Pros: It was so impressive how quick it was for us to build and train our Mava chatbot to provide our customers with instant responses. Mava analytics dashboard which makes it easy for us to monitor the performance our customer support services. Mava team shared inbox which allows us to consolidate our support services in one space for easy collaboration.
Cons: Mava has been doing exceptionally well for us and moreso, it has not given us anything not to like about it.

Pros: Mava ai toolkit and nlp features is what makes mava best customer supporting website where we can easily manage and update customer with live chat support. Mava ui interface is also what i am in love as it is so smooth and reliable to use and can be easily operated.

Pros: Mava incredible support team made our implementation and setup very easy and swift. The chat bot is constantly responsive which ensures our customers are getting answers at all times. Pros: The implementation phase was such a smooth sail. It was backed up by lots of guides available online and detailed technical information offered by it's world class support team. Mava interface is way to simple, sleek and we'll organized which enable us to utilize it for our daily customer service operations. Once we set it up we added instant answers to the chatbot and in addition to the AI bots we have been able to make it easy and fast for customers to get help they need anytime and so instantly.
