It is easy to use, helps keep the sales pipeline organized, and saves time through automation, email tracking, and reporting, although some advanced features can become expensive.
Pros: What I liked most about HubSpot Sales Hub was how easy it was to use while still giving our team powerful tools like pipeline tracking, email templates, sequences, automation, and clear reporting all in one place.
Cons: What I liked least was that the pricing can become expensive as you grow, especially when key features are only available in higher-tier plans.

Its a great tool for what we need it for but it has a lot of areas of improvement. Easier to flip from one contact card to another would be a good start
Pros: I like HubSpot Sales Hub for its detailed features when it comes to dividing up contacts and seeing the activities done in each and every contact and company. This makes it valuable as I can see and organize all the contacts we have.
Cons: It needs a feature where you don't have to click on each individual contact to get to the next one. You shouldn't have to go backwards. If there could be a next contact button, it would make going to the next company or the next employee in the list more seamless. It would make it easier to reach out to multiple ones, reducing the time and making it more efficient.

Overall, my experience has been incredibly positive! Our onboarding specialist was incredibly helpful in setting us up for total success!
Pros: I have been so pleased with the recent implementation of Hubspot to our entire team! It has proven to be a wonderful accompaniment to our existing platforms!
Cons: Admittedly it took a while for me to become acclimated to it but I feel like I'm getting better everyday! I am looking forward to getting even better with time!

We built out Hubspot Sales Hub for an insurance client. The intent was to use the built-in tool. We ended up moving the client to a third party provider that had a more feature rich application
Pros: Sales Hub is a feature rich tool that does a great job supporting the Sales process. The calling features, once configured, can be a powerful asset.
Cons: Configuration of telecommunications can be challenging, especially when other tools are in the mix. It can be done, but we have found that it can be challenging.

I've been using HubSpot Sales Hub for over 3.5 years and it has changed how I interact with my prospects. It has also greatly increased my volume of deals.
Pros: The HubSpot Sales Hub is an essential to HubSpot's spoke of products. Being able to easily and quickly follow up with prospects, deals, and clients makes the hub worth the investment.
Cons: The implementation of workflows is tedious and can necessitate a HubSpot expert to be employed. However, once everything is in place, it is a dream to use.

All-in-One Unified CRM Platform that combines marketing, sales, service, chat, and CRM in one hub—no need for shoehorned integrations.
Pros: We would highlight its intuitive interface, drag-and-drop deal pipelines, and fast onboarding— Dare I compare it to Salesforce
Cons: Advanced forecasting and territory management may not meet needs of large, complex sales teams. Ideal for SMB
Anonymous User · Business Development · Accounting · November 17, 2025
Pros: Sehr übersichtlich gehalten, einfache und intuitive Handhabung, Anknüpfung an andere Tools wie z. B. Google Workspace
Cons: Aktuell empfinde ich es als etwas störend, dass sich die Oberfläche verändert hat, es dauert nun eine Weile, alles wieder zu finden

Overall I have found Sales Hub a little easier than Salesforce to learn and use when it comes to things like report building and dashboard building.
Pros: It has been easy to use to learn, reporting, and list building are effective and easy to learn. I like to use deals for tracking activity.
Cons: I am not a big fan of the task manager yet, I am still learning to search and manage tasks but it does not seem that I can search by all task types.
Laurie M. · BDR · Computer Software · September 4, 2025
Mostly great! I like using the app and it's features. The HubSpot trainings are also very informartive and useful.
Pros: It's easy enough to set up automations and tracks a large nmubers of contacts and interactions very well for the price you pay for it. I use it weekly to keep my records straight. I've never had a problem finding my invoices and paying them where necessary. The features are simple and effective.
Cons: It can be tricky to add outside plugins like CallRail and have it function properly unless you have a dedicated tech guy to help keep it straight.

Really happy with Sales Hub - has quickly become indispensable to the team and really links in well with other hubs (particularly marketing) for an end-to-end view of the funnel
Pros: Broad range of very useful features which combine to offer great sales tools - would say it's almost indispensable to our team now. Sequences do what they need to for outbound work, the meeting scheduler has plenty of options, the forecast tool is useful and things like the playbooks are extremely useful for guiding SDRs.
Cons: Would like more flexibility in some reporting and setup - for example, starting the forecast tool half-year instead of having to choose across the whole year. A few more automation options around sequences would be handy as well (and not stuck behind the enterprise license)

Pros: I like the way I can customize Hubspot to give me the exact information I want to see. I like how robust the product is. I like that Hubspot also offers customer service and marketing so a lot of my business functions can easily talk to one another and take place in the same software solution.
Cons: It only allows 2 deal types with a sales "seat" and at that price point, I feel the deal types should be unlimited. Hubspot is quite pricey especially if you want access to all the features.

Overall very satisfied and will undoubtedly be a useful tool. Support is good and excellent trraining rtesources available.
Pros: Easy to set up and packed with useful features. Able in import data from other sources very easily. Great start!
Cons: Can be costly and very feature rich so learning curve could be steep. Very expensive if you want to unlock everything .

After six months, Sales Hub feels like a genuine productivity multiplier for a 12-person team that juggles W-2 reps and 1099 closers. Onboarding was guided and painless, and new reps ramp quickly because all prospect history—emails, calls, notes—lives on one timeline. We’ve trimmed our sales cycle by two weeks and gained clearer revenue forecasts without hiring a RevOps admin. Still, we’re watching costs as we scale and hope AI reporting matures, but the ROI so far is a clear win.
Pros: The learning curve was almost flat: we imported 3 yrs of data and ran our first pipeline in under a day. Sequences, meeting links, and automatic email tracking save each rep ~4 hours a week, while Breeze AI writes snappy follow-ups and summarizes calls. Native integrations with Xero, Slack, and Zoom mean no messy zap-work. The mobile app is clean and lets me move deals while standing in airport security.
Cons: The pricing jump from Starter to Professional is steep if you only need one or two automation features. Forecast and “conversation intelligence” reports still glitch on long calls, and support tops out at 8 p.m. ET—tough for West-Coast nights. Email-sync rules can’t filter out every internal thread, so our CRM occasionally clutters with non-sales chatter.
Stefanny J. · Project Manager · Accounting · July 1, 2025
Pros: The HubSpot Sales Hub has been a good way for us to monitor sales efforts with both employees and contractors
Cons: The automated emailing sequences have been been a little clunky to use, and they've changed the locations of some features in less ideal ways.
Lindsey M. · Director of Marketing Operations · Insurance · June 9, 2025
Coverage of the entire sales and customer success process. The biggest advantage is the sequences and collaboration across the entire customer team.
Pros: The fact that all contacts are stored in a database and activities like form submission, websites visited are automatically recorded. It is our centralized management core for all communication threads that makes it a valuable tool.
Cons: It seems impossible to structure an account in such a way that the elements, data and content of different regions can be viewed separately.
Mateja P. · Talent Acquisition Manager · Pharmaceuticals · June 9, 2025
Overall, HubSpot was an intuitive platform that had many, many features which supported my work and sales management efforts.
Pros: HubSpot makes it easy to manage all deals and relevant information for each. My clients were able to follow along and assess the progress on their end with zero difficulty.
Cons: My company had many advisors using the same hub, making it sometimes difficult for me to filter during initial training.
Natalie C. · Business Development Advisor · Information Technology and Services · May 22, 2025
Overall it helped me track my deals and emails well. I can also track the emails im not included in as long as every team member registers the emails with the corresponding deals.
Pros: I like how the free trial doesn't limit the process and the performance of my everyday task. I also like the function to connect to my emails and organize the contacts and deals. I can say it is smart enough to register the details without having so much to be input
Cons: They can improve the process of contact saving especially since most of the email credentials have their name, maybe they can save the names automatically. There are also times when i search a specific person and the search bar results do not match.
Ana G. · Business development · Information Technology and Services · May 13, 2025
I love it, it helps with my day to day pipeline management but also slows me to market myself and the company to a wide audience.
Pros: It’s great for managing your workflow and pipeline. Automating life as a sales person and managing me deals.
Cons: Lots of options can be a little clunky which means navigating can be somewhat challenging, using daily can help with this.
William H. · Senior Account Executive · Human Resources · May 13, 2025
We have been using hubspot sales for 2 years, and also promoted to other clients. Overall is a good experience with a lot of flexibility but it also takes time to built the system to work correctly for your business operations.
Pros: All information you need in one platform, good for internal tasks, internal management and communication between the sales department.
Cons: Although it comes with an onboarding, you need to really become used to the system to understand it. And if the onboarding is not done with the companies working flow in mind, it can be a mess for months. It’s not the softwares fault but it can be difficult to use at the beginning.
Alexandra L. · Customer success manager and product developer · Marketing and Advertising · May 2, 2025
The app is simple to use and integrates into other apps like Google contacts and Stripe to become a full fledged CRM software tht helps us manage our prospects. Apart from that we are able to add teamates which also makes smart collaboration possible.
Pros: Hubspot sales hub's prospecting and lead generation features helps our business grow. We also collect bills and automate our sales pipeline with this tool.
Cons: Everything is fine with hubspot except the mobile app is missing features like check ins and synchronization which could have made managing contacts on the o easier.
Babatunde O. · SEO Marketer · Marketing and Advertising · April 29, 2025
I Love it and work with the tool since 8 years. It makes my life as Sales Person much more easier
Pros: Best are the functions Sequences, Snippets and Task Management
Cons: The Duplicate detection sometimes insufficient, what results in duplicates that could cause a lot of double work and stress
Theresa S. · Senior Account Executive · Computer Software · April 24, 2025
I think it is the most expensive CRM, but there are some issues, some delays, and some problems that take a while to get solved on the support side.
Pros: While it is very helpful to receive, track, and organize leads; you can also get live notifications, replies, or changes made.
Cons: The Workflows does not always work; there are delays, and almost every week, there's an issue with something.
Sara Gabriela C. · Outdoor Living Consultant · Environmental Services · April 13, 2025
Overall, it's a great improvement to Hubspot, where my prior critiques have been based on it not being a sales persons CRM. It's definitely made an impact in organizational outreach for us, and has allowed us to reduce CTA and time to convert because we don't miss on Follow-Ups.
Pros: Sales Hub replaced the Prospecting Hub on Hubspot, and I love the streamlined nature of keeping up with Tasks due, overdue and upcoming, but do find the Guided Actions to be my favorite part. Hubspot helps sort recommended actions based on Deals and Prospecting, allowing myself and team to stay prepared for meetings.
Cons: The layout took some getting used to. I had actually preferred the Prospecting Hub Layout before that was replaced. It doesn't flow as well when opening specific leads in Hubspot Sales Hub.
Nolan W. · Head of Sales · Real Estate · April 7, 2025
Very good product that offers interesting features in the free version. Great opportunity to try it before investing in it. Gmail extension could be improved.
Pros: I have used the free version of HubSpot Sales Hub to create a client database. I am impressed by its quality and features. Even if the usage is quite basic, because I always want to try products before committing to a paid subscription, I was able to create a comprehensive database and to cusomise some fields. This is extremely helpful. Even if the number of customisations is limited in the free version, it is enough to allow you to tune the contact list according to your personal needs. I am sure the paid version is very impressive. I will compare it to other products but so far I am very satisfied.
Cons: One thing that was very disappointing was the extension for Gmail. Hubspot offers to possibility to add an extension to Gmail so that each email you send to or receive from a contact on your list is automatically copied to the HubSpot database. You can also send emails directly from the platform. This is incredibly helpful instead of having to copy and paste all the emails to keep track of them for each client. I have my professional email with Google Workspace, so it would have been perfect. However, it does not work well. I had to reinstall the extension several times, it started to work and then it stopped. This has limited my possible usage of the database.

We've created automated workflows with the sales team in order to reduce friction in operations.
Pros: Sales Hub integrates effortlessly with our outbound enablement tech.
Cons: Not a whole lot to dislike about this product.
