Good
Pros: Salesflow is a great tool to automate outbound e-mail marketing. We use it on a daily basis: its interface is user-friendly, importing and exporting contacts is easy, and keeping track of the current situation of sequences helps planning in advance for upcoming campaigns. In-app replies are helpful in terms of not having to switch between platforms to reply to a specific message.
Cons: Some characters that are not on the ENG alphabet are not supported, so have to be manually fixed when they appear in contact names. Its predictions of positive and negative replies do not really reflect the true status when the reply is not in English. So there could be improvements in language functions.

Pros: We unfortunately have nothing positive to say about Salesflow. I wish we did, but even their head of customer success is a nightmare to deal with.

Pros: Nothing! they are pathetic at everything including customer services
Cons: cancelled the service and for 3 months they continued to debit my account until i fought them on it.

I had much higher expectations since it we recommended to me and is used by other large agencies, but I find it clunky and difficult to manage
Pros: I like that it can be white labeled and I like the dashboard.
Cons: the software doesn't work as expected much of the time. Documentation is sparse and the "how to" documentation doesn't help solve problems. Its just screen shots of things I can already see.

Salesflow has been really helpful when it comes to prospecting, reaching out to larger audience for a sales guy can save a lot time. I would strongly recommend founders and management team to use this and network better!
Pros: Although personal branding and content creation is on the rise and is a must, every sales professional should be able to automate the sales process, and Salesflow allows you to do just that!It's saved me a lot of hours and I have seen good conversion with In-Mail and 1st connection campaigns, which is not available or easy to implement in other softwares
Cons: There are couple of features in mind that could be implemented. A little more videos on how to efficiently run the campaigns and hacks improve conversion

I look forward to keep using.
Pros: I like the customer service and support. Very responsive. When we asked to review pricing since we weren't using half the features, you did. Helped keep us on board. Also importing and creating sequences is straight forward. There was a learning curve.
Cons: When importing, hard to tell why some did not import. Importing format requirements were tricky to figure out - but support was great. Updating existing sequence could be simpler.

Pros: Makes marketing automation easy. I did buy a broader set up with training that incorporated this tool so this probably shortened the learning curve for me.
Cons: Set up and customer support can lag a bit but they are very kind once you get a hold of them.

Great tool which we will continue to use.
Pros: The message flow system is easy to use. Searching for leads and adding them to you campaign is painless.
Cons: I'd like to see more features for integration with my Hubspot CRM.

Very good, from the demo to the staff engagement during the trial to this follow up, everything has been timely and thoughtful and like I said, the tool works.
Pros: It works as claimed, to the extent I was able to use it during the short trial. Easy to implement with a good, intuitive UI.
Cons: Really just the cost for an individual user. This is priced as an enterprise product

Salesflow has room for improvement, but I'm certain they are working towards that. In the meantime, it's saving me a ton of time with my cold outreach and capturing leads I never would have otherwise.
Pros: Salesflow saves me a mountain of time with my cold outreach. I simply would not be getting the leads I am without it.
Cons: It's not very intuitive to use, and the statistics are broken in certain areas, which left me very confused.

It has been very useful tool for my team, we saw the value from day 1 of working with this platform.
Pros: Is very easy to manage and handle, regardless to be a geek or not on software, it provide a really easy way to target an audience.
Cons: de way to present the dashboard but that is just a personal way to have the data presented.

Poor
Pros: Fake promises made by the Sales team. Customer service was rude. They will not refund money regardless how poorly the program performs. There was one employee [sensitive content hidden] who was helpful, everyone else was just awful

Overall happy with SalesFlow and would continuously recommend it to anyone that may want to use LinkedIn for outreach.
Pros: I've recommended SalesFlow to a lot of companies and have seen the success it can bring if used right. A huge pro about SalesFlow is how easy the UI/UX is and getting around to creating a campaign. It's very easy to use and you're in and out of SalesFlow within a few minutes especially if you know what you're doing.
Cons: One aspect I didn't like was the import of 1st-degree contacts. As mentioned previously, I would enjoy the ability to import contacts but it's not a deal-breaker for me.
