Rather than using Contentquare just for zonings, the new Sense AI tool is allowing us to more easily link to other modules to give a more holistic view of the data. For example whereas previously we'd rarely use Session Replays, the AI summarisation is now allowing us to better use its insights too
Pros: Contentsquare has now incoporated Sense AI into its modules, which enables quicker speed to insight, as well as allowing you to quickly build mappings + summarise multiple video replays on-the-fly. Typing a series of questions is often easier than manually setting up/analysing the same thing step-by-step
Cons: When only dipping in and out of the product it can still be difficult to undertake some of the more intricate analysis setups, e.g. displaying the correct views, and correct metrics for an AB test for example. But that goes for most tools and repetition can help habitualise such analysis processes

Overall, my experience was great. I had no trouble with the software, and it was very helpful in my day-to-day business needs.
Pros: The ease of access and the ability to navigate features as a first-time user was what made this my go to. It has also helped me to grow more as an independent business owner, and i would highly recommend it to any of my colleagues.
Cons: None, the program is easy to use and great for beginners.

Pros: It's a simple toolset to learn and provides an additional layer of insight into customer behavior. Their customer service is also exceptional.
Cons: It's expensive, and modules that you'd think would be included as standard, like the error detection package are optional add-ons.

ContentSquare and its support team have been awesome. We're still working with our implementation manager since we had a few snags on our end, but overall I'm excited to start strategy sessions with our CSM.
Pros: ContentSquare allows you to easily understand user behavior and almost functions like an A/B test. The snapshots & zoning analysis are invaluable when launching new pages and changing the contents of existing pages.
Cons: It's difficult to compare past snapshots (no way to label what iteration you're looking at).

We've been able to understand better how users interact with our websites since implementing the Contentsquare platform, which has allowed us to focus on improving the areas that garner the least attention and strengthen those that do. It provides a robust set of capabilities that we could use, and your license charge was pleasantly low compared to similar products on the market. The adaptable interface was another selling point since it let us fine-tune the experience to our liking.
Pros: We can analyze the massive amounts of data we produce daily with incredible speed and efficiency thanks to Contentsquare's platform, primarily because of the structure it has provided us with, thanks to the tools it has that end up providing a very versatile and flexible interface when creating custom panels. There is a steep learning curve, but we like that we can tailor the look of the control panels to our preferences, and their help desk is responsive whenever we have questions or issues.
Cons: While I haven't found anything majorly annoying with the site thus far, we're wondering why you need to log in twice whenever you visit. As a suggestion, I could say that it would be pretty helpful if, in an update, they created a session within the platform where there were small video clips giving tips on how to use at least the most used tools of the platform; that way, users wouldn't have to contact the support of attention for any mishap if they didn't first seek a solution there.

Analyzing A/B tests has become much more valuable with Contentsquare, because I am able to segment on a very detailed basis now - it's amazing! Also, Contentsquare has become my one-stop source for e-commerce, UI/UX, and commercial decisions, from big to small. Once you have passed the learning curve of the platform, it's so easy and quick to retrieve most essential information.
Pros: Contentsquare is a helpful platform for companies that are looking for easy ways to before more data-driven in their day-to-day decision-making. The platform is relatively easy to break in, also for analytics beginners. The features that allow you to analyze from macro- to micro-level allow for detailed and thorough analyses.
Cons: The Define module with mappings, goals and segments take some time to set up, making the initial stage of implementation and getting the whole platform up and running and in sync with current checkout events a bit longer. Also, the session replay module does not seem to work quite as well as what I had experienced with Hotjar so far.

Nous sommes très bien accompagnés pour implémenter l’outil, pour se former sur les analyses et pour mettre en place une routine afin d’optimiser l’utilisation de l’outil.
Pros: Cet outil permet d’effectuer des analyses très approfondies afin d’étudier le comportement des prospects dans le but d’améliorer le site web et augmenter la conversion.
Cons: Le fait qu’il n’est pas possible de conserver plus de 3 mois de données.

Contentsquare has been super helpful and supportive, our client manager Gillian has been amazing to work with. The team puts together helpful analyses for us and is very helpful in training our team how to use the tool
Pros: There are a lot of cool features in the tool such as session replay, zoning feature, customer journey mapping and the Chrome plug in for web makes it easy for people who aren't super close to the analytics tools to find the data they need for basic metrics
Cons: We experienced some difficulty when setting up the product and it took us a lot longer than expected, the mapping piece is confusing and right now we can only look at 3 months of data at time, I think that may be a contract limitation on our end though.

Pros: We love the visibility that Contentsquare gives us beyond the traditional eComm KPIs that we get from other standard analytics solutions. The customer journey mapping and experiential metrics give us clear and actionable takeaways.
Cons: The biggest challenge we've found is honing in on what exactly we're trying to get for without getting lost in the data. There is a TON of information and easy to go down a path you didn't intend.

We are helping improve the customer experience which is our main goal, to make sure customers have the experience they want on the site.
Pros: It is pretty easy and straightforward to use once you have had the training by Content Square. It allows us to undertake analysis that we couldn't get before with other tools and platforms.
Cons: It does take quite a long time to understand the tool, and even now, I'm still learning new things, but I suppose that can be both a positive and negative thing! Some areas I'm also not confident with, but that could be because we don't need to use them every day or in my job role for example. Some of the tools can be quite fiddly to use but that also comes with the experience of using it.

It is just amazing.!!
Pros: I really loved the platform. It is user friendly and it guides me when I am eager to about the particular metrics. This software helps me to get the details efficiently and very quickly. With the gathered metrics that I am getting using the tool, I can make updates and execute the changes on site that will end benefit the customer. It also helps me to understand how to increase the sales with better customer experience. :)
Cons: Alert module sometimes share “false alarm” I guess that needs a fix.

As a team we are spending more time reviewing changes made to the site and able to recommend based on data rather than opinion for future campaign launches, page updates etc. this saves a lot of time and ensures that we are all confident with what is live online. Any problems with being unsure where to start on a project are always quickly solved by the CS team giving guidance and continued support to make sure we not only get the most out of the tool but find the results we need to answer questions and feedback to others in the business.
Pros: The training with the Content Square team is very thorough and they are always on hand to help with any questions to make sure you get the most out of the tool. It's takes a bit of time to feel confident with all aspects of the platform but once you do it is easy and quick to use and helps with decision making and amending site issues quickly.
Cons: The tool can be a bit glitchy at times however usually a quick refresh sorts the issue and I haven't had too many issues with this. There is a lot within the tool so it can feel overwhelming to start with but I do think the layout of the CS platform helps to resolve this as it laid out in the steps to follow.

I’ve partnered with ContentSquare at two separate companies now and have always found them to be a brilliant company to work with. They have great people and also a great platform that has consistently helped us identify and rectify pain points throughout our journey that we didn’t know we had, unlocking both customer and commercial value.
Pros: I love the visual and accessible nature in which ContentSquare displays insight. It does a far better job than most other platforms of eliciting actionable insight rather than simply displaying data, which is what it’s all about.
Cons: It’s a big platform and so takes some time to navigate and master, which can be further complicated depending on how well you set up your mappings etc. That said, the ContentSquare University platform is an excellent way to self learn and self serve. I’d also like some of the Find & Fix capability to be bundled within the core product and cost as it’s brilliant, but costly.

As online traders, we would mainly use CS for zoning analysis as to how our online journeys are performing in order for us to prioritise and re-jig the page. Also helps us plan out our landing pages to ensure our decisions are truly customer data led. We incorporate screenshots of analyses for presentations to various stakeholders which is far more engaging to present than a numerical table. It's very easy & quick to see where customers are coming to/from and where the pain points are onsite so we can explore solutions.
Pros: Bi-weekly sessions with Contentsquare experts ensured that the team was provided with lots of useful training and insight. We all felt more comfortable to start integrating CS with our daily routines. Our landing page analyses have been quicker to obtain, especially using the Chrome live extension tool. The KPI variety is very much welcomed by our trading team when we analyse how a campaign has been performing onsite.
Cons: Not very simple to start with but it does get easier the more you utilise the site. Contentsquare experts are always happy to help as well. Setting up Customer Journey mappings can be a very manual process that takes time but still worth it in the end.
