Great! Simple to use and if you need metrics, reports or integrations with other services they do it all!
Pros: I like that our team can create a custom CSAT survey that can then import results back into our tickets in Zendesk.
Cons: Previously I didn't like that we didn't have AI as a tool to edit surveys. But now we do! It has been a great tool to tweak our wording in surveys.

Happy with the use of the tool, we have found far more capable than the free or bundled solutions with office applications. Would recommend.

Pros: Easy to use survey builder, flexible and powerful editing features. Well documented API with easy integration with other platform. Strong support from the client services team.
Cons: Custom applications can add additional capabiltiy, but can be difficult to find and use within the platform.

We use the tool to create industry surveys, replacing a more well-known and expensive options. SurveySparrow does the job entirely satisfactorily.
Pros: A good, lightweight option for efficient creation and distribution of surveys. Easy to use and edit.
Cons: It would be useful to have better cross breaks on the data for analysis of responses - some of the design features are a bit basic.

Overall, I really like Survey Sparrow and look forward to seeing continued updates and improvements to the platform. My only concern is pricing—I hope it remains accessible and affordable for small businesses like mine.
Pros: I love how easy and intuitive it is to work with Survey Sparrow. Creating and sending surveys is not only simple but genuinely enjoyable. One of my favorite features is the offline mode—it allows me to collect data without needing an internet connection, which is a huge plus for fieldwork. Overall, the platform is user-friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to use.
Cons: I wish Survey Sparrow offered an audience purchase option. I'm currently using another vendor to fill this gap, but their platform isn’t nearly as intuitive or user-friendly as Survey Sparrow.

Great! we use it for customer feedback as well as internal surveys. The visual customization and question type options are perfect for our team.
Pros: The UX in Survey Sparrow is great. It's easy to set up surveys and share them and we love the shareable PDF reports. The downloadable excels make it easy to analyze our data too.
Cons: We wish we could download pre-filtered excel reports. The preview option is great but it makes you start from the beginning of the survey - I just want to preview the question I am building not the whole thing.

I feel having the personalized surveys for our employees has made our moral better. Whether it is a survey about our Christmas Party meal choices or merchandise we are buying for a our staff. We also created some customers surveys on our service.
Pros: Ease of use, fun interactions with employees. Ability to email out surveys and record anonymously or have their names listed.
Cons: I had to add each contact one at a time. Being able to upload a list would be better. and sending a survey to all contacts would be better.

Taking surveys is extremely easy. Integration with Stripe Payment allows you to make transactions as secure as possible. With this integration you will be able to answer a form and make a payment online and in mobile applications in an easy and unique way.
Pros: I like the way you create surveys and get anonymous feedback by collecting conversational data on this software. 360 surveys are more objective, this helps to work effectively with each other and gives a complete picture about strengths and weaknesses. SurveySparrow also allows you to create different links for the same survey each time it is shared so that we can share them on our social networks and easily separate the responses no matter where they come from, be it Linkedin, Twitter, among others.
Cons: SurveySparrow offers excellent integration with other payment platforms such as Stripe, however it does not include Paypal, this integration would be a great help.

Cons: I dont know if this is a feature SS has but I dont like they don't have an option to create multiple links for different things, like one link for social media, one link for database, one link for free ads, etc.

Pros: The most interesting part is the default templates. That is very easy to setup and go live with a few simple clicks.

It's been great for the most part! The billing aspect of their services needs work though. The sales reps tell you one thing whilst you can action another thing in your account.
Pros: 360 survey reports are a great time-saver. Very intuitive and detailed.
Cons: They force you to be on a renewal subscription and you cannot manually cancel it. You will need to reach out for support to clear out renewal invoices, after which your account is blocked until you make a new purchase...

Pros: Easy to use, surveys are easy to create and the frontend for surveys is very user friendly. Good level of customisation and an excellent range of question types for quantitative and qualitative measuring. API documentation is good.
Cons: We're using the survey sparrow API, and found there are some areas of the data that are not accessible via the API.
