Our regulars customers can leave messages and know that we will reply with the information they need. Our new visitors see that there is someone at the other end providing answers to their questions rapidly.
Pros: With Chekkit, we can be reached quickly and therefore respond just as fast. There is a trace of texting correpondance. The service is great and the whole system is easy to use.
Cons: Nothing to report all has been fine since day one.

Pros: Everything! It's easy to use. Great response time by everyone at Chekkit, especially the help text. Better review link options for our customers. Easy deployment.
Cons: There isn't anything I don't like about Chekkit. I've only been using it a few weeks.

Cons: Chekkit lacks few features we would like to see in future updates. More importantly, the mobile version needs improvement to match the user-friendly experience of the desktop version.

Pros: Sending picture messages is very important to us. The app is easy to learn and use but more colors or obvious differences between all the selections could help with finding features faster.
Cons: We have occasional issues with picture messages not going either to the customer or from the customer.

Over the last year, singing up with Chekkit has been a huge help to our company. Every interaction I have with the team is a pleasent one and I'm confident that they have my back when it comes to any request I have.Since originally signing up with 3 radio stations, we've grown with chekkit and have brought other brands on board.
Pros: Above all of the great features provided by Chekkit, it is their customer support and service that really helps them shine and blows me away.Working with our representative and the team to come up with solutions to various issues is amazing. The team really understands what we are trying to accomplish with the system and work all hours of the day to make sure that we are taken care of.Find customer service like this is difficult, which makes me constantly recommend Chekkit to industry peers.
Cons: There are too many negatives with the Chekkit system, and whenever issues have happened, the team has had solutions along the way. We've broken Chekkit multiple times with the amount of engagement we get as a radio station and they constantly have our backs.The only negative I can say is that the insights and analytics with our accounts don't function the way that'd like, to properly see our analytics on demand (they are working on this though).

Overall a decent experience for the money, I wish the campaign marketing was easier.
Pros: It's simple to get started and individually message my clients.
Cons: There are SEVERAL quality of life features I miss from my old software. Not having a separate contact list within Chekkit of who can and can't be messaged, having to upload a CSV every time is a huge hassle.

Pros: The detailed and focused customer support that works with you almost immediately is great! The features you get at this price is amazing.
Cons: None at this point that I can think of, the team always takes care of the issue or comes up with a solution.

It was a much better experience than when using a competitor product which was less user friendly, had poor support and was signifcantly more expensive.
Pros: Affordable and easy to use. Better support, more functional. I like the fact that you dont have to assign a conversation to others inorder for other team members to interact with that client.
Cons: Not alot. I have found it very functional and easy to use.

Pros: Set up was easy, great customer service and friendly staff. Features are fabulous and Chekkit does what other more expensive providers do. It was a no-brainer to switch over. There are even a couple of simple features that Chekkit has that my previous provider didn't have, that instantly made my life easier.
Cons: There is nothing about Chekkit that I don't like, so far!

Pros: It’s about a third of the cost of podium and its is very easy to get help if there’s an issue.
Cons: Nothing to dislike at this time. Would like to be able to except payments through Chekkit, but the % is to high.

One of the best values for the money.

Cons: Attaching pictures on chat is tricky. The sizing is a bit off.

Easy to use and transfer the inquiries to others in the organization seamlessly.
Pros: Easy to set up and implement. No downtime since we implemented over a year ago. Great value for the features and service provided.
Cons: Would like the populate function for the mobile app like the desktop version to find the templates quicker.

It's easy and they are not trying to charge you an arm and a leg for review management. Way worth the price.
Pros: This is great platform to have a chat available on the website and send review request easily, quickly to the point.

We have recommended Chekkit to multiple other businesses. It has all the same features as the expensive big boys at a fraction of the cost.
Pros: We use the live chat to give customers real time estimates. We also use text message marketing to keep in front of past clients. The most important feature are the reviews. We gain positive reviews daily using Chekkit.
Cons: We use Chekkit on a daily basis. The only drawback that I can think of is that I can’t assign a conversation to an employee exclusively.
