Horrible experience. I ask them to call me - no call- finally after I have tried cancelling for the 10th time they call me.. I tell her PLEASE Cancel my account then they tried taking money out again today.
Pros: They would never call me back about my account just kept trying to take money on my credit card.
Cons: I finally cancelled for them to CONTINUE trying to charge my card again as of today.

Great product.
Pros: Easy to use and you can immediately request a review from a customer if they tell you they've had a great experience. I like that all team members can view communications that other team members had with customers, so there is visibility across the board.
Cons: The app on the phone sometimes will not open up, and that's very frustrating.

Overall, my experience with BROADLY has been good. It is easy to use, and it is a great platform to be able to SMS/text message & email customers all in once place.
Pros: I really like the SMS/text & email features on BROADLY. It is really simple to navigate the BROADLY portal, and the customers seem to enjoy being able to reply via text message; it is quick, and easy. I also like that BROADLY integrates with my Pest Control Scheduling/Billing software program.
Cons: I do not like that I am not able to send invoices or connect my payment processing up through BROADLY. I do see there is an option to send customers invoices.

Pros: I’ve used Broadly for about 3 years and find that it has been a great way to distinguish myself from other home inspectors. Broadly helped me set it up so that positive reviews are posted to my website automatically. When a potential client is shopping, the reviews have often been the deciding factor. I have also found it extremely helpful that Broadly will write a brief reponse to a review, thanking the reviewer. It is important to let a client know that you’ve read their review and appreciate it. While I should certainly do that myself, it helps that its done for me if I can’t get to it quickly enough.
Cons: As with everything, there was a learning curve faced with gaining familiarity with the dashboard. Over time, I've learned to use it and have no issue.

Pros: We love the reviews section of Broadly! Knowing what our customer's are saying on a daily and weekly basis has really helped us grow and learn.
Cons: I don't love the online chat experience with Broadly. Our garage door industry is very specific so it is hard to answer everyone's questions online ASAP ourselves and if we have Broadly do it we are concerned they don't have enough knowledge. This is not a negative for Broadly, just a negative with online chat in general.

Pros: We find that it makes it easier to reach out to customers to answer questions & schedule appointments. Also, it has increased our Google reviews. It also makes it easier to collect payments from our customers.
Cons: I don't like the fact that we cannot prevent negative reviews anymore. Also, it would be nice if we could do partial credits to customers that pay on Broadly.

Great. It has really helped us engage with our customers and improve our online reputation.
Pros: So easy that new team members don't need significant training to jump right on board and begin using and providing value.
Cons: The only issue I have is not even with Broadly itself, the structure of our business makes automated review requests difficult because we often times don't collect on invoices for months after the job is complete (We work in an industry where insurance pays the bill).

Pros: The onboarding and customer service experience is on point. The product itself has allowed for honest communication with out customers so we can look at both where we excel and need to improve!
Cons: I don't see any cons. With what we use the program for, we are extremely happy.

Pros: I like the hands off automated results of Broadly
Cons: The automated follow ups are annoying to clients and cannot be turned off without manually doing so for every client. There should be a feature that allows any positive reviewer to be left alone after that. No one wants to be bugged for a yelp review and a facebook review after already leaving one on google.

Pros: Effortless to send a customer a way to give their honest opinion of a service in real time.
Cons: The reports are not updated review after review...negative stays on even after another service with a positive review is conducted.

Pros: Broadly is incredible! Upon the very first day of implementing the system, we received at least a dozen 5-star reviews at both locations. We could never quite crack how to ask for reviews, and this has made the world of a difference for our team. Highly, highly recommend!
Cons: This may already exist and I could be missing it - but somewhere to look at reviews for Yelp and Facebook, too. At this time I only see Google reviews when I click on the Review tab. Nonetheless, an incredible product!

We opened a business that is not in a busy area. Broadly has boosted our exposure on line. Our clients come from all surrounding cities. Have had Broadly services since 2018. The current was established in 2022 and going strong. Broadly has been a great help in our growth.
Pros: Broadly helps my business grow daily. Number 1 priority is to keep customer service at the highest level. Our customers become our friends. We strive to accommodate our friends give them an experience like no other in the automotive repair industry. Broadly brings our business to customers looking for our services.
Cons: Not much to not like about the services they provide our business.
