Overall, I've had a great experience with BigContacts. At our firm, we've used it to track leads and manage/handle emails directed out to our various clients. Since client relations via email can be a hassle, especially when you're dealing with so many different accounts, using BigContacts is definitely helpful and has made all of our lives easier.
Pros: I love the direct integration of this platform into my client emails, allowing me to send and directly receive emails within the CRM platform. Everything is tracked and associated with specific contacts/accounts too automatically, which I also appreciate. The calendar feature is also very well done and has seamlessly fit within my typical workstream.
Cons: I'd like to learn more about the ability to integrate this platform with the calendars of my colleagues at my firm.

BIGContacts has simplified lead management for our business. We can easily track all previous touches, preferences, and upcoming tasks for our prospects and customers in one place. The tool has also made internal collaboration easier.
Pros: The customizable sales pipeline makes it easy to track opportunities. We also use BIGContacts to generate sales reports and track our business performance. The standard reporting templates a lot of our time. Furthermore, we can save custom report filters for later use, which is a great advantage as well.
Cons: Looking forward to seeing more direct integrations for the tool.

BIGContacts offers excellent marketing automation capabilities. It allows us to track the position of every client in our sales funnel and optimize interactions accordingly. The reporting capabilities of this tool are quite praiseworthy too. Along with standardized templates, the tool also allows us to generate custom reports.
Pros: Customizable email templates and automated drip campaigns have significantly contributed to our marketing efforts. We can share personalized emails with our contacts easily. The group emailing feature allows us to reach out to a particular segment with relevant information. The built-in analytics tool function well.
Cons: It does not offer integrations with some of our preferred tools, such as Slack. Hoping to see more integrations from the tool in the future.

With this cloud-based CRM, our sales executives are able to prepare for meetings on the go. BIGContacts has significantly improved our bottom line by making contact more organized and accessible for everyone in the organization.
Pros: The level of customization that BIGContacts provides is quite helpful to manage things according to our existing processes. Additionally, we can take notes and add files for individual contact records. Integration with MailChimp and Campaign Monitor works well.
Cons: We encountered some problems with the speed of the software in the past, but they have made significant improvements since then.

Pros: Email marketing automation by BIGContacts is one of the best we have ever worked with. The drag and drop email designer saves a lot of time and effort. There is a group email feature as well.
Cons: There is no live chat feature available for BIGContacts yet. However, the customer service team is quick and efficient, so it has been manageable so far.

Great system to use
Pros: Liked that it was easy to use and it flowed well for us.
Cons: Need to be able to add the address up front when creating a new contact. Right now you have to create the new contact and then go back in to edit to add the address.

This is a great platform and meets all of your contact management needs.
Pros: Keeps me on task! It allows me to focus on the sales interaction and not on organizing my data.
Cons: No multiple points mapping program. Everything else is great!

I have 40 years worth of client files (hard copies). We don't even have emails for most. As I bring our office into the 21st century, this software has opened my eyes to the possibilities of constant contact and communication with the clients that was just not possible before. This software will enable our business to grow in ways we never thought possible through efficiency and organization.
Pros: Ease of use without having to watch endless tutorials.
Cons: Can't think of any. First software of this type I've used.

I have had a positive experience with BigContacts. It meets my needs and I really appreciate the swift response of their customer service.
Pros: The software is intuitive and easy to operate. I can capture incoming and outgoing emails as well, which is important.
Cons: I wish I could link emails to a client after the fact, sometimes I forget to cc myself and I miss capturing an email in real time.

Pros: We use BigContacts on a daily basis, to track our client/author base. There are many features that we plan to start using in the future.
Cons: We have had a few issues with the e-mail side. Most of which, they have addressed and fixed quickly. Recently, I had what appears to be a very unique issue which, as it turns out, may be due to my own system, and not that of the application. Still, the support team worked diligently and responded quickly to try to solve it.

Overall my experience is great! Very straight forward program that delivers exactly what business need in order to keep organized and on track.
Pros: It is very easy to learn and use. I recently changed careers and this is my first time working in an office setting and using Big Contacts. I learned how to use it very quickly and it is very easy to understand.
Cons: I don't like the reporting options. I wish there was a way to organize and list the data in alphabetical or numerical ways.

I've recommended it to clients that have been driven to tears by the best known sales software. The Demo was sufficient to convince them to change.
Pros: The functionality delivered for the price is terrific. The fact that automated marketing sequences are included make it a better deal than most That, plus simplicity of operation make it a delight for the "little guy."
Cons: You can;t print out the calendar. those of us that live where there are gaping holes in cel coverage need to have a printed calendar for reference almost daily.

I started out using Excel but that soon became overwhelming and I knew I needed something more flexible. I tried several CRMs, even one designed for MLM consultants, but Big Contacts had the features a was looking for. I can add custom fields to contacts like favorite product and even run a search by that field. The alerts are super helpful as I don't always go to the website everyday so I will know if I have a task if I get an email. I could opt in for marketing but I'm small enough I can do personal emails. The capture emails from my email isnt working because I have Outlook but I haven't talked to support about it yet to see if there is a work around. That would be awesome if it would capture and add incoming emails to the correct contact!

I would definitely recommend BigContacts for ease of use, price, features, and value.
Pros: The BigContacts CRM System is pretty straightforward in terms of setup and implementation. Once you learn the basic rules in terms of setting up fields, etc. you can begin using the software with confidence. The videos are extremely helpful also. The price is one-third to one-fourth the cost of Salesforce.com.
Cons: There are a few features that are a little less intuitive and may require some help from support. If you can't find the right answer in the support materials or the videos they will get on the phone after you have placed a support request. This may take some time if it is off hours, but the response is always within a 24 hour window at the longest.

Having one place for customer information whether it was a completed or pending sale, billing or repair issues, and the scheduling of tasks is HUGE - it makes it easy for the remote workers. Attachements are shown separately. Connecting with Quickbooks.
Pros: Scheduling tasks for yourself or others. Historical data of contacts with your clients, whether it was a phone call, email, meeting and attachments, even the direct marketing campaign for those special offers to all or some clients. Ability to enter social media information. Ability to see the daily, weekly, monthly calendar for your entire team. Basic or Custom reports.
Cons: No place to enter time (duration of a call). No way to click on the client's twitter, facebook or linkedin feed. Ability to look up a contact via telephone number.

Pros: Ability to download our list of contacts into the software. Less expensive than Salesforce. Easy to add contacts, add activities and send notifications.
Cons: The reporting function was/still is not very intuitive or user friendly.

Very responsive group whenever I contact them with questions.
Pros: Ease of use. Cloud based. Great customer service support.
Cons: There is only one thing that I wish was available with this software. Right now whenever you want to move someone from one date to another date on the calendar it must be done individually. Sometimes I want to move multiple contacts at one time and there is no way to do it in a group.

overall good. I would like to see marketing module give the option of transferring contacts
Pros: Being able to put in history, notes and seeing past emails
Cons: Can't change the name of the company once saved. Marketing module doesn't transfer contacts automatically.
