Cons: It takes a while to learn how to use the chatbot feature which makes it hard to see the value for money for usage.

I am not a huge fan. Maybe once AI becomes better, I will enjoy using ChatBot more than talking to a person.
Pros: ChatBot allows you to ask questions without waiting for a customer service representative. It is instant.
Cons: I don't like how the ChatBot presents many drop down menus for a problem I may have. I want the ChatBot to be able to answer without me tailoring the responses for it.

Chatbot gives me more confidence in asking questions and getting my questions resolved and allows me to have less interaction with a human. No one is judging you on the questions being asked.
Pros: I love that the chatbot is 24/7 availability. Help increase customer response and interaction. Chatbot provides quick answers and reduces human interaction.
Cons: Chatbots can struggle with complex queries, in which can lead to inaccurate results or responses. No human interaction involved.

Overall it was a good experiance the ChatBot knows it's stuff and is extremly helpful in managing customer support.
Pros: Easy to use and set up. You can also sign up for free. One of the best features is that you give it your webpage and it learns everything it can about your services and products and can answer queastions all day even when you are not avaliable. It's also great for use with diffrent languages.
Cons: The price is crazy. Even the smallest package is more expensive than most.

They have horrible customer service. I have been a customer with ChatBot for years and our account expired. I accidentally upgraded and requested to cancel with refund almost immediately. Did not even use any of the features at all. Of course they DECLINED to refund or even pro rate. Horrible. Do not use them. If this is how they treat their customers, then they don't deserve to be in business.
Pros: None. Horrible product, not easy to use, not functional, expensive and limited features, and most of all, horrible customer service.
Cons: They treated me (a loyal customer) poorly.

Regular customer service communication is made easy with chatbot.
Pros: Being able to reach service providers without the stress of phone lines malfunctioning and being put on hold endlessly.
Cons: Having to deal with different agent each time I am relating same problem to a service provider.

Pros: ChatBot saves an incredible amount of time and helps with planning and organizing. Can create multiple business ideas and plans in seconds that can sometimes just give you the creative mind to come up with a new plan.
Cons: Sometimes information is outdated. It does not do well with super up to date things if there is not enough information out on a particular topic.

Pros: ChatBot lo ayuda a tener conversaciones similares a las humanas con clientes y clientes. El uso de un chatbot puede eliminar el trabajo de la oficina principal. Puede ser la voz de la empresa y múltiples sesiones de trabajo.
Cons: Mucho cuidado con el tono de voz que representará su negocio, ya sea suave, fuerte, etc. Hágalo lo más agradable que pueda para maximizar la interacción con el cliente.

Pros: Es un programa fácil de usar y manejar, nos ayudó enormemente a aumentar la conversión de nuestras landing page y hacer crecer las ventas. Nos permitió interactuar con los clientes que visitaban nuestras webs y darles ese empujoncito para que compraran.
Cons: Algunas opciones están muy limitadas, como la multirespuesta por ejemplo, y el diseño del flujo de conversación puede ser algo lioso. Es una herramienta que ayuda pero la calidad de los leads no es la ideal

Overall its a handy tool if you have basic questions, but the more complex the requests are the harder it is to receive a correct answer.
Pros: it is available basically 24 hours a day seven days a week. It also reduces the time it takes if you were getting a response from a real person. it can handle multiple conversations at once.
Cons: Even though it is a great tool, it's not the same as having an actual online conversation with a real person. Because it is AI, it may not have the desired answer for all inquiries. You may find yourself getting the same go-to answer for questions it is not capable of adequately answering.

Pros: The chatbot is not too demanding to use. After establishing a few encounters, you'll be well on your way to executing many more. It's simple to get started training the bot, and looking back on old conversations can reveal any problems with the answer sequence and easy to fix the wrong sequence.
Cons: The most glaring drawback of ChatBot is that it cannot deal with more complicated customer dissatisfaction scenarios, limiting its usefulness to website users with simple troubles only.

Overall this chatbot is recommended. It's easy to set up, good UI, not so expensive, and has a lot of features you need.
Pros: I like how the bot flow was easy to set up and develop. And also the dashboard looks good and user friendly for some beginner.

Chatbot is a technology that makes easy to communitication a person and a platform.
Pros: Today , chatbot is not an optional product to choose. Chat is a "must to have" product for especially banking industry and finance instutations. Customer would like to talk to someone that helps him/her to find what he/she wants. customer is doing things depends on him/her needs by chatting with chatbot like chatting a friend or family member at whatsapp, telegram, BiP etc.
Cons: Implementation is not easy because each chatbot has to be customized based on the business needs and spesific products. Also, chatbot should be integrated across platforms and applicationsapplications (mobile app, web app, desktop app, call center etc)

It was a very enjoyable experience for me. I tried many similar tools and the chatbot stood out due to its professional look and feel (and also the advanced feature set). Although it has many advanced features, it is designed with beginners in mind as well, so you can get started quickly and make it more advanced as you progress and learn more about the platform. This is a powerful tool that boosted my engagement on the site and lead generation.
Pros: I like the combination of channels here: you can use a chatbot on your website, on Messenger, through Slack and you can also have a real real conversation. Great for one tool. Instead of having to buy multiple tools, you can start with it. The interface is very modern and easy to use, that's what I like. It seems to be a nice place also for visitors. This has a premium look and feel, which is good for my business' reputation.
Cons: Learning Academy and Help Topics are not sufficient to train you in the use of this product. It took a lot of fumbling (and still is) on how to figure out what to do and how to train a chatbot. Also - the support is only available through email, and it would be very helpful if you could get real-time help.... You might think that a chat producer would have the ability to LiveChat with their customers!
