Pros: literally nothing, there is nothing good about the product or the backend

I like it, I use, but I wish it was easier to use
Pros: I like the price of the product for the ammount of features it provides
Cons: I do not find the software easy to use. I think they need to make it more clear. Sometimes less is more

I would not recommend this product to anybody. Garbage.
Pros: Nothing good about this tracking. Way better products
Cons: Customer service is a complete joke. Whenever you need something, the person who signs you up gives you a different phone number to call because they are no longer your account person. Then when you have issues between billing, and communicating, you wind up getting the runaround and nobody ever answers emails or gets your questions answered. They need much better customer service otherwise they are not going to make it in this market. I would not recommend this product to anybody.

I highly recommend LionDesk to any Realtor looking for an affordable CRM with essential features.
Pros: LionDesk can do most things a good CRM can do. Drip campaigns are very easy to set up. It helps me to respond back to potential leads quickly. It offers lower fees than most of the competitors in the market.
Cons: The software can be glitchy at times and the customer support needs improvement. I had a poor experience syncing contacts and leads into the system but the issue was resolved after reaching out to the support.

Overall good experience with LionDesk, only quite using it because my new broker offered a CRM
Pros: Hard to beat the price for single agents or agents who's companies do not offer CRM
Cons: Campaigns seemed a little outdated and seemed like I was having to purchase add on features

Overall, I have zero trust. And why would I keep using a software with zero trust? They hurt my livelihood, and that's unacceptable.
Pros: Chat is available, although not much help
Cons: From the beginning, there were issues. The how-to articles and videos don't match what's online so the learning curve is huge. There was no glossary to figure out what the different terms mean, and the terms were very confusing. Technical glitches were highly disruptive, and most often a tekkie would get back to me and ask, "What's the problem?" (I think they'd go in and fix it, and then pretend it didn't exist.) All gaslighting, trying to make me feel like I was losing my mind, and it happened quite a few times. The deal breaker? They had "system wide issues" and a broadcast that I sent out to my list texted my leads 12 times an hour! Some of my leads were texting me back saying, "Make it stop!" Whether they fixed their system issues or not, I just can't risk burning out my client base and breaking the trust I'd built up. Plus, I had to stop my Facebook ads because I couldn't risk any more glitches. I had to move to a different CRM.

So far I love using Liondesk and how great quality emails I am able to create. I can also create campaigns with emails for 5 years
Pros: I know most CRM sites track opens/clicks/etc... but what I love about Liondesk is that it is easy to see my daily opens on one screen. So easy to use and the price is lower than most CRM companies!
Cons: I wish Liondesk would be able to play videos on the emails instead of clients needing to click on the video and a new screen opens up.

- Notes field in Google Contacts won's sync over. So I lose all my Notes - LionDesk kept changing the Sync capabilities. Used to be able to choose 1 or 2 ways, but that disappeared overnight without event telling users. That choice is no long there so I don't even know if it is 2 ways or 1-way syncing - To sync, you have to manually sync each time ... then wait for 1/2 hour ... sometime it would sync over sometime it would not. When "not", I had to call in to Support to help resolve... Not a very stable syncing capability. - yes, I am aware that I had to wait after 24 hours for the initial sync to happen. All the problems happened after the first sync and beyond 24 hours.

Horrible and would not recommend them to anyone. I thought of switching but now I'm glad I did not. Not even a reminder email but I sure get a lot of messages saying I have a lead or something and nothing is there. Not even sure what's going on there.
Pros: Affordability is about it. If you are brand new and need a CRM maybe consider this one.
Cons: I never could get into it. Didn't seem to have the bells and whistles like the one I have now. Also, signing up for a year and then being charged another year when you didn't want it or ever use it in the past 9 months. I inquired when my membership was up and also canceled it but they are saying I never did. Unfortunately for me, I cannot find any confirmation and I cannot even get them to downgrade it to a monthly and let me cancel it. Why BECAUSE NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO MY EMAIL! I am thinking they use overseas people and it doesn't fit in their guidebooks so they just don't answer.

Pros: Included with realtor board membership, means lower overall cost

Pros: I absolutely loved how there is a section for sharing your marketing sequences with other realtors and loan officers. Being able to see what works and what doesn't work is a crucial part in growing your own business. This also gives you new ideas to implement within your own organization. Liondesk is also a very easy platform to navigate when you know how to properly make use of it's features.
Cons: Sometimes there were too many options to choose from. They also didn't have any advanced features lie other CRMs do, such as analytics and landing pages, websites, etc.

The system is not bad but with no Customer Service, it can’t be maintained.
Pros: The biggest problem with this company is customer service. If you have a problem, you have to call 10x because they continually drop the ball. Some customer service people give you wrong information and none of them follow through. This past week, I was threatened by a client who was receiving messages from one of my campaigns yet, he didn’t show up on my contact list. So, I couldn’t shut down the messages. I had to cancel the account before I got reported to the realtor board. How disgusting is this!! I called repeatedly for 3 days but, the 3rd day, when it was apparent that nobody was looking into my issue, I canceled them. Don’t waste your money!!
Cons: Customer Service is the worst ever. Their inability to follow through almost got me in trouble with my realtor board. There system was sending messages with my name attached to a client that wasn’t in my contact list. After 6 phone calls and 3 days of reaching out, I canceled my account.

Pros: Liondesks features sound like great user friendly features, in theory. The thought of using them is great... Then you get into the system and they dont work or they dont communicate seamlessly.
Cons: Features often didn't work, accounts dont connect, there's a cap on how many emails and texts you can send, you end up double tracking more than actually accomplishing what you want to do. I HATE the no cancellation clause. I pre-paid a year after a sales pitch and regretted it instantly. I tried to cancel within two weeks. They would not refund any of the over $700 I paid. If you're going to try LionDesk DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ONLY GO MONTH TO MONTH! See if it works for your needs. Our RealGeeks site ended updoing 95% of what I needed LionDesk to do and for what I needed LionDesk to do, it was bad at it.

Overall 10/10 rating and worth the money. My company will be a long term LionDesk User.
Pros: LionDesk is the best CRM my team has used thus far! We absolutely love the lead follow up tools. LionDesk has a feature to send mass texts to leads that we use daily! It is so easy to communicate with leads and clients.
Cons: It is a bit tricky to get the hang of at first but there are so many great customer service reps that are always available to help and answer questions it is no problem at all.

It's tough to change CRM's so I'm still using the product. For now.
Pros: Been using this on and off for several years. It's mid level quality for a CRM. Shop around before choosing this one.
Cons: The website is not the easiest to use in my opinion. Could use more features for the money. Could be better.

Better lead management with my database. When leads come in from FB they go straight into a custom text/email campaign and don't fall through the cracks. The platform is clean and easy to navigate and I like the format a lot. I highly recommend the product. It's clear this company is going to continue to roll out with innovative and good upgrades to the software. Looking forward to seeing them.
Pros: I love this platform so far. It has been very user friendly and has most of the features I want for a very reasonable price. Innovation of new features seems to be at the front of mind for the company, which I look forward to seeing and trying out.
Cons: I really would like the option to use a straight to voice mail call feature. This would be great. The inclusion of an auto-dial feature would also be incredible. I'd love to see the creation of a social media digital management add on so that we could hire a social media manager that already has access to our database. Another cool feature I've never seen a CRM tackle is helping agents complete missing information on their clients. Like a people finder service that assists in helping to update old contact info, etc. Last item I really want which should actually be my first item is a monthly automated home value email that goes out to my database and gives them a monthly market snapshot type thing.

Pros: This has been a great CRM for myself and my team. Great costumer service and abilities to set up precise drip campaigns, no complaints!
Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve, but support made it easy to have all questions answered.

For me, the primary benefit is the support. LionDesk is as robust as I will ever need. The developers seem to want to tweak the software according to feedback. Customization available. I've tried many CRMs, have one free from my website developers, but it's too confusing.
Pros: I've paid the premium monthly fee for training and support. Worth every penny. Best live support on any software that I've ever experienced.
Cons: A few of the processes could be improved, extra steps between contract entry, for instance.

Not great. To sum it up we are leaving the platform. There are too many glitches across the board.
Pros: Auto-drip campaigns and the integration of leads from Zillow.
Cons: Everything else. It is so glitchy, takes so long to load each page and save any edits. Multiple issues with getting logged out and password not saving.

Pros: App accessible The ease of having the app was easy while out and meeting clients are on the road and meeting clients versus being on a computer all the time
Cons: I had multiple appointments with tech services to try and get the system up to par with my needs for my business and unfortunately even with the new rollout of lion desk it’s still did not work I basically wasted my money for 3 to 6 months.
