I inherited Jivo chat when I took over as Customer Service Manager. The tool was great and inexpensive for a team less than 5 people - it got the job done without a lot of the usual Saas BS. Clean interface, saves answers you've typed before as auto-fill for future replies, not pushy trying to get you to upgrade!
Pros: Simplicity - Jivo chat is easy to use, and easy to train reps to use. No frills, all function, low price!
Cons: Simplicity - Jivo's biggest strength is also their biggest weakness. Not very customizable, less features than other modern chat providers, less integrations, etc. Great for a small team, not as scalable as other solutions.

Pros: JivoChat is easy to connect to WordPress websites and easy to setup and add on phone number/ WhatsApp number for easy communication.
Cons: JivoChat sends very many notifications and alert.

Pros: Overall i am very much like it. It is quite easy to use, great interface, very simple and the ability to what customer is typing before send the message is quite helpful.
Cons: I am upset about the technical issues and support and leaving the chat without knowing the visitor is very much annoying.

Pros: Jivo is faster in responding to clients, I like the timing feature which warns when you have few minutes to close your working schedules as this is good in that you complete tasks on time Live preview of messages before user sends them is vital in creating faster responses
Cons: Creating a chat bot within the software is kinder difficult and would not run on other channels of communication like Whatsapp

Pros: You can save canned responses so you can easily respond to client's questions, has Whatsapp integrations which are straight forward
Cons: It sometimes fails to communicate with the server with server connection error even when you have a strong internet connection, it does not support IMAP email integrations

Pros: The tool is faster and easy to integrate on a website with HTML code in the footer of the website, and you get chatting with clients right away, I like live preview of the messages which help me to see messages of the user before they even send hence resolving their issues faster
Cons: It does not allow the use of custom email for support, and only works with forwarding messages where outgoing messages to clients through the email would go from jive email address

Pros: Me gusta la sencillez con la que se puede configurar un chat con JivoChat. Siempre que realizo un lanzamiento o venta importante, uso esta herramienta para ofrecer una opción visible de atención al cliente 24/7 en la página de ventas. La función de mensaje emergente incentiva la interacción de los visitantes, y así resolver sus dudas al instante en caso de estar en línea. Una ventaja es que no necesito estar conectado todo el día. Si alguien interactúa durante mi inactividad, el chat solicita su nombre y correo para posteriores contactos. También es muy útil la información que entrega del usuario, como su localización y visitas a la página. Además, el poder visualizar lo que el usuario escribe antes de enviarlo me ayuda a anticiparme en la conversación, mejorando la experiencia y fluidez de las respuestas.
Cons: La herramienta está genial, pero sería ideal si incorporaran un sistema de gestión de solicitudes o tickets. Esto facilitaría la resolución y el seguimiento de problemas de soporte más complejos.

I run multiple web projects and now, the visitors prefer to go to Live Chat rather than a contact page. They can find someone to quickly answer them. It gives a human aspect on your business. So, I look for some Live Chat (there are a lot) and I choose JivoChat. This is a solid solution with a substantial number of customers. Since I have better communication with my visitors and sell more.
Pros: I like to view what the visitor is typing before he sends his question. It helps a lot to deliver fast and accurate answer to him.
Cons: Only the statistic, they are basic. But, with all the tools I have it is compensated.
