Overall it's solid software with good features to help you optimise your website. It's been frustrating at times with recording not playing properly but it has helped us improve user experiences and our conversion rates have increased.

Cons: The data can be slow to load sometimes which is understandable and we have a lot of traffic on our site. But the biggest issue is watching recordings - if I scrub through videos they often pause and can't be played again, or start just showing the site footer and not the users actual interaction with the website which can be frustrating.

Love it. We use it everyday to better our business. On numerous occasions, we were able to spot where customers may have had a rough experiece or something we noticed that may have lead to less time on the site.
Pros: We are able to catch any customer experiences that may hinder our business, simply by watching their experience on our site. Tremendous help!
Cons: Don't really have anything negative to say at this point. Maybe if there were a way to contact customers who visited the site.

I have been using it for many many years and I have nothing bad to say about it. It works great for our small business.
Pros: Data Analysis,Monitoring, Security. Easy to install and maintain. Good overall features for the price.
Cons: I am still sticking to the classic version of Lucky Orange since the new one has a lot of other features I don't need at the moment.

I love how lucky orange allows us to track visitor behavior to the website. This helps us inform our website UX decisions.
Pros: I like learning the behavior of my audience and using that to inform how we design our website and user experience.
Cons: The dashboard is a bit hard to find where to view videos. I feel like that’s the main feature. Should be prominent.

My overall experience with Lucky Orange has been excellent. It’s an intuitive tool that provides valuable insights into user behavior, helping me make data-driven decisions to improve conversions and user experience.
Pros: I really like how clearly Lucky Orange shows customer behavior. The heatmaps and session recordings make it easy to see where visitors click, scroll, and drop off, which helps me improve my site layout and conversions.
Cons: Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike, if anything, I’d just say there’s so much data available that it takes a little time to explore all the features fully.

It's been good so far. It's my first time using this app so I am getting used to it and also to understand how it works.
Pros: Very good customer service , they are super willing to help. I can tell is a very good tool but their team make it even easier to understand.
Cons: It's a little bix complex to understand, it has to improve the visual aspect, they would help to gather data easily.

It's been ok. I thought the product would do more to be honest. The support is good, when it wasn't working properly the team kept working at it until they had it sorted. We are in month 2 and still undecided if we will keep it.
Pros: I like how you can see page specific information and see exactly when customers are using your site and what fot.
Cons: Can't get specific customer data without A LOT of work on our side. This is the one area I think Lucky Orange is lacking. I can see the data on the screen but can't export it with all the needed data. We have to do a lot of manipulation at our end.

It’s been positive! I look forward to my recap emails letting me know what’s going on. The only downside is it’s not great to navigate on mobile

Pros: Strong awareness of user behavior is necessary for us to be able to provide effective digital solutions fit for our clients' real needs. Real-time data on user interaction with our material and websites provided by Lucky Orange helps us to keep improving our offers. Since this platform does not require great technological knowledge to run its goals, one of its main advantages is that it lets the data be easily understood for the whole team. Functions including session recording, field surveys, heat maps, and funnel analysis become critical tools quickly seeing where users drop off, what interests them most, and how to maximize the experience.
Cons: Although the platform provides quite useful data, on a few times we have had to export the data and use other tools to examine the reports in more depth and better fit our particular need.

Very positive, I think there are a lot of valuable features this app offers compared to other view tracking apps and the plans seem reasonable for their price.
Pros: Having enough features to be usable on the free version to give you a good idea on what you may be paying for with the full version. The display is intuitive and watching recordings back is very easy- which is what I was hoping to get with this app.
Cons: You get a lot of notifications off the bat, I have since turned most of them off but daily reports seems a little too much to begin with. A weekly report seems okay, but if there is any data you want to see I don't see why customers wouldn't just check on the app as opposed to rely on daily/weekly reports. I would also probably prefer to pay 10 dollars for 200 visitors a month, $20 seems quite a bit for the first plan, and 100 visitors a month is also not many- I wish there was a middle-ground.

Pros: I really like how specific you can go with the funnel building. Currently, we are trying to understand why people are abandoning their carts/ checkouts and we are getting really valuable insights from LO into this.
Cons: Not LO's fault but unfortunately it doesn't track data before it was downloaded so we had to wait a while to build data before we could look into our issues

Lucky Orange provides a tremendous amount of value, especially considering how easy it is to set up without complex integrations. It's an excellent tool for anyone who is data-driven but not a full-time analytics professional.
Pros: I especially appreciated the ability to view detailed checkout funnels, clearly breaking down each step and showing exactly where users dropped off. Additionally, the session recordings were incredibly valuable for understanding real user behavior on the site.
Cons: The interface can feel a bit overwhelming or confusing at first, especially for new users who are just getting started.

overall it's a good app to run on your e-commerce website, I think that once it's fully set up it will have more power, but the set up can be difficult if you're not super experienced.
Pros: You can watch live what your customers are doing on your website, and quickly identify problem areas.
Cons: The set up is a bit difficult especially the funnels - You will definitely need a tutorial to set this up properly.

I love Lucky Orange. Simple overall and does what it claims to do.
Pros: I love the support. I got stuck installing Lucky Orange on a client's site. One of their guys [sensitive content hidden] hopped on a video call to walk me through it and sent help docs specific to my situation.
Cons: The hierarchy for agencies isn't as intuitive as I'd like off the bat. It will take getting used to.

Lucky Orange is a great tool! It's probably the most user friendly and visually appealing that I've tried so far.
Pros: Lucky Orange was extremely easy to setup. It was also very user friendly so I was able to get started, look at the analytics and watch online visitor sessions almost immediately.
Cons: I can't say that I've come up against any cons quite yet but one thing to note pricing is structured based on how many monthly sessions you'd like captured per month. At the rate that our own website is going, we'll definitely hit the 10,000 monthly sessions that was recommended, which means we'll have to be cognizant of the monthly subscription fees.
