cons: No customer support. I emailed several times to get help. I was trying to add another user to the business account. Should be simple. Then I tried to cancel, and got no response. Just terrible customer experience.

I am training Chatbase on several of my projects to support my project teams 24/7 and am so far very happy with the capabilities. As we dive deeper into my projects the proof will be in the eating of the pudding. I will want my team members to weigh in.
Pros: I love that I can use all my own assets to train the bot.
Cons: I wish AI could read my spreadsheets and calendars better. I save these to pdfs and MS Word to eek some information out of them for the bot.

Overall, I think it's a decent option for companies who have a lot of valuable content and looking for way to deliver that content in a more innovative and conversational style.
Pros: The ease of use and quick deployment was key to me since we were trying to test the concept of having a chat bot trained on our custom knowledge base. We were able to deliver values very quickly with ChatBase.
Cons: The pricing is a little steep if you want to remove the branding.
