I love the survey builder, very easy to use. Templates are also available that help make our process efficient. I also love how easy it is to navigate the platform. Reports and analytics help us analyze our survey data.
Pros: Survicate's user interface is easy to configure and very intuitive compared to the previous survey apps we were using. It is also not expensive. It integrates seamlessly with our CRM. Also, their customer support is superb! I have the best experience with their tech support who was knowledgeable and got my issue fixed in a jiffy.
Cons: We were new to the app, so it took us a few moments to get things up. However, their support team was very easy to contact which made our transition to their app very convenient.

The experience of creating and launching surveys is smooth and, as a user, the value is reached very quickly. The integration with Intercom makes it possible to reach customers with no effort.
Pros: It's really easy to use! I can create surveys in the morning and have insights about my customers by the evening. The "Insights" feature really helps analyze answers in text.
Cons: I have to export the data to cross analyze with customer's information. I wish I could do it directly.

So far I have not had major complaints. Just small things here and there that had to be cleared out. The support I received from Survicate however was a top notch!
Pros: Easy to use at affordable price. It has a lot of integration and pretty good in-built AI for analysis of responses.
Cons: UI can be improved a bit, when you try to open multiple surveys at once it breaks and opens the same survey multiple times

10/10 so far. The support team is so nice and helpful when it comes to in-survey support or testing out new features for free.
Pros: Template customization and the Survicate support team! It is a great tool and serves our needs very well.
Cons: I think more question types could be added. For example, if I want to add some instructions to a response, I use the thankyou message option as of now. I guess a dedicated instruction style message(and further customizations) could make more sense.

It was easy to use and easy to connect with Salesforce. Support team is very responsive i was able to get help whenever I neeeded.
Pros: Definitely deserves it cost. Easy to use good connection with Salesforce and also easy yo customize.
Cons: Can have salesforce app to connect with Salesforce. Also it would be good if it has link shortening option.

Pros: Survicate's support is impressive. They actually reach out to you if you have any pending issue or question. They'll just pop up asking if you still need help. I've never had that with any other tool, usually you're on your own until you submit a ticket and wait forever. The platform itself is pretty straightforward to use, too. I never got any official training when I started using it for work, and I'm not very "tech-oriented", but I figured it out in a few days. It's not one of those nightmare tools where you don't know where to start and need to open the FAQs every 5 minutes. And any time I did need to read their guides, I found them very "beginner-friendly" and helpful. I also really like that it's focused on what it does. It's not trying to be everything to everyone, "all-in-one"... It's just really, really good at surveys, in all shapes and forms. Everything feels solid and reliable. Bonus points for having a nice looking UI too - especially the reports, which are super easy to read and analyse.
Cons: I'm struggling to come up with anything major. If there's ever been an issue or something missing, their support team has been on it.

This has been my first survey tool that I've used in my career and I've found it very easy to learn and adapt to multiple scenarios.
Pros: I like how user friendly survicate is and how intuitive the analytics dashboard is. Also, how customizable the design of the surveys can be.
Cons: I've run into the scenario where I've wanted to run the same survey in different formats. For example, run the same survey as a link in emails and as a pop-up on the website, but I don't think you're able to aggregate the responses and analysis of those responses from both even if they are identical surveys.

Pros: Survicate makes survey creation incredibly easy. I appreciate the intuitive design, pre-set templates, and ready-to-use question ideas that save time while keeping surveys professional-looking.
Cons: The platform is a bit pricey for occasional use. Since we don’t run surveys every month, keeping a full-year subscription doesn’t make financial sense, so we subscribe only when needed.

Pros: The ease of creating surveys, I have one that I can duplicate and change when necessary.
Cons: We started so long ago, but the prices have gone up for various packages and that can get frustrating not getting some details.

My experience has been positive in terms of easy use, survey customization . However, occasional issues with audience targeting, lack of notifications for erros, and the manual process for uploading user lists can be frustating. Despite these drawbacks, it remains a valuable tool for gathering user feedback.
Pros: Its ease to use, allows you to quicly create targeted surveys, helping to gather valuable feedback direcly from users. Its really simple to use and to launch. So it really help me , since recruite users to gather quantiative and qualitative feedbacks. It has multiple formats. And analyzins results its really easy, with clear dashboards and easy exports.
Cons: Sometimes , survicate has issues with audience targeting, where surveys in wrong language start appearing on pages that shouldnt have them. Additionally, im currently experiencing a lack of responses to surveys, and im not sure why. It doesnt seem to be related to user behavior - it feels like something within the tool itself. This means Ill need to open support ticket, which is frustating. It would be helpful if the tool could automatically detect issues or notify users when something goes wrong. More comprehensive dashboards and integrations with tools like maze would also be a great addition. Another pain point is uploading specific users lists - currently, it has to be done one by one, which is extremely time - consuming. There should be an option to upload entire lists to create targeted segmentes more efficiently.

My team uses Survicate to display mobile surveys and get user feedback, specially when running A/B tests to compare user perception on different variants. We really like how easy it is to design surveys and analyze user responses.
Pros: Response analysis is very intuitive and the interface is very friendly. The feature to export all responses into a csv also helps a lot to build custom visualizations to segregate users and understand better their feedback.
Cons: Not exactly a negative point, but I miss the possibility of integrating Survicate with other campaign tools, such as Braze. We already have a big tracking structure on other tools, so it was easier to create campaigns on Braze and use those campaigns to trigger the Survicate surveys - which works really well, by the way.

Pros: It is very easy to create and launch surveys on Survicate. There are ready to use templates and it is easy to use various type of questions and logic in the surveys. Also the customer success team is very knowledgeable and reaches out proactively with advice on how to improve your use of the survey tool.
Cons: The AI analysis tool needs improvement, as it is not very accurate in analyzing a qualitative output.

We started to use survicate to collect some user experience with our app and for the moment we are very satisfied with all the spectre of the features that survicate can offer us.
Pros: Good documented mobile SDK (and Web), ease of use and integration, great web interface for managing surveys, flexibility of creating surveys (so many options), integrations and automations with intercom (that actually was a game changer to forward the survey responses from unsatisfied users directly to the support through intercom), great and quick support (no bots!)
Cons: For now didn't found any reasonable problems, the SDK is under active development.

Pros: Survicate is really easy to use and the customer service is fantastic! Easy to build surveys, control integrations, and share with other teammates. Love the analytics and AI template creation features.
Cons: Would love more features for native image hosting and the ability to embed prototypes with standard design tools like Figma (iframe or embedded links). You can still embed images but it requires your own image hosting solution and embedded HTML tags, so it just takes more time and isn't very flexible.

I use Survicate for every product we develop. By running campaigns to assess user satisfaction. It's very easy to use.
Pros: It's easy to create a survey, and the interaction from the user is great: the survey appears in the context of use. The dashboard and the templates library are great too.
Cons: I'd like more flexibility in the questions. For example, I wanted to ask users to rate their level of technology skills on a 5-point scale and I had to hijack a CSAT for that. Also, it would be interesting to be able to push a message or a link, for example to do some fake door testing.

We had a wonderful experience with Survicate from start to finish. We really enjoyed the customization and ability to record partial responses. Being able to gather this kind of data and make it easy and fun for clients to provide feedback had a huge impact on our user experience and product journeys and roadmap plans. We were able to easily connect data to our Salesforce account as well as download reports directly from the website. There were also improvements and new features added regularly and the new insights feature is a wonderful addition to the platform. I truly have nothing negative things to say about the Survicate program and our experience.
Pros: The ease of use and capacity for customization. The support team is very responsive. We also appreciated that there were no limits to the number of surveys we could create, only the total responses, which allowed us to use the platform for several projects.
Cons: Not much to dislike, to be honest. We had 0 pain points with Survicate once it was up and running and integrated into our systems.

It's a tool I use daily and that I am getting to know more and more. It's valuable and delivers me data and conclusions as to how I deal. It feels like there are more options than I know of, but their customer service always feels close when needed
Pros: The service is great. You can get in touch easily and really fast, and the answers are always correct and brought to you in a friendly way!
Cons: There is a lot that can be done that did not feel intuitive to me. So it took me a while to find out that some options were available, and what they meant/did. There is a knowledge base and enought information on the website, but I did not take the time to dive in to that

Cons: To be honest, nothing comes to mind right away. I would like if in a workspace I could filter the date range of all my surveys in that workspace at the same time to view and analyse the results instead of one by one.

Pros: Survicate has provided us with a quick and easy integration for implementing entry and exit surveys during our user registration process. This allows us to connect our own marketing tools with specific user responses, enabling us to analyze sign-ups and drop-offs on our platform and gain valuable insights to improve user retention and satisfaction. With Survicate, we can also create advertising banners in very little time, specifying the target audience we want to reach.
Cons: For our business needs, it would be useful to manage multiple languages within a single survey, without having to duplicate surveys. We would also find it helpful to have more options for button navigation to create different branching paths within the survey flow.
