Pros: Great integration options with LinkedIn, Gmail etc. It is user friendly and so simple to get started
Cons: Looking forward to integrations with Asana and Fathom - but the team is always working on improvements.

Solid product that still has a little ways to go. The price is right but not having an app is a bit of a struggle for me.
Pros: It has a clean interface and integrates well with my email platforms. It's easy to look customers up and read previous communications
Cons: Lacking an app. Not a fan of using a web browser all the time as I use it at different times of the day and end up opening many browsers via my phone.

I used Folk as a substitution to Hubspot that was way too complicated and dense and big for me. Folk is much easier to configurate, to track clients and deals. I strongly recommend.

Pros: Ease of use: perfect mix between airtable and a crm + easy to configure Team has been helpful and reactive when needed, to help me set my first trackers and also to connect it to my website. Also the Linkedin plugin works well
Cons: Dashboard are still a bit WIP but it's making progress. From 6 months ago when I started using it to today it's already much better

truly loved it from the very beginning and knew it could help me and my team. the onboarding help from folk was super helpful.
Pros: It's relatively easy to use, designed for a small business and helps me keep track of my work. The enriching feature is so helpful! That's been a game changer.
Cons: I'd love to be able to "schedule send" email campaigns and create more customizeable dashboards to fit our group.

I've rolled my own CRM and used a few others but this is the first one that worked without getting in my way. The plugin reminds me that I can add contacts from places other than LinkedIn and I haven't felt this tuned into my network in a very long time.
Pros: The merging function has to be my favorite component. Not only will it merge the contacts but it lets you select which portions of each contact to use for the final record without smashing it together willy-nilly.
Cons: It wasn't super clear which features were premium and which were in the free tier when I started the trial. But it was also a learning curve, so take that with a grain of salt.

It's the best, we use it for different work streams, it's super collaborative and it's also evolving fast.
Pros: It's super intuitive, powerful, and robust as well ! I honestly adore the chrome extension allowing you to browse LinkedIn and add directly from here
Cons: I'm not sure, I like pretty much everything. I'd say maybe a shame that chain emails are not accessible at our level.

Overall, good experience and perfect for small/mid-sized companies that aren't looking to customize every little aspect of a CRM. Out of the box solution works well, but really wish there was more visibility into number and timestamps of email opens/clicks and the ability to automate emails based on this information.
Pros: Good product for the cost. User friendly out of the box solution that is very simple to get up and running.
Cons: Lack of visibility into number of opens and clicks on email sequences, as well as timestamps. Also, no ability to automate follow-up emails based on email clicks/opens. It's my understanding that this data is already tracked, so why not make available to the user?

Working with Folk has been smooth and straightforward, and getting support from their team has been just as easy. No matter the question, we've always received prompt and helpful responses!
Pros: It's user-friendly, makes it simple to stay organized, and isn’t cluttered with unnecessary customizations. For our team, it delivers exactly what we expected from a CRM tool - making partner management more transparent and easier to coordinate across different people.
Cons: At the moment, we're still missing a few very specific features. The good news is that we requested them, and the team is actively working on solutions. That's what we call excellent customer service!

Simple. Easy to use. Less is more allowing me to adapt my Notion workflow with all the features I want for a CRM built right in.
Pros: It feel like home. Coming from being a Notion user it was like you build the CRM I have been trying to hack together for year. The fact that you can pull info from LinkedIn and IG with one click saves so much time and the reminders as so helpful for following up. Everything I need, nothing more, all in one place.
Cons: Pricing. I am Canadian so the dollar really hurts me. As a first time user and fan I'd love to receive a discount for the first year like other software companies have.

Pretty good, but have only just been getting organized. Have not used email functionality and Im worried keeping my contacts updated in folk will be difficult...have over 6,000 to go through as a first time set up.
Pros: Simplicity and low price point. Import from gmail and Zapier functionality may be handy
Cons: Not able to see list of all contacts easily. Not intuitive enough to suggest groups based on gmail imports. Wish there were suggested groups from LinkedIn like -former colleagues, School connections, etc

Easy to use, technically challenging, many bugs in the product, no support available.
Pros: The Chrome extension is the easiest way to import leads into the CRM
Cons: Enrichment is not working, custom senders are not available, we can only connect Gsuite accounts.

I've had a great experience so far. The support team is very helpful, and they even reached out for a check-in call a few weeks after I started the trial period.
Pros: Email distribution, easy list-building, and LinkedIn integration
Cons: The clean UX is great, but it's so clean that it feels like I'm not making the best use of that deep network/relationship data!

I would give it 10/10. It's a user-friendly platform that makes managing contacts and client relationships straightforward..The clean interface and intuitive design made it easy for us to get started without much of a learning curve. It’s especially great for teams like ours that need a simple, organized way to track communication and keep everything in one place.
Pros: One word: Simplicity. fol is different from other CRMs because it's as simple as a blank page. It’s simple but effective, and it really helps streamline communication, making it much easier to follow up and stay on top of everything.
Cons: Double profiles. When we use folk on Sales Navigator for example, it takes all the leads even though some leads are already in the system.. And we have to check for every lead if it's a duplicate or not manually.

Overall, I'm very happy with folk. It's a great tool, especially for small teams and start-ups.
Pros: The personalized customer service is out of this world. They're super responsive and have implemented multiple enhancements I requested. The tool is very intuitive and easy to use. I was able to get up and running super fast and it has definitely helped me organize and stay on top of our leads.
Cons: There are several limitations to the tool but they are open to feedback and I hope over time they're able to address these.

Really nice - but I would have appreciated a 20 minute onboarding call with someone 1 on 1.

So far, so good. We'd love to see some more features in the future. There are a few things like the gmail integration that does not work for us just yet, but overall we love folk and it has made our processes easier!
Pros: super easy to use, affordable and accurate! We looked for a few CRM options and folk stood out for us.
Cons: there are a few features we'd love to see but we can be patient (like an App version or the ability to create more view options per group).

Wasy to learn, quick to import csv file without any configuration, tutorial webinar very useful. I subscribed after one day!
Pros: Extension folkX to add contact in one click from Linkedin and G Mail
Cons: When I add a contact from Linkedin,sometimes name of Company is written in block letters (i.e. Tecnimont or TECNIMONT) so that you have to check everytime otherwise contact is going in incorrect group with no one else...

I was able to dive right in and start using folk without watching any tutorials. When I ran into problems with the data migration from notion, I contacted the support team and they quickly and effectively helped me solve that problem -- they actually did the work for me instead of giving me a to do list which saved me a lot of time and aggravation. folk is also quick whereas the table CRM I had set up in Notion was extremely slow and cumbersome. I also like the visual aspect of the pipeline that I can customize. I'm very pleased with folk.
Pros: The ease of use and there really was no learning curve. I had a challenge or two during the data migration phase, but your support team was quick, competent, and were able to solve the problem. I've also have rarely had the opportunity to meet with a team member via video chat to discuss my personal needs.
Cons: Nothing I can think of right now. A DM integration such as Kondo would be a good added feature.

Pros: Easy to set up, get going, and the extension makes a big difference with other tools on the market. Just what I needed.

Pros: The opportunity to create custom fields and tags and the BEST thing is the Chrome extension and being able to import leads immediately from SoMe!
Cons: Sometimes it is a bit overwhelming all the functionalities but overall it's a pretty great program where everything is thought out.

It's just my speed. Some processes are manual, but after a meeting with folk's product team I'm looking forward to future improvements.
Pros: It reduces friction for me tracking leads - something I hate doing. The more simplified and user-friendly, the better.
Cons: It currently lacks some tracking capabilities - like automatically tracking when deals move from one status to the next. I know it's in beta, but the dashboard as well could use some more customization.

Good - still working out whether I need something with more bells & whistles
Pros: Simplicity of set up and how to use it quickly. I also liked been able to get hold of customer service team although feedback isn't always consistent time wise and it would be good to get in a 24hr window.
Cons: Enriching doesn't seem to work very well / can't schedule exact times for reminders / not enough how to videos and the ones you have are too brief. Inconsistent customer feedback response times with no sense of when someone will come back to you.
