While implementation and workflow adjustments required patience, the platform provides more flexibility and functionality compared to traditional phone systems.

Features like call routing, voicemail access, and remote communication tools are helpful in a busy medical practice environment. Once users become familiar with the platform, it can improve accessibility and communication efficiency across teams.

We experienced some issues with call routing, voicemail forwarding, outdated menu options, and staff learning curves during implementation. Overall experience is wonderful because it has saved me tons of money switching to a much less expensive but works just as great.
Pros: I really enjoy having the click to dial ability. I never have outages and rarely does this phone system get flagged as scam (my last one did). I almost never have any type of outage and it was so easy to set up and integrate with my current CRM. When an update caused issues they were very attentive and helpful. Great support! Plus it is the most cost effective one I found!

It's a very intuitive application to use. As a legal assistant, I use it daily to communicate with my clients and my team. It's fast, simple, and helps you stay connected in many ways.
Pros: It allows you to have a single phone number, without having to switch between different numbers. The fact that it also allows me to receive faxes is a great bonus. You can add multiple recipients, even when sending a fax.
Cons: The app sometimes malfunctions when trying to receive return phone calls. Another problem is that the default number selected is sometimes the company's main number and not the user's own number, which makes interaction difficult.

I enjoy the simplicity and ease of having all my apps connected and saving me time and effort. Each day the routine gets easier.
Pros: It gives a score system to every interaction. The phone quality is crystal clear. It is easy to use and setup is quick.
Cons: There is no issues that i am seeing at this time. The app is easy to download and connects all the apps

Overall RingEX is awesome. It alleviates the need to have office (Landline) phones. I travel a lot so not needing to lug around a phone is great. And when I am on the go I never miss a call.
Pros: I love that it is an app that I have on my phone so I can call our customers straight from my cell phone. I am also able to message our VA in the Philippines straight from my phone or computer, we use it everyday of the week. We are easily able to record our customer phone calls for proof if something were to come up. The price is great and we are able to add new numbers for a very small price. The app is easy to use and we are able to block spam calls with ease.
Cons: Overall Ring EX has been great. We had a few issues in the beginning setting everything up but Most of those issues are behind us.

It’s such a convenience to have a notary on the call with your clients instead of having to attend a meeting with different schedules with the people involved.
Pros: Call recording is a major perk. Call management and client communication, Ring Central makes all of them easy.
Cons: Nothing I didn’t like. I haven’t used it for a long amount of time but what I’ve tried so far it’s great.

Overall Ring is easy to use and is an affordable call management system for small teams or small businesses.
Pros: RingEX is simple to setup and they do offer multiple options for easy add ons that are both free or even some cheap options to help optimize your phone system. Integrates easily with things including email and has easy communication options.
Cons: The sales team will reach out to you numerous times any time you ask about a change at all to your account.

It has been great. The navigation part of RingEx is very compatible and easy to work through. I have not reached out to customer service yet but that might be considered a good thing!
Pros: The idea you can transfer calls to anyone in your organization by just searching them up. The idea of just being able to have a secondary phone on your computer versus a physical phone is so helpful!
Cons: There have been times where it bugged out, and I wasn't receiving a call. Additionally, there were times when the call dropped randomly; however, this might of been to internet problems.

Overall experience with RingEX has been positive. The AI features like transcription and post call summary are really helpful.
Pros: The interface is clean and intuitive. The mobile app remains reliably active with no missed calls or notifications
Cons: Love the audio and the softphone functionality but the video quality in meetings can be improved. It looks like the video quality is only 720p whereas some of the other vendors offer 4K.

Overall my experience with RingEX was a little bit challenging at times, I ended up using Chase as my main platform, but I will still use RingEX as a secondary option.
Pros: One thing that stand out to me about using ringEX is the ability to see the number of calls made, also the ability to disposition each call, letting me know if I didn’t get ahold of the person.
Cons: My personal experience with RingEx on my work computer is that I noticed some Lag in my calls, that was a consistent issue with ringEX on my work Computer.

I am very pleased with the VOIP service RingEx provides my small business. It allows me to have a different business number from my personal cell phone, but always have my work phone with me!
Pros: RingEX is very easy to use with a intuitive interface making phone calls and sending faxes very simple. The pricing structure also allow us to get a great value for our business phones.
Cons: The voice to text transcriptions of voicemails sent to my email were not always accurate and led to some misunderstandings with clients. I would definitely recommend actually listening to each voicemail and not relying on the transcription.

Pros: Its overall decent software, very reliable and the quality of the audio is good. It is also integrated with most programs
Cons: I was not a fan of how the integrations worked. For Hubspot they have the worst integration I have ever used they don't correctly use the API that hubspot provides and it makes it a terrible experience.

once you get past porting BTN into RC the use is fairly simple

Improving the call transcription process would significantly enhance our record-keeping and customer communication. Ideally, a more streamlined and automated transcription feature would minimize the current manual steps. This would allow us to easily reference customer agreements, particularly regarding costs, and prevent potential discrepancies or misunderstandings.
Pros: RingCentral's desktop notifications are a game-changer for our customer interactions. The instant caller ID pop-ups allow us to proactively answer calls, especially from those we've been trying to reach, dramatically reducing frustrating phone tag. Plus, the integrated texting feature streamlines communication, enabling seamless back-and-forth with our customers
Cons: I would like it to be a little easier to get it to transcribe the calls for future reference. Sometimes a customer will agree to have something done then claim we didn't let them know the cost. This could be a more automatic feature and less hoops to activate.

We are currenly using Ringcentral to manage outbound and inbound calls along with text messages, our admin was able to setup call queues that are used for different sources of leads, we can shadow other rep calls and it now has an option for automated notes from live calls.
Pros: HUD to shadow calls, recordings, text message and automated notes.
Cons: Doesnt have an available function to automate text messages

It's been great. We migrated over to Ring Central from Mitel and it's been worlds different. Definitely a better experience in EX!
Pros: It's very user friendly for both the agents and the administrators. It's nice to be able to fax, call, text and message all within one app.
Cons: Some of the reporting for RingEX is lacking. Most of what I needed I was able to find though.

The system has been excellent and reliable.
Pros: It is quite efficient and effective to have several key business services in one spot. Telephony, group chat, text, fax, video conferencing. The reporting features and analytics are also very helpful.
Cons: 4 stars because the system needs to integrate a global address feature that can be populated by admins without uploading archaic lists of external contacts (which is very difficult and not intuitive). Also the ability to configure the application's user interface remotely for each user would also be great.

Pros: RingEX is great for Ring Central customers to centralize all of the text, phone and video capabilities of your account.
Cons: We have not had great experiences with their customer support and billing teams.

Overall, this software has changed the way our Business Development Team operates for our inbound marketing. It has made our response times to warm leads very minimal with getting a representative in contact as soon as possible. The dictation of voicemails has also changed the way we can provide a direct answer to a client even after hours.
Pros: The ability to create call trees for different departments of our organization has been a game changer in our response time for leads.
Cons: Some of the connectivity can be an issue between phone vs desktop application.
