Pros: In less than 6months of experience,I like it's organization as well as its features,by linking my Google calendar, reminder and setting future text.
Cons: There isn't anything I dislike, I have been so impressed which the feasibility and workability of ringy.

The more I use it, the better I get at using it. Like with any CRM, there is a learning curve. Haven't availed myself of the new training videos which I'd recommend for any new user. Customer service is sketchy. For the cost, it seems worthwhile.
Pros: Like any CRM software the more you know about what you need and the better you understand its features, the better it can serve your needs. After almost two years, I am still learning about it features and functionality. Especially like the campaign option.
Cons: The disposition tags and automatic actions are a little redundant or maybe I just haven't figure out how to use them to their best benefit.

Excellent overall experience. Very intuitive and user friendly. Easy to read dashboard and reports.
Pros: I utilize iSales daily to capture and qualify leads. I like the drip marketing feature and the fact that it allows me to work smarter, not harder. iSales is like having another set of eyes and ears on my leads so that none fall through the cracks. I have recommended this software to my colleagues.
Cons: Unable to integrate with VanillaSoft CRM, so I utilize Textdrip for this function.

I can use iSales while using another CRM, so it dramatically increases the # of people I can reach daily.
Pros: The ease of the drip and campaign marketing.
Cons: TIer pricing for limiting 160 characters in text messages. It adds up. There doesn't seem to be programming in place to block/stop any drip text messages from going out if the phone # is bad/bounce back.

iSalesCRM Support service is amazing! Response times are exceptional and they resolved any issue in record time.
Pros: The mobile app compatibility was essential when taking business calls away from the office. It performed and synced perfectly.
Cons: Sometimes the text message service was difficult to follow.

I couldn't be happier with it. Don't know where I'd be without it today
Pros: Keeps all my leads organized. Enjoy color coding everything
Cons: The isales crm system can be very sluggish at times

Amazing. Very beneficial
Pros: The best features would be the phone numbers, campaign, drip marketing, and mass text
Cons: The only thing I do not like is how the cost of marketing jumps from 0.01 to 0.02 or 0.03 depending on the number of characters in a campaign blast. It adds up quickly

Incredible. I'm upset I didn't find it sooner.
Pros: Texting plays a huge role in my sales. The mobile feature is bar none to text clients on the go while my laptop is closed, also being able to see a whole page of different styles of texts I've sent and if they got reactions is incredible. Another software I use alongside is not as efficient in this sense but I like the scheduling capabilities of it so I use it for that.
Cons: Honestly nothing is bad about this software. I love how you can disposition with different colors to help coordinate and once again like the texts - be able to see everything on 1 page....

It has been helpful.
Pros: I can save leads long term from anywhere.
Cons: It takes some time to learn everything and figure out the different features

I had a great deal of success during open enrollment
Pros: great way to mass text a large amount of leads
Cons: Have to keep spending money to get results

Overall neutral/leaning positive. iSales is the first CRM I've used so I have no other point of reference.
Pros: I like the fact that it is constantly being updated and improved.
Cons: I wish that I could filter my text inbox (by disposition, needs response, etc.) and that I could do a keyword search of my text inbox (lead name/info, text content, etc.). It would also be nice to be able to bulk disposition from the inbox. The mobile app is handy but could be improved. Currently the text preset field is invisible and I only discovered it was there by accident. Also, last I checked, I can't reliably disposition leads via mobile.

Cons: There was a learning curve to get up to speed
Kathryn T. · Senior Agent · Insurance · February 2, 2021
My overall experience with Isales is outstanding! It improved my business exponentially!
Pros: User friendly, streamlines process, customizable, affordable.
Cons: I do wish it had client retention features.

Not a fan wasted a lot of money here
Pros: It can drip people automatically based on tag
Cons: Super expensive. Email replies don't go to the crm and 99% get flagged for spam and don't use your email signature making it look flat and unprofessional. Charges for messages that aren't always delivered. Calls people in the system randomly but when it does so you are not on the call its just empty. Blocks people for certain words out of context such as "I am trying to opt out of my employer coverage" recognizing "opt out" and blocking them. Among other issues

Very very good for contacting and tracking leads.
Pros: iSales makes contacting, tracking and speaking with leads very easy.
Cons: It's a little glitchy in how everything is connected.
mark b. · Satellite Division Sales Leader · Insurance · February 2, 2021
overall good
Pros: Having all my leads to be all in one program.
Cons: I would like a better way to find inbound leads. Maybe some type drop down that will filter and reposition the dial list. It is frustrating to the time of inbound calls all they are all mixed in the outbound calls .
Bryan M. · Career Agent · Insurance · February 2, 2021
Overall I have no complaints about this CRM, I would highly recommend to all my team members but they already use it. I love iSales, keep doing your thing!
Pros: The drip feature is my favorite. Makes life so much easier for me as far as following up with my clients.
Cons: The monthly cost honestly, and to be able to maybe integrate other calendars as well.
Francisco S. · Insurance Agent · Insurance · February 2, 2021
I have a lot more consistency following up with my customers and targetting specific areas
Pros: Drip Marketing is the best feature, disposition tags make it so easy on targeting for campaigns
Cons: Integration with my business was perfect. Mobile app could be better but is not bad
Luis G. · Health Advisor · Insurance · February 2, 2021
I make enough money to pay for.
Pros: Clarity of the lead. Easy to get info about prospective.
Cons: Complicated to work with the CRM. Still don’t is CRM.
Wilma A. · Insurance agen · Health, Wellness and Fitness · February 2, 2021
Pros: Not a difficult system to use. Plenty of note taking space.
Cons: Not sure at this time. Still a relatively newer user. It would be nice if the app had a few more features like call forwarding.
Diana C. · Agent · Insurance · February 2, 2021
This is the best CRM for growing and maintaining my client base.
Pros: The drip text is amazing for keeping updates with prospects.
Cons: I cant find any issues with this CRM as I use it every day.
Scott N. · sales · Insurance · February 2, 2021
Good for getting leads.
Pros: This is a very helpful product for getting business leads.
Cons: Using some of its features, such as changing text scripts, is very difficult. It also does not sync well with my calendar.
Thomas S. · Licensed Agent · Insurance · February 2, 2021
I love it. It has made ease of contacting leads.
Pros: What I value most is the ease of drip campaigns. Being able to reach a large number of people effortlessly is key. Being able to follow up with these people effortlessly is even better.
Cons: The mobile app could be improved a little more. You can not change much or see blocked messages or even disposition through the mobile app.
Sidney G. · Insurance Agent · Insurance · February 2, 2021
Neutral at this point. Do not have consistent follow-up or interaction.
Pros: Preset texts; ability to send campaigns.
Cons: This is a very tricky software. There are still too many steps to move forward to an action. It's way to complicated to add vendors with dispositions with preset texts, etc. The response is very very poor with customer service. The explanation per step is lacking terribly. Ease of use = not to easy.
Diane N. · Platinum Agent · Insurance · January 29, 2021
Positive
Pros: Everything is easy to use and understand and has to be the best CRM I've used in my career.
Cons: Emails aren't super useful, and the drip texts sometimes don't send.
